My wife and I wanted to check out a new Ram 2500 Limited, they were the only dealer within 500 miles that had one in stock. We came in at 5:30 and they closed at 6. Josh our salesman couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly towards us even though they were getting ready to close. He never rushed us once and made the whole experience very pleasant. Giving the current climate, deals are hard to come by, but Randy bent over backwards to make sure we got the deal we wanted. They stayed open until 930 to make sure we got our truck that night. Just bought a 2021 Pacifica for my wife at Diehl in Butler! Typically I hate the experience of buying a new car but this time was different. My salesman was Dan Wimer and he made the whole experience a breeze. We had been looking high and low for an all Wheel Dr., Pacifica. Stock was limited everywhere. Dan found me exactly what I needed and wanted. We did half the sale over the phone and then I went up to do the financing and pick up the vehicle and we were in and out of there in a couple hours.It’s been a few days now since we picked it up and we are very happy with our purchase. I got a great deal and I met some great people. I’m looking forward to buying my next vehicle from Dan! Thanks to everybody that helped out! I highly recommend taking a trip to Butler. The online services are terrible. I scheduled an appointment online to get my car looked at. Received a text message confirmation along with email confirmation for date and time. The time I get there I was told I was in the wrong place and to go to the other dealership. I go to the other dealership and I showed them my confirmation and was directed back to my original location, at diehl. I called as I was confused and the woman on the phone told me the online appointment didn’t go through and they were booked for the rest of the day. Mind you I accidentally scheduled multiple appointments and she told me she didn’t get that one either, and I had to wait a few days to come back. Furiously, I attempt to get home to find out my transmission leak got worse and broke down in the middle of the road. Go figure! I’ve had multiple friends tell me they attempted to schedule a service online and same thing happened to them too. That is bad business. Do better.

I got offered 1 car for a leasing option and the payments were way above what we told him what we wanted to pay and it wasn’t even a car I would of wanted! You can’t tell me you only have 1 vehicle to lease! Your loss of a customer not mine! Buyers beware!

Slimy shady people. Set up appointment to purchase car. Drove an hour one way only to be told they just took a deposit over the phone while I was waiting for the sales lady to get keys.... then told me thats how the game is played....I asked the sales lady why didn’t she let me put a deposit down and was told she never dreamt that would happen.... incompetent is what that’s called.They turned away a customer that made an appointment 2 days in advance and showed up early to purchase the vehicle for some one one who put a deposit over the phone!

Went in with the intentions on working with Jesus who was nothing but great in helping my parents purchase a truck, but unfortunately he wasnt working when went in. All the sales reps were with other customers and without any hesitation, Matt who handles the financing stepped in and helped my son purchase his car. The following day when the car arrived and we were scheduled to pick it up, Matt and Jeff were nothing but helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. It was nice to be in and out in a timely manner and not spend and entire day in a dealership like Ive done in the past at other places.

They had ads for Jeeps in the paper that were pretty good for PURCHASE (not lease), until the salesman stated they were the prices, but ONLY if EVERY DISCOUNT CHRYSLER HAS WAS APPLIED! BULL! FALSE ADVERTISING!

As always a five-star treatment and excellent service while getting my Jeep worked on at Diehl. Always makes a pleasant experience with smiling, professional staff and good seating accommodations for comfort.The only disappointment is they used to pick up my vehicle for services, they required for maintenance, and return it to me when finished and I was recently informed 10/25/19 they no longer provide that (only 10 mile radius available now). I work 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm) sometimes 7+ days a week so that was my only way to service the vehicle without extreme inconvenience in my schedule.Wish they would reconsider the distance... when your 10 miles away its not an inconvenience to take your vehicle to and from.The perk of the vehicle pickup arrangement will be missed!!!!!

When I bought my Jeep new from you lastYear I was told I had 2 free oil changes. I was never told there was a time limit to get them done. I found that out after getting the oil changed , even after we told your service writer that we were there for a free oil change there was no mention that the time limit has expired and we would be charged. Your service writer was very rude. My previous visit my oil change and inspection took over 4 hours to be completed and my husband has also had equally unpleasant experiences ( they attempted to sell him on a differential fluid change at only 20,000 miles, luckily he was knowledgeable enough to know it didn’t need done, sadly I bet you have a lot of customers not so fortunate) We have both bought our last several cars and trucks from you. It is not likely that we will buy our future ones from you. I would rather use a dealer with courteous , reliable and trustworthy service.

