I have been waiting 6 weeks for someone to come and take measurements. I have gone into the store twice to get any updates only to be told that I am “next up”. I would love to support local businesses, but this type of customer service makes it really difficult.

Very poor communication, was told 3 days to have a window come in and it ended up taking 2 weeks. Hours say open on saturday but dont count on it. One positive, The window he replaced was perfect, he did good work

He sent over his glass tech and he was very professional he measured and replaced the glass and honored his quoted price within reason for the work completed.
