We purchased a used truck from Baglier a few months ago. We were a little nervous about buying because the dealership is about 2,000 miles from our home. Aaron, our salesman, did a great job answering all our questions. He took the time to send us as many pictures as we asked for. He even took the truck out for a drive and sent us the video. We flew into Pittsburg and the next morning, their driver picked us up at the hotel at the prearranged time. We enjoyed our visit with driver. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were greeted by Aaron and given the keys to the truck. We were invited to inspect it and take it for a drive. The vehicle and price were exactly as agreed upon. We have put almost 10,000 miles on the truck without any issues. Thank you Aaron and everyone else at Baglier for making this a good experience! We would definitely purchase another vehicle from Baglier Mazda!

I had my 2001 Miata in for my annual oil change and state inspection. My appointment was easily scheduled. I was greeted by the service manager upon arrival and was in and out is a reasonable amount of time. Everyone I met was very friendly and all CDC guidelines were for Covid 19 were followed. This is not the first time I have had my car serviced at Baglier Mazda and as usual the service was top notch. A job well done.

There was no pressure and no haggling. The whole team was very honest and up front with everything. Bought a 2020 Mazda CX-5 bought the extra paint protection plan and it is not worth the paper its written on. I have had nothing but a run around from Mike for a month. Told me they would take care of it and after a month of the run around and not returning calls Im out nine hundred dollars for the paint protection. Stay away from them I will not be buying a third car from them.

A wrong payoff amount was submitted by the dealership and then I had to pay the difference a couple months later. My salesman embodied the “used car salesman” stigma, he said what he needed to in order to make the sale. I reached out to him numerous times since the sale to rectify the wrong payoff balance. Many texts phone calls and messages with no response.

I bought a 2020 mazda cx5 brand new off the show room floor and the lying mike sold us the glass coat paint protection and said how it would prevent scratches and chips i somehow ended up with scratches and chips and now no one wants to back it. mike said they could try to touch it up and buff it out but it wouldnt be perfect and since the car has 19000 miles its not a new car. stay away from them they promise you everything until you need something. i pd almost 900.00 dollars for paint protection thats not worth 9.00 dollars. only good people are the sevice guys they are great people to deal with. do yourself a favor go someplace else anyplace but baglier mazda.mike has done nothing but lie and i had to keep on him to get any answers. bunch of phonies

Just want to say thank you to all of staff at Baglier. I had a great experience today in buying my new Mazda. Truthfully, I went in unsure if I would be approved for what was the car I had been trolling for the past week. Drove away hours ago, truly happy. Jerry was a great help! Not once was I pressured, and really just said, heres the keys, enjoy the test drive... MUCH different from other dealership experiences, and very much a good thing. Its hard to get a good feel for a car, or really any life situation, when someone is pressuring you...but I walked away 100% confident I had made a great life investment. Had a very good experience with Baglier buying my used Fiesta ST. Darren was a friendly and approachable salesman and did not pressure me into buying the car. He let me test drive it more than once and did not insist on coming for the drive like some places do - I find that often as a woman buying manuals, some places think Im gonna wreck it! After a month of back-and-forth on the pricing we came to an agreeable deal and the signing process was smooth and painless. All the staff I saw during my visits were amiable and professional. Time will tell if the car is in as great of shape as it seems and how their service department is - but as of now Im very pleased! Thanks, Darren and Baglier!

I called today (10/22/20) on a truck I seen online that I wanted to talk numbers on. When the salesman answered the phone, I stated that I was interested in a truck that they recently just got in. I then began to explain to him my situation with what I currently have and owe.He stopped me almost in mid sentence and asked me to send a picture of my drivers license and provide my bank info so they could obtain a payoff because that’s how they work numbers.I told the salesman that I did not feel comfortable sending that info in right away and I verbally gave him the payoff provided to me by my bank. He said that it’s the dealerships policy and he could not help me any further until I provided that info.I was a little taken back by how abrupt the salesman was and lost all interest in working with the dealership. Why ask for that info right away not unless you plan on miss using my personal information. I would not not recommend calling the dealership looking for info on any vehicle.

