At Beckham collision they do amazing work, I can honestly say there isnt a business man in the valley like mike! You get the quality work you pay for at this collision center, hands down best in the valley!

Mike and his crew were wonderful! Brought my only car to have some work done and they got me in and out as fast as possible! The work was wonderful paint match spot on and customer service was some of the best there is! Would recommend to anyone with auto body needs!

Horrible Customer Service!!!We used this location for a Budget Truck Rental for a recent move and at first things sounded good. The woman that I spoke with in the morning was stellar in personality, however she didnt give us all of the facts about our truck rental. She quoted the deposit to be 150.00 when using cash for the rental. This deposit would cover the cost of the rental and what I was reserving (which included a hand truck). When my mover got to the location they charged 190.00. When I found out, I called the location to ask why. I began the call by stating my name and a bit of background about calling earlier and what was going on - only to be cut off by the man on the phone demanding, Whats your question? in a very rude manner. When I tried to tell him that I was wondering why there was a difference between what was quoted and what was charged, he told me that it was because we paid in cash. I said that I had informed the girl of this and that doesnt sound right to which he responded that I needed to call Budget directly. When I called Budget directly I was told that it was because of a charge for a hand truck and the insurance on the truck, which made sense. However, this should have been told to me on the initial call. It made the move more difficult and being barked at by Captain Rudeness at Beckham Collision. There was no reason for his behavior. This issue was compounded with the fact that the hand truck that they charged us for was not in the truck like they said it was. We now have to do a complete household move without one. Since I could not talk to Beckham directly about it - he hung up on me once I asked to speak with a manager, my movers tried to call and discuss it. They said that they would be taking off the charge for the hand truck. That still does not cover the inconvenience of a move without one! They do not stand behind their work and their service is horrible. I would think if this was the case when dealing with budget and this is how business is ran, why would anyone trust them with a loved or precious car? I truly thought it would be a good experience based on my initial call, but overall this is the worst moving experience I have had due to behavior and incompetence.

Great customer service. Extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. I could tell that the guys put a lot of effort into their work. The paint looked awesome. Couldnt have asked for a better job done.

We highly recommend Beckham Collision Center. We had a small dent in front of the drivers door that was causing a problem with the door opening. We went to another shop and they gave us a $1000 estimate. We went to Beckman, the gentleman said let me take it around back and Ill see what I can do. In about 5 minutes he brought the car around all fixed and he didnt even charge us. Wow, thank you Beckham.

We picked up a rental RV here. The check-in/out process was quick and easy.

Ive trusted Beckham Collision Center with my car twice and theyve done perfect work each time. My paint still looks fresh from 2 years ago and now recently having service a second time, my 2006 mazda is better than it looked before my accident. This car is something sellable thanks to this shop!

Mike the owner keep the repair price down low enough that my car wasnt classified as totalled. The work looks great and you cant tell that I was hit.

Owner Mike, an arrogant one to talk to , never follows through, and never calls customers back , Beware of this shop, , after checking up on this company, and hearing of all the others who they were so rude to, its a wonder they are still in business, read other reveiws, and beware of the unprofessional , rude way they talk to customers!!!!
