Email print and go couldnt do a 1 page pdf. I got the confirmation code but none of the 3 print stations could do it. Made me late for an appointment. The employees were helpful though

They decided to add on $3.23 to each of my packages today and claimed it was a residential surcharge.... The website gave no mention of this new fee and they literally just stole extra money from me just because. It will be about 5-6% more expensive to go with UPS, but Im taking all of my companys mailing and printing buisness there. Only patronize buisness who treat you right.

Overpriced, but VERY helpful staff. Saul helped me save money by recommending a smaller box and he helped me with a print job. He was super patient with me. Doubt Ill come back, but thats certainly not the staffs fault.

I wouldnt rate this location with any stars. I have used Kinkos back in the day and had no problems. I have used Fed Ex Print shop at other locations and Camarillo is by far the worst. First experience went in to use the computer and printer, but found out the printer was down after spending 4 minutes on the computer. They failed to make a sign to notify customers about the malfunction printer.2nd incident waiting in line and being told they will be with me but 2 other customer come in and are helped.

The woman was very rude to other people there and she didnt even acknowledge me or the others in line who walked up. I watched her snap at some people who tried to nicely ask her a question. She told them it would be 15 minutes until she could answer their question. There were other people in line and I had a pre-labeled box to send Fedex, so when she was copying something (not talking and not doing anything), I asked her if I could just leave my box on the shipping counter because it was already labeled. I was in a hurry and didnt really need anything else. She glared at me and said I guess. So I left it there but now its been 9 days and they have not received my package. HOPEFULLY it simply has not arrived but I am concerned now that she did not ship it. I hope Im being paranoid. Either way, she was very rude and I am never going back.Update - Its been over a month now and the company has still not received my return.

The employees were so rude to us and other customers in our vicinity. Apparently you should know how everything in THEIR store works or they’ll act as if you are bothering them. As someone who has worked in retail, I think fed ex could find some friendlier employees.

This Camarillo Fedex store is the worst, customer service at its worst. This is twiced this happened to me.Refused to take my prepaid package which was packed correctly and tightly, but they said they need to open whats inside (invasion of my privacy) and I forced to buy their box.Its a racket and out right crime, seriuosly, which need to stop.

Positives: remodel looks good, appreciate the wifi. Negatives: wait times for assistance at shipping desk on average too long, high pressure sales tactics to purchase packaging instead of using my own.

I went to store to have an item returned, computer whoud not accept the bar code from my iPhone. The nice lady asked me to go home and print the bar code, when I returned the computer would not accept the printed bar code. I went home and called the vender for a new barcode. I printed the new bar code and returned to store, the computer would not accept the new bar code. At which time the lady said she didn’t think it was the barcode that was the problem because they were having trouble with there computer. I wish she would have told me that in the first place. I’ll drive to a distant FedEx and keep my fingers crossed. I rate this store at 1/2 star and that is generous.

I really hate this store so much that none of the staff members have any kind of courtesy or professionalism to help you with anything. They just wanna do their own stuff and doesnt wanna help you at all.Just one thing dont expect good customer service from here. This is not the FedEx I wanna look forward to visit again.

Absolute Garbage customer service. Showed up on a Sunday at 6:00pm and they had one person working the entire store. Had to wait 15 minutes before I was even helped. Went back again at 8:30 same thing only one person working three people in line. I just left. The assistant manger (only person working) couldnt figure out why my shipping labels wouldnt print. Bad customer service and lack of manpower coupled with incompetent employees make for a horrible experience at this store