We drove here from over an hour away to check out a 2019 Moijito green Jeep Wrangler. After about 2 minutes of looking at this Jeep I noticed that the inside of the tail gate door had serious orange peel paint issue. It would have NEVER left the factory with a paint issue like that. I worked at GM for years, and my son works at Chrysler right now, trust me when I say I know a thing or two about this. The sale guy told me the Jeep came from an auction, why else would a 2019 Wrangler be at an auction unless it was wrecked. It wouldnt!! I also just looked up the vin # for that Jeep and it has been retitled 5 times since its be on the road, thats another warming sign of an accident. Never trust a carfax, it only shows SOME things that happen to vehicles. Either way buyer be warned with this car dealer. They are up to some sketchy business in my opinion.

I can’t say enough about what a great experience I had purchasing my used 2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP from Baglier Mazda!My first contact with the dealership was with Aaron Brown through Baglier’s online chat function on their website. It was almost 8pm at night on a Friday, when most dealerships aren’t available to answer questions, but Aaron answered my IM right away!I let Aaron know that I was already planning to drive from the Erie area (about a 2 hour drive) to look at another Solstice in the Pittsburgh area, so I wanted to see if I could squeeze in a test drive of the Solstice that was in stock at Baglier. Aaron was extremely pleasant and understanding of my travel time, as well as my questions about the price of the vehicle. He didn’t give me any run around, and was very straightforward on the information he had on the car at the time. Aaron told me he would get back to me as soon as the dealership opened in the morning regarding their pricing.The next morning, true to his word, I got a text from Aaron right at 9:01am (the dealership opened at 9) with the pricing details, and that there was likely some flexibility. With that I told Aaron we would shoot for arriving a little after 11 to take a look at their Solstice.We ran a bit behind at the other dealership, but I let Aaron know, and he had no concerns at all, and told me he would have the car ready when I arrived.Once we got to the dealership, we pulled in and I was greeted by the Solstice parked right at the front entrance!Walking into the dealership, I was greeted by John Mulzet, who let me know that Aaron was tied up, but that he had asked John to take care of me.John and I headed out to look over the Solstice. John patiently stood by while I combed over the car, then we headed out on the test drive.I have to say, John gave me the most entertaining test drive I think I’ve ever been on!Chatting with John was like chatting with an old friend. There was no pressure from John about needing to buy the car, or what a great deal the vehicle was. John and I just chatted about the way it handled, and a couple of the things that I thought needed work. I was also laughing the entire time at John’s fantastic stories about his many years in the car business! The self-washing carpets was the best!Once we were back at the dealership, I gave John my offer, and without even blinking, he went to talk to management about it. As there were a few minor issues with the vehicle, and the car hadn’t been through the shop yet, one of the managers, John, came over to talk with me about how the vehicle wouldn’t have a warranty, and that he wanted to be sure I was OK with that. Again, at no point was I pressured to take the vehicle, or did I feel like I was being pushed to take a deal. Without any fuss, we came to an agreement on price, and got the paperwork started.Honestly, it was one of the most drama free price negotiations for a vehicle I’ve ever had!After filling out my credit app, Baglier came back with a loan rate that was very comparable to the APR I received from the other dealership I had visited earlier in the day.Add to that, John kept us entertained at his desk with his amazing stories, and his trash can basketball skills!Even filling out the paperwork, after I had mentioned that I wasn’t interested in all of the extra warranties, there was no heavy handed pressure for me to purchase any extras. Just good general information, and no typical dealership pushiness to buy an extended warranty because your new car might someday blow up!This is a dealership that truly puts their customers’ needs first, and goes out of their way to ensure that their customers leave the dealership satisfied!I’m thoroughly enjoying my new Solstice, and I have the team at Baglier to thank for it!When I’m in the market for another used vehicle, I would definitely make the trip back to John, Aaron, and the team at Baglier Mazda! Thanks again guys!

Terrible organization and management.Lack of internal communication.Waited over two hours for my temporary tags to be placed on vehicle so we (my family) could leave.After purchase, paper work needed to be sent to my home for signing because of mishandling of documents on Baglier’s behalf.Failed to send in my pay off check from my trade in vehicle to my bank in a timely manner so I was charged another vehicle payment.My sales tax check was made out to the wrong department (I am from Ohio so out of state purchasing steps needed to be taken). I priority mailed Baglier the incorrect check which they received the following day. It has been 9 business days and I still haven’t received the corrected check. I called with my concern because my temporary tags have now expired but they couldn’t offer me any information except the check was mailed 8 days ago in the normal mail(no reason could be offered as to why it was not expressed mailed to me like it should have been). * In short, I have a vehicle I purchased from them that sits in my garage because I can not drive it legally.

