Quick service very efficient and very polite I highly recommend this location especially one of the employees Adam. Starbucks corporate should make Adam a trainer or a spokesman on behalf of the customers and how to be treated very welcomed. This kid should #MOODY360TV be the face of Starbucks

I go to this one pretty frequently. The staff are super nice and they try their best to offer decent alternatives if they are out of something. Definitely one of the better star bucks I have frequented.

Ordered before other people still got it after them thought the girl who was making my drink did seem new still kind of amazed I never got a receipt or was offered to get one as well.

The drinks were ok, they taste better at other locations. Its a busy to order inside the store

Great Starbucks location. Nice atmosphere, calm environment, super friendly employees and customers. The baristas are adept at whipping up a chai latte, cafe mocha, Tropical ice tea, and much more. Make this your go to destination if youre in the Calabassas area.

A bad experience this morning at Starbucks thanks to Cristina a employee but she doesnt seem to be one . She was absolutely rude and unprofessional . I was waiting in line for ten minutes and she was just hanging out there discussing with a customer about their weekend not even bothered about me waiting in line and in a rush to get back to work. After she was done socializing I asked her if she could help me but she promptly refused saying she is taking care of other stuff. Ridiculous . So end of the day I was there waiting all that time and got late for work

The guy who was working in there was very nice. The other guy who made my coffee was awesome. I went to Starbucks around 6ish, and there wasnt a lot of people there. It felt so nice and relaxing in there. It had a great vibe. Made my coffee exactly how I liked it! Its a hit and miss at various Starbucks .... But this one was definitely a hit! Will definitely be going back to this one, when I pass by again.

Warm & friendly staff & atmosphere. People sit & relax at this place. They plug in their computers or phones and stay awhile. Conversations happen. Beautiful people. Once I had to catch a bus, & the staff got my coffee super fast so I wouldn’t miss. Great place.

Nothing to not love about Starbucks except price. This Starbucks especially has the coconut milk plant substitute that is most delicious! Most Starbucks only have soy or almond. If lucky oatmeal!!!! But I guess I have specially been lucky, they have COCONUT milk!!!!

Always well staffed when I have visited. If you order on the app and pick up, it will always be a lot faster compared to ordering in store. Workers are very nice here and work as quickly. I have also seen them provide good customer service for requests.

Very nice place. Out door seating with a view. I come here every time I come to California. Sometimes can be busy but the wait is not bad. Good food and beverage.

Customer service is trash here. Over 5 employees working, 2 asked other customer what their names were for mobile orders... never even looked at me to as me when I was there before both the other customers. There is a Starbucks in Albertsons in the same parking lot and THOSE WORKERS ARE AMAZING! If I could have rated this Agoura & Las Virgenes a 0 star I would have.I even mentioned it to the worker while in there and she did not even apologize on behalf of the staff. Never going again.

Covid 19 YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! This Starbucks DOES NOT enforce or even encourage wearing masks inside! Woman today standing at the counter in front of everyone’s drinks (1 foot away) having a long, purposeless conversation with the barista. SPIT FLYING EVERYWHERE. I was in complete shock. We shut down an economy, lost hundreds of thousands of souls due to people and greedy corporations like this. Shocking. You’ve been warned, enter at your own risk.

GREAT staff! They are super friendly at this location. Drinks are good too and come out in no time. Restrooms could be a tad cleaner but it’s nothing really bad.

Quality wise it was as always delicious. Walking inside the Vons marketplace, I glanced at Starbucks area and told myself - how nice, it is quite & no line. Ill do quick shopping than. I paid for my merchandises & moved towards the coffee place. There were 4 people ahead of me and it felt like eternity. I was getting nothing for myself. Maybe it explained why I felt like that. I bought pink birthday cake pop & kids hot chocolate with whip cream for my 4 year who was patiently waiting for her DAD.

Ample parking and seating, but not many seats with backs. Great patio space, too! Plus they have a ton of draft options and Starbucks swag (mugs) for purchase!

