They fix my car ever time I get hit u say hi yes 4 times

Had our PT Cruiser repainted as we wanted it to last a few more years. They did an excellent job on it. We had no problems with them. The car looked like brand new when we picked it up.

I’ve had the worse experience ever. Took my car in to have a dent fixed. When I got it back the paint had a little bit of flaws. Part of the dent was still visible by the door. A few months later the bondo or paint started cracking so I took it back on a Monday. They said it would be 3 or 4 days for it to be fixed AGAIN! Come to find out on the 5th day the paint guy was out of town and I didn’t even get contacted about it. He wasn’t back until that following Tuesday. I looked at the paint job in the booth and it have flaws everywhere. Was told a wet sand and buff would get rid of the little dots everywhere. I received my car later that day to see that not only were there still flaws on it but there was paint runs on the door, the bottom of the wheel well and paint was chipping near the trim on the bottom of the door. The sharp edge above the wheel well was gone and just a smooth bump. Took the car back the next day and they said they didn’t notice it at first and to bring it back in two weeks later to get fixed. Not even 4 days later that same crack from the bondo is now cracking again like they never fixed the problem and just painted over hoping I wouldn’t notice. I’m going back to get my money back so I can take it to a real shop to get the work done. I would never recommend a body shop that has such bad work considering I’m having to go back a third time for a job that should of been done right the first time!!!

Terrible business ethics. Had an appointment set up for 2 pm got there early and they were closed. Waited for an hour and a half before the guy got there and all he said was he got stuck in nampa and couldnt get his wife out of the store! While I was waiting a lady pulled up and said the out to lunch sign had been up since 1pm! They had my number and never called, nobody but tony knew anything about what I was needing, then they couldnt even fix my car cause they said they couldnt find the part...which I provided to them. They said it was the wrong one! Less than one star. Terrible service...so when I got my car back it was smoking and sputtering. I asked why and they said they washed the engine! Its 12 degrees outside! It sputtered and stalled out all the way home and now it wont start. They are not answering their phone and I am stuck without a running car!

They deserve less than 1 star!!!!! They shouldnt even be a business! First we get here, wait ten minutes before we start wandering looking for someone, find someone then they call the Secretary who was at Wal-Mart and so we couldnt be helped til She got back. She comes back 20 minutes later with Jack in the box and McDonalds, like she didnt know we were waiting on her or something?! But she did know! Oh and then we finally have access to our car and Im telling the key isnt working, the manual key or the burton but they dont listen and try that for 20 minutes before going to get something to unlock it, and then they lost the ticket for us to sign a release for the insurance, so we spent 2 hours to get four things out of my car and sign a piece of paper!!!

I had to get a two for a car in a accident. I gave the address of the auto shop to drop it off at. Collision Experts took it to their yard for the day to get a daily storage fee. Then I had to have another tow truck take it from there to the auto shop. BEWARE of this company scamming you on storage fees.
