I wish I could remember the front desk guys name but he is super friendly and helpful! Even when they were down two guys and short handed, he still found info on my other vehicle for me and helped me understand it without getting frustrated or anything! Weve gotten several sets of tires and have always been pleased with their work 😊

Unless you want them to incorrectly fix your vehicle or you have four or more hours to sit around and wait for an oil change and new tires, I would never recommend this place.

Im a mechanic myself at a nearby mom and pop shop, we only have limited tire equipment I bought tires from them and said Id mount them myself I failed at that so I brought the tires to them to have them mounted, they said they wont do it unless I mount the tires on the rims and bring them back to be beaded and inflated. So I had to individually bring each wheel to them and ride on my spare back and fourth to their shop until I got all 4 tires beaded, I pre-booked an appointment today to have my tires balanced on my lunch break, Being a mechanic I know it typically takes 30-40 minutes to balance tires so I figured I could get it done on my lunch. I waited 20 minutes for them to pull my car in and asked what was going on, the manager tells me he can get my car going in another hour and a half. I guess an appointment means nothing to them and they like to slack. I dont care if youre down a tech we only have 3 techs working at our shop right now with a fully booked schedule and we always get our cars out in time including walk-ins, this establishment is a complete joke and poor excuse for an automobile repair site Spend your hard earned money somewhere else and dont waste your time with these guys.

Told to wait a week for them to get the parts needed, week later show up and drop the car off. 6 hours later I call to see how its going and they say they dont have one of the parts and it will be 3-4 days. I say i just want the car I have work tomorrow. Then when i pick the car up for what was done to it they ask me to pay ahead for the parts they might be able to get, no thanks. On the way home car is idling weird, get home and it didnt have enough oil in it after they had just changed the oil. Avoid this place

I had a nail in my tire and the warning light was on. The first tire store I went to said it would be 4 hours. When I arrived here, I was immediately contacted and the tire was fixed in less than an hour. Good Covid protocol too.

Had a poor experience getting a simple oil change. Dont go here, they will lie and be pushy about what you need to do to your vehicle, and not even perform the service that you pay for. Did not top off power steering fluid or coolant, left my maintenance light on and left glove box ajar after an oil change service. This place is a joke.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had a Screw in tire and they removed it quickly. I was in and out within a few minutes. Price for Fixing tire seemed a bit high for how long it took. Overall very happy with my service.

I made an appointment at 9AM for a tire rotation and wheel alignment, expecting my truck to be done at 11/12. I called after 12 asking when it would be done, they told me that it would be done “shortly”. I then showed up at 2PM and truck hadn’t even been put on the alignment rack. I am very disappointed and frustrated over the fact that my truck sat there for 6 hours and the only thing that had gotten done was rotate balance and mount.

Psi replacement a bit experience but worth it.

Worst QC ever. Waited over 2 hours and 40 minutes for a flat fix that I was told was supposed to take an hour. Truck went in, wheel was taken off and put back on. Then 10 minutes later was taken off again. I was told “There was a mix up in the shop and it didn’t get fixed the first time.” Waited another 40 minutes for the second “fix”. I have a fleet of vehicles and will never use BigO again!

They were all nice and friendly until I couldnt back out. Told us we would be done in an hour. Walked up the street and wandered around and returned in an hour. Tires are done, but alignment still isnt done. How long will that take -- 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes. How long now? Youre next up just as soon as we get the Mercedes ahead of you off the alignment rack . How long? Cant say. In a very snotty tone of voice we were told we could leave but then would just have to bring it back. I noted that I could bring it somewhere else. Then they really got snotty. Shoved a bunch pf paperwork in my face to sign. When I picked it up to read it he took it out of my hands to point out where I should sign. I told him that if he wanted me to sign it, I was going to read it (weird, I know). After that everything he said was just rude. I told him I would be writing a bad review and he was shocked. Said he was sorry the manager had given me inaccurate information, again with a very snotty tone. I think they knew all along that they couldnt get my job done in an hour (in which case I wouldnt have stayed as I didnt have a morning to give) but knew that once they were in the process I had little choice. Will never use them again.

