I want to give 0 star. I went there after consulting att representative and they said I could return my device here. They even called manager to confirm. But when I arrived there, there was on one in the store for a long long time. One lady came out finally and just told me to go ups or fedex and sent the device in my hand to them through mail. Worst service ever.

Came in here expecting to just transfer over my line but ended up getting a new phone and transferring over my family! I worked with Maddie and Alfredo and they were SO helpful and SO very patient. I couldn’t make up mind as to what I wanted to get (phone/plan) and they had excellent customer service, great attitude throughout the entire process! Very helpful and knowledgeable. The store was also super clean and comfortable! Am definitely coming back to this location for all my ATT needs/help! If you come, ask for Maddie, she’s great!!!

Mitchell is the absolute best!!!! My husband and I came in for him to get a new phone. Mitchell was super helpful and answered all of our questions. We were in and out of there! All around awesome guy and awesome experience. Thank you!

I had to call AT&T to convert my account from postpaid to prepaid. Of course, I tried ATT customer service. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I connected with someone overseas. The ATT agent on the phone said it would be easy to convert, but he would put me on hold for just a sec--please dont go away. Well, one sec, turned into a half-hour. I suspected this might happen, so while on that looong hold, I drove to the ATT store at the Pruneyard in Campbell. There, I was greeted by ATT employees Mike and Maria. They helped me right away! They knew what to do, they answered my questions, and they were friendly. I was in and out in 10 minutes. That compared to the ATT phone wait of 50 minutes--with no service!

Don’t waste your time here. They don’t know what they’re doing.

Unprofessional assistant manager with unhelpful attitude, started yelling and talking over me when I tried to sort out/understand the issue of transferring bill responsibilities with the account holder

No one was there to open the store at 10 am. Its now 10:23 and still no one. Now thanks to the employees not showing up in will have to go on a Saturday and wait as its always busy on the weekends.

My Father has past away and Modesto took his time in making sure that the photos and voice memos all got transferred completely as he knew I was so emotional about my phone being recently damaged. His empathy and sympathy were truly unique and his great customer service was above and beyond amazing. All the memories on my phone of my Father were saved and I owe Modesto a huge THANK YOU! As for experiences in the past to not being able to save everything from my old phones, I was truly worried this time around. Thank You again Modesto for keep my memories safe.Patricia Arteaga
