Fast service in & out in no time. Friendly people working at this facility in Cameron Park. They check all your fluids, lights, tires, brakes and belts. I would recommend Jiffy Lube to my friends.

I arrived at opening (7:30) and there were three cars in line and only one technician. He did a great job of getting everyone checked in, performing the work, and answering the questions of subsequent customers all by himself. It took a while, but I applaud his effort and professionalism. Nobody wants to work anymore, so you have to be patient and be kind to the ones who do. Getting angry at the people trying to normalize our lives again is NOT the right way to go about it.

Today was my best Jiffy Lube experience in the 25 years I have gone to them for oil changes. This crew chose to randomly install a missing running light for me. I had the new part in my car, they must have discovered while vacuuming, and installed it no charge! I wish I lived in the area so I could use this location every 3,000 miles. Your host was on point and showed integrity when asked for her thoughts on replacing an air filter. I did replace the cabin filter. Thank you! A good day for all.

I was there on August 2, 2021 had received the best service of any Jiff Lube to date. The young man who I dealt with was so courteous and polite.

I had a headlight indicator on. I dropped by and they quickly identified it as my right rear turn signal and quickly fixed it for me at a great price. While I was there they also checked my tire inflation as that light was on too.

The staff was courteous and quick to get me checked for my oil change. They brought things to my attention that needed to be replaced and didn’t try to upsell on anything. I would recommend then to anyone.

They short of staff but you would never know . They are all great people . And on there job !

The employees there are always super friendly and helpful. always get us in and out quick! I only use this jiffy lube because of the awesome employees and service.

The quality of the work seemed to have gone okay. My car had several long stretches of sitting there without being worked on. I expect this once or twice to allow oil to drain, but getting in and out at Jiffy Lube shouldnt take longer than when I do the job at home and have to jack the car up and lay underneath.

I had a good experience. I worked for this company before and know what to look for and everything was great. I have read some of the reviews and some dont add to this store however you are entitled to say yes or no to any extra service even if they say you need it done. Also, if they are checking leaks and see that its coming from somewhere they will let you know either way. If you wanna check it out yourself you can always ask to go to the lower bay and say Can you show me the leak.Always ask questions so you know your vehicle and it might show you that yeah sometimes leaks are caused by other things and you dont know.Anyway I had a good service here and didnt feel forced to do anything. I was only suggested and I decided from there.Use your mouth people. Cheers!!

I came in for a oil change, didnt have to wait too long, 30-45 minutes. The previous time I came in they said that I had a power steering leak, for some strange reason they didnt mention it, this time they said I had other minor leaks. Also, the oil change service was supposed to include vacuuming of the inside floors, they didnt touch my floors. I would tell the people that work at this place, if youre going to offer a service and promise to do certain things, then you should do those certain things otherwise, its false advertising. If they would have been more thorough with their inspection of my vehicle and did the things they were supposed to do, then I would have given them a five-star rating...

I went in for an oil change. Years ago, I used to use this Jiffy Lube every time I needed an oil change. In the past, I always found them professional and thorough. They werent trying to get a bunch of other services from me.I was shocked to find out that they do a lot more other intrusive things looking under your hood in order to get a variety of more types of services that you pay for. It seemed a bit much. I was also displeased that the price has gone up so much and that the coupon that was offered on the website was only for $5.What really upset me was when they asked me if I wanted my tires to be inflated to 30 PSI. The recommended PSI for my tires is 50! I was very displeased that they were asking me to under inflate my tires. Why?I was so displeased when they asked me this question, that I went ahead and videotaped the rest of the service appointment, because I was frankly afraid that some harm could have been done to my vehicle.I absolutely will not return there again.In response to the managers reply, I can accept that you are doing a wider range of services so you are looking for a lot more things to be wrong. What I cannot accept is if you are telling people that their tires need to be inflated to 30 PSI when it clearly states on the tires that they need to be at 50. That is an error. Fortunately, I knew that was in error. I hesitate to think what might have happened if your staff would have just blindly inflated my tires to 30 PSI.

I asked that an oil additive which I provided be added - I was told they would do it - but they did not and then they had to drain a quart so it could be added. Truck was not vacuumed which has always been part of the service. It took at least 10 minutes to check me in and overall service was very slow. I have always has decent service at this location - but my experience today was sub-par.

I have never had my oil change done so quickly! I was so happy about that. The guy that checked me out was incredibly nice and professional. I found at other auto places they will try and take advantage of women that come in and don’t have a clue about cars. Not the case here! He answered all my questions, recommending what needed to be done today, next visit, and down the road. He never tried to push extra work for my car. Overall, I will be coming back to the Cameron park site because of the staff, they did a great job!