I would love to leave a higher review because its obvious theyre trying... They get so busy and do their best to navigate the tumultuous environment that is expected for any Starbucks store. But I cant help but notice when they hand me a panini in a white paper bag that is drenched in coffee... And this has happened more than once.Theyre a little rough around the edges and are very helpful and gracious when you point it out, but they need to ameliorate those little things that customers notice. Its not just about the quality of the coffee -- little oversights like that lead to bigger inconveniences for the customer, which is what gets you a weaker review.

This location is great! I come here a lot because it is close to my office. The employees are friendly and make an effort to remember my name. The store is super busy around 8-9 AM so even a mobile order can have a bit of a wait. However the employees work really hard to get the orders out. They tend to run out of things at the end of the week like yogurt and certain protein boxes. Also some protein boxes taste old and the apple slices are brown. The pastries are always fresh. They also have nice tables with chargers built in so I can charge my phone while I wait as well as a nice little outdoor seating area.

Great location, has indoor and outdoor seating, plus a creek access behind has a nice areas to sit or walk around. Good with kids as well. Place attracts a trendy crowd. Good service.

Ryan took our order. He did not greet us or anything he looked like he was in a bad mood. He was very quiet. He then crumbled up and threw my receipt away without asking me if I wanted my receipt, which I did want my receipt. The dining was quite messy there were straws everywhere on the floor and needed to be restocked. At least my coffee was made correctly though.

Asked for a dark roast and they said they didnt have any brewed nor did they offer to brew any. Instead they attempted some kind of magic to simulate a dark roast. It was weak magic and weak coffee and NOT dark roast.

This has been my Starbucks location go to. I’ve been going so long that the staff knows my name. 😊 Although it gets a little too crowded for my taste on the weekend, I love going to a place where I walk in and they remember me. ❤️

Usually stay at the Good Nite Inn next door when I have been in the LA area. This Starbucks is my morning coffee stop. Always get great service, and as an added bonus, you can sit outside on a warm morning and watch the people come and go. A great game to play is spot the real ones. Seems its about 50/50 on the breast enhancements in this area, so you never know which way it will go on any given day.

I do not like having to repeat my order 3 times. It could have been because they were super busy and it was loud but the fact i had to repeat my order 3 times while in the drive thru is crazy!!!

This was a very decent Starbucks location this one is definitely more busier than it would look but the people that work there are very nice and they get your food and or drink out and a very timely fashion which is great the location here is very clean and the quality of the drinks are good as well this is one that is good to check out if youre in the area and are in the need for some caffeine

Friendly atmosphere..baristas are pleasant and friendly. Wait time is minimum.I have been coming here a long time since its opening and this branch I find it appealing over others..

All Starbucks are pretty much the same. Try the shaken lemonade. They do a decent job with scones.

Someone who works here named Greg is the like the nicest person ever. I came here a few months ago and he was there and then I came back today and he remembered us. And he always makes jokes that are funny.

Possibly the nicest Starbucks ive seen.Its never too crowded whenever I come here, which is usually after 5. Very clean, plenty of seating, and very artsy for a starbucks. Also, I noticed that they have alcohol on the menu.

Very busy at this location which means little service is the standard. Of course, if youre going to Starbucks, youre probably not there for the high level of service.I recommend ordering online at this location to avoid the crowds.

Always lots of people with cramped table layout. Sometimes there is a long wait to order and then a long wait to get your drink due to the crowd. If you take a small walk through the parking lot there is a Starbucks in the Albertsons that almost always has no wait.

Drinks are always good here but the power rings dont work for iphone all broken. Cant charge my iphone here. Plus they charge to use the power rings already bad enough it costs $7 bucks for a drink.

11/2019 - shout out to the morning team,(James, Michael, Jesse,,Bree, lauryn, Lance, Kiana etc) they are exceptional in the morning. They have such a happy attitude even when they are under pressure. I have been to many Starbucks. This is one of the busiest places in the morning. However, everyone is composed and happy. There are some newbies behind the counter. But they are being train by the best team.2017, I am here almost everyday. Liz and Samantha are exceptional. They are always nice, friendly, and accommodating. It is a very busy location. If you are in a rush, you may want to visit Albertson. Alberson has a Starbucks in there too.