I called and talked to Kayden and asked for a out the door price for tires on 2 of our cars. He gave me the prices. My wife and daughter called to confirm and went down there. My wife was up sold an alignment. My daughter found when she got there (30 minuted after calling to confirm) they didnt have the tires they had quoted her on. All they had was tires costing more than $200 more. she got the tires. After complaining they gave her a $75 mail in rebate. Not before. When I found out what they did I called them not happy. After the manager got off the phone with me he proceeded to say unfriendly things about me within ear shot of my daughter who was still there. My described they place and people as shady, somewhat dirty with no gloves or other visible PPE for customers protection.needless to say I wont be going back. Ever. They were combative to me and unapologetic. If you want to be up sold and deal with less than honest people this is the right place to go.

The Big O Tires in Cameron Park is great. I dont particularly like the one in El Dorado Hills, so I drive a little further up the hill to get the service I like. Dont believe that youre getting the same experience with every Big O Tire franchise.

Great guys, being a women it can be intimidating to go into a car place but the guys here are super friendly. I go for an oil change and they let me know what the issues are on going in the car. Placerville big O is completely different Ive been shouted at by a guy there.. will never go back. $29.98 for oil change you cant beat it

And said his guys should not of quoted that price. Then told me he would get to it as soon as he could..Went to 5 star fast freddies up the street for cheaper than the original Quote and home by 830...BYE BYE O

Due to living to far to m as ke the trip on my days off from work, I took my truck in for service and they were able to give me a ride to and from. Super convenient.

Caden was a pleasure to work with! He provides some of the best customer service Ive seen in the industry! I was facing 2 days without my work truck & was displeased with that conclusion... Between him going the extra mile to get the tire I needed from another store and the mechanic staying late to complete the service... They proved why big O is the best... I wouldnt buy a tire from anywhere else!

Owners and management is great but I cant say the same for the employees something I think they dont take pride in what they do its like they start fixing your car and leave it half way and have worse developments its not about saying the negatives but they have to be told so improvements can be made.

Terrible experience. Was quoted a price over the phone, but when I arrived at the store they told me the price was $200 more and wouldnt honor the quote. The person being helped at the counter next to me even had an email quote which they would not honor either. Very much like a bait and switch. Not a trustworthy place to do business with.

Agree with the BUYER beware! warning on this review thread. This place is shady. I once had one employee try to sell me tires behind the back of his supervisor, while on the job. Doesnt exactly demonstrate a high standard of morals or professionalism. More recently, they installed one of my tires incorrectly (simply forgot to tighten the lug nuts), and as a result, I accumulated close to $250 in towing/inspection fees to remedy this problem. I came back with all paperwork showing the problem, they refused to pay me back for their poor workmanship, saying that too much time has past. I havent even driven 2k miles yet!!!! I am currently filing complaints and taking them to court.DO NOT GO THERE!!! They are a shady bunch and do not care about customer service (they come first)!!

This place is awesome. Go see Jeff or Caden if you need tires or an alignment. Its rare to see a chain shop like this care as much as these guys do. Im always on a budget and Caden went above and beyond to help me stay on target. Highly recommend this Big-O

I was there a couple of months ago, on my way to Carson City and my car started vibrating really bad, so I stopped at your store and was told I needed four new tires, and being that I was on my way out of town I was not prepared for this expense, but Geoff was very kind and understanding and offered to see if I could qualify for financing which I did, but 4 tires and new front struts later I was there for a while and unhappy about the extra expense and time but again Geoff was kind and agreed to lower the price just slightly so I could finance this and hopefully be on my way soon. I really appreciate what he did for me otherwise I do not know what I would have done to pay for the repairs.

Loved the Service I got from Brian. He fixed the brakes and did an awesome job with the Tires. Will be more than happy to recommend to my friends and looking forward to bringing in my girl friends car as well!

Came in for a fix a flat. Service writer went out with me and looked at the tire in my trunk with a nail in it. 45 min later was told they were done but my spare was still on the car. They forgot they were supposed to FIX MY FLAT! They didnt do anything but check my tires for air. And even though I bought the tires from big o they dont do free repairs unless I brought my receipt. Even though the tires are on record with them. This place is a joke, waste of time, and they try to rip you off.