Smaller than the Cochran behemoth, warmer, friendlier and more attentive too. Recently purchased a 2020 Mazda CX9 at a fair price. Well see how service pans out, but a couple of bad experiences with service at Cochran led me to Baglier. Give it a try if you like Mazda.

All in all I would buy another vehicle from here, but I would check it over twice before buying...especially if it came from an auction. Good service and satisfaction are definitely priorities of the employees, but dont get too trustworthy around them.I bought a 2013 truck from here and it ended up needing glow plugs and injectors. The dealership claims they had no idea of the injector issue ($$$$$), however I find it strange the salesman knew of and informed me of the code for the glow plug module, but overlooked the code for the injectors. After approximately 2,000 miles the truck desperately needed rear brakes regardless of a new inspection sticker. Although, the dealership was not the one to put the sticker on and it was an as is deal so they are not liable. Overall the truck itself ended up being a pretty bad deal. HOWEVER, Im giving 5 stars due to the sales manager delivering persistent contact to try to make things right (even when I didnt want to or wasnt able to talk) and you dont get service like that anymore at too many places. While I believe they (the salesman) purposely overlooked or forgot to mention the injector issue, I cannot hold them accountable as it is possible. I do not believe the dealership was responsible for the brakes as they did not put the new sticker on and being that it had a new sticker, they would have no reason to check the brakes. But they did offer to cover the cost of the brake replacement which is a fraction of what the injectors cost, but its better than nothing. The sales manager claimed they got burned on my trade in due to issues it had (unknown to me), but they did have plenty of time to go over it, I was offered more at a different dealer, and I know they made a decent amount of profit on the truck I bought so I dont see the problem.

Brian (sp?) was excellent and kept me informed and taken care of throughout the whole process. My family loves this Mazda dealership and the people that work there are Awesome. We have bought 3 cars from them in the last 4 years. We always take our cars for service. Brian and James that work in the Service Department are the most honest, trustworthy people I have worked with. They really believe in Customer Service. They always give me a loaner car when needed. The prices seem to be fair based upon competitor prices in the Service Department and Showroom. We have not bought any other vehicles or had service done from anywhere else since we started using them in 2014. If you need your vehicle serviced see Brian or James. If you want to purchase a used or new vehicle, give them a shot. Have an Awesome Day!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Baglier. I purchased my new CX-5 in November. Our sales experience was great! Our salesman, Aaron, seemed to care about our needs. During the sales experience we were told of a few perks that were being offered to us such as free lifetime state inspections and my first two oil changes were going to be free! I wanted to be positive of the great perks so before we left with our new vehicle I clarified, verified, and reiterated these great free-bees. I came in for my first oil change and it was a breeze, and even had some light discussion about purchasing another vehicle from them. Now for my second oil change on 5/13/20. This is where it goes down hill. The drop off was smooth and the service advisor was friendly. An hour or so later I get a call that it is complete. At this time the cashier asks for me to pay for my oil change in addition to the tire rotation, to which I replied that my sales associate had told us that the first two oil changes were to be at no charge. She immediately has an attitude and says, Ok well uhhh who is your sales person? Which indicates to me that it is not against Mazda policy to get two free oil changes because if it is, she could have simply told me that unfortunately Mazda doesnt offer this but alas she did not. She said she would talk to him and call me back. I had no problem paying for the services I received but I am positive of the information exchanged when the vehicle was purchased. At this time the sales associate takes it upon himself to call my husband, who was at work, to inform him that I was incorrect about a second free oil change. As if he assumed that the man was handling everything. My husband informed him that he was at work and not able to be on the phone and didnt know what he was talking about. Then Aaron called me. The first words out of his mouth after Hello were I have no idea where you got that information but I would have never said that. Ever. Mazda never does that. Clearly you dont know what you are remembering. He then informs me that he called my husband first and again states that he would have never told us that. I was quite quick to get off the phone because I was shocked by the level of disrespect I received. I have worked in customer service for 8 years and I would have never and will never speak to a customer that way. I was extremely disappointed, but it didnt stop there. The cashier called me again and I paid for the bill in full because I was ready to get my vehicle out of there. She had an extremely unpleasant attitude as well. After driving home (which is 45 minutes by the way) and after more thought, I decide I would like to speak to a manager about my experience. I call the main number and ask to be connected to the General Manager. I am connected to a voicemail and I leave him a message explaining my experience and stating that I would appreciate a call back to further discuss. It is now almost 4 weeks later, and I have not received a call at all. Not one. I chose to purchase at Baglier because I felt a smaller sized family business would provide the same high level of customer service that I provide my customers at the small family business I work for. Apparently I was incorrect. I have reached out to Cochran Mazda to arrange for all of my future service to take place with them and at this time, I informed them of the disrespectful service I received at Baglier. They then offered me a free oil change to make up for the inconvenience caused by the team at Baglier. I promise, it isnt about the money paid but my disappointment is in the complete disregard for doing what is right for your customers and for creating repeat business, which is how businesses stay in business. I will never bring my Mazda to them again and I will never purchase another vehicle from them. I have been sure to share my experience with my friends, family, co-workers, my personal customers at work, and even individuals who have complimented my vehicle.

