Kinda jerks. Just saying! Better to try another place if you got to do any package needs or Amazon returns.

$120 to notarize a bank document. Talked me out of getting a document notarized on my first visit which I actually needed... Called ahead before coming back to get that form signed and was told my wife didnt need to be there, got there and was told my wife did need to be there, came back a third time... You got me UPS store, you got me for $120 but thats it. A reasonable business might find more value in their customers by providing good service at a fair price. Just a thought... It might promote repeat business...

Ive been going to this UPS location for all my business and shipping needs for a while now. Their attention to detail, professionalism and knowledge always makes it a quick and easy trip. Great staff and very well managed.

These guys do a great job packing and the customer service is outstanding. Ive shipped several priceless items from this location and had them pack and box with no problems what so ever.

Not sure what happened to this UPS store, the employee used to be pretty cool, really nice and helpful, but recently with newer employee the ATTITUDE CHANGED TO BAD HORRIBLE SERVICE! Beside, why is it at this store the opening hours is at 1100 oppose to other UPS Store opens at 0900 pr 0930.Ive also noticed, as well, at this store the employee are not complying with CDC guidelines, the employee are not wearing mask and not practicing 6 social distancing themselves, there is a signs for the customer but the employee doesnt follow the guidelines for themselves. BEWARE!

Very pleased on their customer service promptness. There is nothing more aggravating being in a store where a phone call is more important than you who made the effort to be there.I really like their printing service: Faster lead time delivery and way lower cost with comparable quality. Im always amazed how they can print brochures and signs faster, better and at lower cost!

Kind of annoyed. I just got charged $2.50 to put a 12” strip of tape across my box. I get it, but that seems a tad overpriced. Not putting anyone down as they all come off as very friendly. I just felt a little cheated. I mean I didn’t have to bring my packages there. Prob won’t be back after that.

I love this UPS facility. Chris is extremely helpful and his staff is always cordial and pleasant. I have used their printing services for brochures and business type forms and Chris is wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. He will take his time to work with you by email, in person or over the phone. Great customer service etiquette!

I love this store. I go everyday to pick up my mail. The staff is helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Oh, they are also FRIENDLY...which counts loads with me. They can make keys for you and even take your fingerprints (if you need that). This store offers lots more services than the previous owner offered....like rubber stamps, banners, flyers, notary, document shredding.... just to name a few. Try em....youll like em.

Ive had many dealings with the nice people at this store. They quickly acknowledge you when arriving in their store, this alone is very helpful. Whenever I have questions they are answered thoroughly, and unique amongst UPS stores they give a receipt for packages dropped off there. I would rate the service as excellent.

Went here to mail an envelope weighing 8 Oz. $17.98, really? They couldnt ship UPS because it was going to a PO Box. Said I needed to mail USPS, so I mailed it. However, when I came home and went on the USPS site, the most this item should have cost was between $5-7. I will be returning again tomorrow to see why the cost was so much and will change my rating if I get satisfaction. So, beware, mail from an actual post office if in doubt.. I returned to the store this morning...changing my star rating, apparently the person who waited on me was new, got a refund of $11.00, thank you Samantha!! Just make sure if the amount seems outrages, ask for a supervisor..

Excellent customer service and very civic minded. I highly recommend Chris Kennedy and all of his staff at this UPS Store!

You dont expect this kind of friendly, efficient service anymore at a small store like this but they are terrific.No question is too silly for a helpful answer.I feel like a family member walking in.

The location near The Roxy said they are not open to the general public...??? Since when???

Terrible service . Just a couple weeks i went in there to print a couple of laker tickets and it only cost me no more then a quarter . Today i go to print one paper and the guy tried to charge me 5 dollars then tried to charge me 3 dollars if i got on the computer and did it myself . Never have i paid more then a dollar .

The manager, Chris Kennedy is the laziest person that I have ever met. He makes all his employees do the heavy work (including the women), while he talks on the phone. He is also rude and when he scanned my boxes, he turned them sideways--no concern for the care of the contents.