Wife bought brand new tires from this location. Ended up with a nail in her tire and went to have it replaced under warranty. No warranty apparently, so they charged her full price. Unforseen check went through, so she couldnt afford the tire. THEY WERE GOING TO PUT THE DAMAGED TIRE BACK ON AND LET HER DRIVE AWAY. Thats a massive safety issue. This is not the way you take care of a returning customer who spent full price on brand new tires. Dont go to big o tires. They dont care about safety, and arent doing any favors for returning customers. Unless I receive an explanation as to why they would let her drive away on a damaged tire, go to Tire Pros in Folsom. They wouldnt let that happen.

I took my truck in to get 4 new tires and to make this story short I had to come back twice after that. I did not like the way they treated my truck they would lift up the back of my truck and drop it with the jack. Also I had a cup in the center council and they put it on the seat and it spilled in the seat. It was the way they treated my truck that really got to me. They were very careless about taking care of my truck. I paid over 1,000 bucks in tires I would hope that they can at least treat my truck right. I regret not taking my truck to les schwab. The price different was about the same.

Dont bother... Im sorry but if you work in a Tire Shop shouldnt you make sure that all 5 lug nuts are put back on? Not only that but if you loose one itd be nice to notify the customer before they notice it on there own, instead of slapping 4 on and calling it good

Had a blowout on the freeway got towed to Big O Tires these guys were so accommodating and nice I would definitely drive all the way back to get my tires done there again

Ive been bringing my vehicles here for several years and have always received great and honest service along with great prices. The staff is always friendly and helpful at explaining (and showing) what needs to be done on my vehicle.

Got there early for tires things went ok at first. Got the call that work was done pretty fast like just under 2hrs then when I got back to store found work wasnt completed. Was told 5 more minutes to switch out my wiper blades, bottom line over a hour went by and never got my blades swapped out. I only asked to do it cause I didnt want to run to napa. Bottom line couldnt even change wiper blades 👎

Great service at this location. Asked for a light inspection while they change the oil and they did it for me no questions asked.

Gave them a knotty problem. Change the oil on my 40 Deisel pusher motorhome. They did a great job, in a great time, when they told me they would. I do all my tire and auto business there, LOCAL, and love the guys and their service. El Dorado Countys best Auto Service and tire spot.

I telephoned too see about getting my car in for an alignment. I was told their schedule was wide open and come straight on in. At the check in desk, I was told it would be an hour too have my car done. I left and came back in an hour. My car was still in the exact same spot where I had left it. I was then told my car was next up for service. Having just wasted an hour of my time, I said no thank you and took my car back home. This place should be called Big Oh - Why Did I Bother.

It took this company 3 hours to even look at my car, and 3 hours after that to replace brakes and rotors. This was fine with me, until a day later when my front right brake pad fell off. After I contacted the company they helped resolve the problem.

$55 is the highest price Ive paid for an oil change here, the dealership or anywhere else. Im going to check around before I get my next oil change.

When my wife took our van in to get tires they kept pressuring her to get the front end aligned even though it didn’t need it. Typical trying to take advantage of a women who they think doesn’t know much about cars.

Okay Im sure the men acullally doing the work are great but Geoff I think his name is that works in the front here is so rude and horrible to work with! If I didnt have to get a new tire tonight I wouldnt have come here. He is aweful to deal with. I came to get a tire patched a few months ago on my moms car and had to come back 3 times because he kept telling them the wrong tire then he acts like Im the stupid one. I talked to him on the pho e twice today about a new tire then when I got here her acted like I was dumb for wanted to replace the one tire. I told him if I could go one more day on it I wouldnt come here and deal with you. Everyone else here is great but he makes it a nightmare to come here.

If there was a negative star they would get that. If you want your lug nuts to fall off after a tire rotation, go here. If you want work done on your car that doesnt need to be done, go here. If you want young adults who have little to no experience and have no buiness working on your car then go here. If you want your car leaving in worse shape when you brought it in, then go here. They tell you they replaced parts right to your face, then you find out they never did. This buiness is terrible and BUYER beware!!!!!!

Took truck in tire rotation. While driving home my system said they didnt adjust the tire pressure. Had too drive all the way back to get it done. Without the notification the tire pressure would have been 20 pounds of info each tire. Not good.

Told me i was buying Japanese tires... They were made in Indonesia. No usa made tires. Okay prices.

Guy behind the counter couldnt be bothered to help find the snow chains we needed for a trip, sent us to OReilly auto parts.