Went to look at a used car form them. They said it hadn’t been run through the shop but brought it out to me. How the sales person didn’t realize there was something seriously wrong with the break is beyond me. I noticed the problem before pulling off the lot and turned around and brought the keys back. They said they would get back to me. They never did I heard that they did get it through and fixed the breaks. I went back up and which is a rather long drive from where I live. I get there to only be told the car was sold before it went in to the shop. Not a good experience would not buy a vehicle from them.

Nice selection of trucks but thats where it ends. I called the sales guy I was working with about a dump that they had. He said it was available and gave me more info. I drove 45 minutes and test drove the truck. After filling out financing paperwork, I was told the owners, of the dealership, friend wanted the truck so it was no longer for sale. A few weeks later they had another truck that I was interested in and when I asked for more details I was told by the sales man that it was considerably more and to not bother. I went elsewhere and bought a different truck.

Took my 2008 Mazda CX9 in to have the fob I got for Christmas to have programmed... I have usually avoided dealerships for repairs, thinking it would be outside my budget, but only a dealership could program the fob. I figured since I was there, I would inquire about a few of the options that came with the car when I purchased it about a year ago that didnt work..I had taken it to several mechanics that quoted several hundred dollars to fix them..The service technician, Brian, suggested running a diagnostic test for $55.00 and I agreed and asked that he just give me a quote so I could plan to have these things fixed...so I was planning on spending $110.00 for the fob to be programmed and $55.00 for the diagnostic test...When I returned, Brian informed me that he took the liberty of spending $33.00 of my money to address one of my concerns... Normally, I would have been livid, because I always express not to do that because I live on a fixed income and usually dont have more than Im planning on spending in that moment...This time, $33.00 was not going to make or break me.... But when he told me what that fixed, I was amazed!Not only did I leave the dealership with my fob programmed, but now my cruise control worked (a broken brake switch fixed that) I had a working backup rearview mirror camera (a simple wire repair fixed that) my tire pressure was adjusted (could feel the difference as soon as I drove off the lot) AND all my fluids, brakes, belts and hoses were checked!! I expected to pay $165.00 for the fob and the diagnostics...For less than $50.00 more, I feel like I drove off with a new car!!! (At least, I have the options that were advertised (as functioning) by the used car dealership I purchased it from!!)Thanks, Brian!! I cruised all the way home... wanted to do it in reverse just to use the backup camera!! LolTruly grateful for above and beyond quality service!!

I love the truck I got from these guys. The old guy as they refer to him as john.... was great. I bought an older model from them and he still treated me as if I were buying a new vehicle. Very pleased with my visit. And recommend checking these guys out before you mess with a garage who has 1000 vehicles sitting on their lot.

3 service department experiences and all were terrible. I will be having my Mazada serviced elsewhere. First I was given a loner with a flat tire when I got home, 2nd went for a state inspection and had grease marks on the fabric from the technician and yesterday went for a state inspection and was charged for service that wasnt part of a state inspection.

