Wonderful service from employees. One in particularStacy is very nice, very helpful, very understating, and very well spoken, and she always dresses nice as well, and always smells nice too 👍, which is a good thing, and a plus for me, cant really speak for anyone else. Stacy is always very, very presentable every time I walk in the store, and Ive never had any issues with her for, or about any reason. Thanks for continuing to service my cricket wireless needs. I would like to recommend cricket service! I have had every service under the sun! I entered this branch several times and there was a young man named Tyler there. He was fantastic! He knew Everything about the phones! The service and made sure our transfer process from our old carrier was painless! He was very professional! If you are looking for new service I would highly recommend seeing Tyler at your local Cricket store in Cabot!

Was dreading going in to get a new phone but once walking in Tyler greeted my wife and I and helped me pick out the perfect phone and Tyler even put a phone case on it and screen protector!

We had the best experience with Aaron and Liam today! They were both so helpful and nice. They explained everything to us and helped us find the right products. Great staff and my phone service is great. Where i live the cellular service has been shotty to say the least. Dropped calls and people telling me they have been calling yet my phone hadnt rang. Crystal clear calls that dont end until Im ready...Thanks Cricket!

I have come to this location four times to upgrade my phone. The first three times I was told he didnt know how to do it and the last time I was ignored. They were too busy talking about were they should go eat. Ill go to Jacksonville for service. Very disappointed
