Lemme tell you about this Coffee Bean. I have NEVER been disappointed. Hot or cold the drinks are on point. My favorite is 32 OZ iced tea Tropical & Passion together with three splendas MMMMMMM perfection! Thank you CB!!

Most of the staff is cool, but Natalie is the rudest employee Ive ever encountered at a Coffee Bean. Considering I was a supervisor at CB for many years, I am appalled at her attitude. She didnt like that I called her out on a large mistake when she went to use an espresso shot that had been sitting there for around 2 minutes. She immediately slammed the porta filter (where the grounds go) when she rinsed it off and continued to slam every item she picked up from there on out. Worst customer service employee ever.

The staff here is super nice, and they made the lattes I orderd just fine. The store was clean, and its in a super cute shopping center. Really, all Coffee Beans are pretty much the same, but the kind service here is what sets this particular location apart:)

Nice vibe in this coffee shop, not crowded, it was clean. The baristas are super nice and friendly. One of them recommended a pumpkin spice drink, (I was unsure) her confidence, and reassurance convinced me to try it. I thought that drink was really tasty!.

They hired a new girl barista Gabby and she is rude and passive aggressive and the manager acts like they don’t wanna talk to you or deal with your issues reguarding the poor staff!

This is by far my favorite coffee bean. Every morning I place my order via the app and when I get there it’s ready! The workers are super friendly and know people on a first name basis even though there are hundreds of people that pass through daily.

Disappointing. I place my orders using the app. Half the time they either forget to make my drink or they make it incorrectly. I ask for almond milk and no powder for a reason. I have a dairy allergy so when they make it wrong, I end up sick for the rest of the day or I have to waste time going back to their store to remake it. Last time this happened they gave me a size smaller drink than what I paid for and gave me attitude when I asked for the correct size and correct drink. Ill be going to the Platt location from here on out as they are extremely friendly, always say hi when people come in, most of them call me by name and have my drink memorized! I love coffee bean but not this Calabasas location.

I always get the greatest of service when going into any store. I have been going to Coffee Bean for over 20 years.But I do not like the way corporate has changed things and theyre no longer customer service driven within the corporate structure which is sad.I rarely go to any store anymore because of the corporate change.I refuse to help pay the salary of any corporation that does not give appropriate customer service.

Excellent place to meet business associates in the heart of Calabasas Commons.

They do have more options than Starbucks does and the place is less busy so you can get in and out faster. I dont come here as often but i enjoy the drinks once in a while anyways.

The Tarzana Coffee Bean n Tea Leaf is a perfect location in the valley. Close to boutiques, supermarkets, and restaurants. They are known for the ice blended drinks and a variety of teas. My favorite is the Ice Blended Chai Latte. It is a non coffee choice and is great for the stomach. Their coffee houses attract a sophisticated and mature crowd, which makes it more appealing to me as well.

Everybody thinks that Starbucks invented those whipped drinks but it was really the coffee bean that did and frankly I think their coffee is better than Starbucks Starbucks is just strong in A-day add flavor to it you have flavor but at coffee bean its flavorful coffee at least thats my opinion

I usually get the black iced tea every time, and a extra cup of ice.The staff is really nice, the usual employees know my name and 3 out of 4 times will get my drink ready before I get to the front of the line.I go early around opening so usually no wait...Very mellow and friendly people.

Every time I visit my parents I stop by its just great !

This small quaint cafe is located across the street from the public library in the downtown area of Calabasas. This coffee shop offers wifi if you need that with your caffeine. The baristas were pleasant, friendly and accommodating. This cafe served a good cup of coffee and I would return here if I was ever in the area again.

Great service and coffee, always a smile and a greeting. My gripe is you cannot see the labels on any of the coffee creamer containers, they have done a good job of keeping them clean but in the process have washed off the painted on labels. Please invest in a Dymo label maker for $20 or a dollar Sharpie.