Great Experience! No rush attitude is real here. Ive been to places that dont rush you and before you walk out the door, theyre telling you that theres no promise that this car will be here when you get back That was definitely not the case here. I worked with someone who was just there to help and answer questions and help process the paper work, and go the extra mile but none of the unnecessary stuff.Ryan West, the sales manager I worked with was nice to me and my family and super helpful during the entire process. I was treated as a valued customer from start to finish, and he worked with me every step of the way to make the price work for the car I liked. He had everything ready to go when we arrived for test drive AND for purchase. He even took time to blow up balloons and chat with my kids while me and the wife shuffled paper signing etc. I can honestly say this is probably the best and easiest car buying experience Ive had to date.

Jeff was the worst salesman I have ever had. We drove over an hour to look at an expedition that turned out to be nasty inside and rough outside. Handed us the keys and disappeared so we couldnt ask any questions. We would have been more than happy to look around but like I said, he disappeared and never came back. Youre better off driving out of your way than wasting your time here. Greatly disappointed.

Not really sure theres a worse dealer around.So I went to go look at a vehicle that I was very interested in. After checking it out I noted that it needed somewhere around $4,000 worth in repairs. (Head gasket was leaking oil, shook bad over 50 mph, exhaust needed replaced, rust in bad areas, etc.)But after that I still decided I wanted it because Im an okay mechanic.When I brought it up to the salesman he told me it was factored into the price which it wasnt because it was still ~2k over book and refused to negotiate. After a few minutes of going back and forth I said well I need to have something taken off. I can get you like $4Yeah. Okay. It went on and on. Eventually I got them $500 down on the asking price. Woo!Well when they tried getting financing for it I couldnt get approved. It came out to around $21-22k. Okay whatever I let it go, Im done fussing with this thing.Well a week later I got approved for almost $28k from a FORD dealership and got something else. What a joke. They just didnt want to sell me the vehicle.Long story short. Dont go here and expect any kind of deal.

Probably the worst dealership Ive ever been to. I found a nice truck online, they email and text me to set up an appointment to bring in my truck on trade. I get there and no one really knew what was going on. After finally going for a test drive I find out the truck cant be inspected because of the tires and no catalytic converters. Why wasnt I told this before the 45 minute drive to see it? I was ready to make a deal and it seemed like they could care less. Oh well looks like a different dealership gets my money. I wont be back to this place again!

Just moved to Cranberry and needed to service my 2016 CX-5. I checked prices at Baglier and other close dealers. Baglier is 30 percent less for same service. A 4 wheel alignment for $72.99 instead of $109.99 at other dealers. Full synthetic oil change for $50. I had them detail my interior and they did an incredible job. This dealer is a few miles further from Cranberry but so so worth the extra drive!!! If I buy another Mazda I will go to them first because of my service experience!

My experience was quick and efficient. They had the truck I wanted at the price I wanted and gave me a more than fair trade in value on my car. I mentioned I thought there may be a problem with a vibration I was feeling in the truck during the test drive (turned out to be a bad Universal bearing int he drive line) and they scheduled me an appointment with the service shop on site. The repair was diagnosed and taken care of for me that day. Andy and Chris were very helpful and Chris even loaned me his personal vehicle (logged and tagged of coarse) while the part was ordered for my repair. I highly recommend Baglier Mazda to anyone looking for a painless, reliable, and most importantly, HONEST dealership experience. No tricks here...

I normally do not post reviews but I booked an appointment to test drive a used car. Drove over an hour to dealership and was told that I can not test drive the car and that someone else is interested in it but I can hang around in case they dont like it. I understand it is a business but thought customers came first but not at this place. Disappointed, I wasted my time. They should not make appointments if they cant keep them, but sales are more of a concern here.

Bought a truck there had current inspection as is got it home 2 weeks later ujoint goes out. Week after that going down a interstate and the ubolts broke and the rear axle came loose!!! I told them we would split cost of the bill because it was just inspected. My bill was 1100 so I wanted half they offer 250 so this is the second time I have a review on here!!!! If you buy used take a mechanic with you or they will lie and screw you