I was given an accurate ETA, shown all recommended services without experiencing aggressive up-selling. The waiting room was clean (an employee actually cleaned the chairs while I was sitting there) and complied with social distancing; masks are required and every employee I saw was wearing them correctly. In short I was impressed.

That guy who ran the place was friendly, competent and thourogh. Nice bunch of guys that were not trying to pressure you.

Excellent service. They are fast efficient an knowledgeable. No long waits. And not overpriced which is a plus in my family. You can get most anything done there. Full service short of going to a pricey garage. Especially in these times. Ill be back there in a couple weeks for new tires. There my first choice from now on for my 2014 Kia Rio. I take both my personal and work car to this particular Jiffy Lube. The staff is always polite and friendly and the work is always done quickly and well. I have been to other lube/oil places (including other Jiffy Lubes) where shortcuts are taken in the hopes that I wont notice (i.e, tires not rotated when I was told they would be). I have never had such a problem here. They also have a clean waiting room and are located close to a number of other stores, so one can walk around while waiting. My cars are always returned with the work professionally done, the interior vacuumed, and the windshield washed. No complaints here, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Despite the hassle of COVID 19 and some intense heat, I was quickly greeted and encouraged to leave on my air-conditioning while social distancing standards were met in the office. I waited in my car for only a few minutes and then was escorted into the office, which met all social distancing requirements. From that point onward --just fast, professional, helpful service. The employees at this location were amazing as always. Justin (the manager) always knows how to be a great leader for his team and it shows through there work ethics, the quality of service given, and the way they value their customers. I drove pass 5 other locations for 50 minutes just to go to this location and I’d do it every time if it means I get the high level of service and professionalism I received before.

The team here was great, I had a tire blowout on the freeway, and got a tow to them, and they had it changed out in about 20 minutes, everyone was super helpful and communicative. Even though I just went for a tire they got me a new valve stem and let me know about some leaks I wasnt aware of. 10/10 would go back

I brought my Ford Fusion in for a routine Oil change, tire rotation/balance. They quickly called me to let me know that one of my tires had a screw in it and another one had a bulge of some sort. Instead of charging me for the four tire rotations, they instead charged me for one (which I insisted because they werent going to charge me at all).Everyone was very friendly and the service was extremely FAST for being moderately busy. Stopped in today to get a quick oil change. Dropped my truck off, ran back to the office to wait, and before I knew it they were calling to tell me my truck was ready to be picked up. Always nice and they go out of their way for the consumer. A while back, a piece was broken in the process of my oil change at this location and no one noticed until I took it in to be smogged a month later. Jiffy lube made it right and fixed the piece that was broken with out any argument. Today, they were fast and I was in and out in under 30 minutes including a tire rotation. I highly recommend this location

Waited in line for 30 minutes and never was helped. I couldnt wait anymore and just left. At the least a service member could have came up and greeted me and asked what I was there for. From my experiences with the workers they are unfriendly. If theres nobody there they give great service but if they are busy think again. Unorganized.

Straight up didnt fill my fluids all the way. Paid an extra $50 to have my break fluid flushed and now Idk if they even did it. They didnt fill my windshield washer fluid (despite me requesting it) and my oil was not filled up. I only figured out that I should check after my windshield wiper fluid ran out in a bug filled drive from NorCal and I could barely see. Thanks yall. Took you 1.5 hours and still didnt do what I paid for.

Ive been do oil change with them 2 years and usually I went to Costco to change new tire with all my car but this is first and last time never come back here because they regconize me I need new tire for my infinity so I try and so disappointed after I change 4 brand new tire and not only a year now they tell me I need another new one because after 15,000 miles no warranty ( after I came back as lease 20 times for air pressure )and they check so many time no problem then now I came back tell them make sure inspection because I don’t want to waiste my time to go back then they said now I need new one again...so mad and never come back

Went for a oil change and was told my transmission was leaking fluid. I had a new transmission put in a year ago and two weeks prior had my one year check up with no problems. I park my cars in the same place for twenty years and no leaks! If I want to be scammed and lied to Id go to Big O tires in Placerville. BEWARE

I just went here for the first time and I had a very good experience. They tried to upsell me a lot, but the job was done quickly, and they showed me the oil level afterward and properly inflated my tires (based on the door jamb rating). Will return. Edit 3 years later: Im still going here and have had only good experiences.

The most expensive oil change I have ever had in my life. They will upsell you and charge you through the nose for what should be a $5 part. Be prepared to spend close to $200 just to get your car back.The only good news: theyre fast.
