I have just had a very frustrating day with my IPhone 12. The phone is insured and all of that. This said, Verizon does not insure the phone they sell a company named Asurion insures them. I find out they insure all cellular phones. All carriers. Anyway, not going further into the details of this day and this situation. I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Hailey Thomas. You endured notice of dissatisfaction with the service provided today with patience and then you received my apology with grace . Thank you!!!!!!

I went into Verizon and waited 45 minutes and no one came over to say, we will b with you in a moment. One sales rep had his hand holding up his face the other kept getting up and sanitizing her hands 6 times,while they did have customers while my boyfriend was in the car and had to piss in a cup. Never offered any assistance so I left.

I stopped by the store to buy my wife and I the new iPhone 12. After working through a couple of things with the agent we decided I would come back to get my wife’s phone when she was with me. Next, I was told if I wasn’t financing and was buying them outright I could only pay in cash. Who has that much cash on them theses days?I left the store called Verizon and they accepted my payment for the phones I ordered on the phone with him.

I love this store! Destin is so helpful, understanding, and has patience. I ask for him EVERY time I go in there. He steered me in the right direction in selection of my phone and I go back and he is ready and knowledgeable with all my questions. I have recommended this store to others.

I went in to download the most recent software for my iPhones because I don’t have Wi-Fi. We are Verizon customers. Hunter was very helpful in assisting me to figure out how to upgrade my phone by downloading and installing the software. He and the rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating

I am on hold with Verizon customer service now. The Verizon store in Cabot out right deceived me on the purchase of a phone. They didn’t tell me that my signature was signing me up for a 2 year contract. I thought I was just signing for receipt of the iPhone. When my new bill arrived it was double. I usually go to Conway, which a confirmed Verizon store. Cabot is just contracted, or whatever it’s called. I will never darken their doorway ever again. Brittany, the sales rep, lied to me without blinking.

I wish zero Stars was an option, dont waste your time here. They will tell you one thing on the phone to get you in the store and then try to charge you more money. The absolute worst customer service I can imagine.

This location has HORRIBLE customer service. I visited the store twice in one day. The second time I entered the store 3 different associates never even acknowledged my presence while they were with other customers. They never even said, we’ll be with you in a minute. When I entered the AT&T store earlier that day, we were greeted at the door with someone talking to us immediately even though there were several associates busy with customers. The associate I spoke with at Verizon treated us we taking up his time & he had better things to do. This is why people in Cabot take their business to Little Rock because instances like this, and this is why loyal Verizon customers switch to AT&T.

I’d rather go to Best Buy. This location’s customer service is horrible. They don’t work with anyone and don’t mention deals. I’d rather find a new provider than step foot in Verizon again. I bought a screen protector and paid for life time replacement free back in April and came in a week ago and they told me they don’t do that anymore. So I payed for a service from them that they don’t provide anymore... real impressive. Never going there again.

Got what we wanted but no mention of deals/specials. Complained about our jetpack Wi-Fi thing, the cost is high and you get next to nothing for it. Guy just says yep, thats how it works. Doesnt ask us if we still want it (more or less we dont) or what our cancellation options were, nothing. Been in there before, theyve been nice and informative.