The worst experience Ive ever had with a dealer, period. I own a business and purchased multiple vehicles from them. My most recent purchase they lost the second key, which they promised to replace. Two years later and tens of phone calls to sales and management no key, cant even get a call back. Had to buy another vehicle from an out of state dealer(Artoli dodge in ct) who finally took action (which they had no obligation to take) to get my key. Will never, ever, ever buy another vehicle of any kind from deihl

My husband and I decided we wanted to purchase a new vehicle but unfortunately for us our credit took a big hit this past year. After stopping at three dealerships in the area, we stopped at Diehls and had to pleasure of working with Victor Stivason. Victor went above and beyond, listened to exactly what we were looking for and what our payment could not exceed. Unlike previous experiences, Victor did not try to push us past our comfort on payment, he found a vehicle that had great rebates and had additional rebates to help couples who were trying to rebuild their credit. Victor stayed past his scheduled time to wait to hear back from the bank and called us after we left to pick up our son to come back. Between Victor, a manager and a finance manager, they went above and beyond, found a bank that would work with us and got us in a brand new car with a payment at what we could afford, without me having to sacrifice anything that was a must have on my list. Wonderful time

Where to start. First the sales staff was excellent but thats all. Service is about the worst I have seen. First we were told the car was Certified. This car is for my daughter and my 18 month old granddaughter so I want it to be safe. My daughter made the deal and I went with her to pick it up and put my name on the title. I assumed Certified would mean good condition. I first noticed the tires would barely pass inspection. I asked the salesman about this and told him Chrysler certification must not be like Ford. I purchased a Certified Ford a week earlier from another dealer. It had new tires, new brakes, new rotors and much more. Since the deal was done I just figured I would buy tires before winter even though I should not have to. Next in the way home she noticed it pulling to the right. By this time they were closed. Called the next day and brought it back 2 days later for an alignment. Now this is where it all goes wrong. After arguing with the service manager that the car is certified they figured out it was BUT They didnt actually do the certification work. They ended up keeping it because it wouldnt pass certification without work. They replaced the tires and the rotors but NOT the brake pads. WE were told the pads were still within spec so the wouldnt replace them . The problem is any mechanic that knows anything knows you do not replace rotors and leave old pads on no matter how much within spec they are. I was told they sanded them to make them flat like new ones. Spend just as much in labor sanding as the price or new pads. Now the alignment. After it was Complete it still pulled. The service manager didnt believe it and said it was fine. The salesman drove it and said it was pulling. She(service manager) believed him but still had an attitude about keeping it to fix right. The next day we are told it was done but it still pulled slightly but it was fine. I argued with her(service manager) and said there is tolerances and something still needs to done to keep it within tolerance but not pull. I was frustrated with her talking over me and raising her voice and I askedDo you even know what the word tolerance means and she HUNG UP ON ME. I finally made a deal with the used car manager to take it to Flynns Tire where they do this every day. Now the outcome at Flynns. They could not align it because the control arm bushings and ball joints were BAD. The technician said it NEVER Should have passed inspection. This is after the car was supposed to be CERTIFIED. Flynns put on new control arms and aligned it and what do you know it no longer pulls right. Now it is back at the dealership for a slipping transmission that they were also notified about the next day after purchase. The did a Critical update on the computer and said that would be fine. Well it is not! If the update was Critical why wasnt it done before we bought it? Why if it was Certified wasnt the other work done? Why did it pass inspection with bad control arms and ball joints? Why did the service manager hang up on me when I questioned them on the problems? Oh did I mention weve had the car for 2 weeks and it has either been at the dealership or being worked on for over half of that time. Its not like Ive had it for months and started having problems. It was not even one day. When you buy a certified car you expect not have problems within an hour. Maybe buy a new car there because salesman was great but DONT EVER go there for service. Unless you like bad workmanship and rude service manager that hangs up on you. I guess we will see how the transmission thing works out next week. I cant wait to talk to the service manager again!!

For the most part it was good, I didnt like the fact that the tech that was servicing my truck kept reving the engine up just to hear my performance exhaust.

I have a 2017 Dodge Ram 2500. I always have excellent service at Deihl in Butler. Shawn takes care if the bigger trucks. He’s super knowledgeable and professional. I count on him to answer all of my questions and to take care of my truck that I haul horses with. He’s the best! Just ask for Shawn!

I set up an appointment to come in to have a water leak looked at. The technician told me to bring it in so they could determine what they would need to order to fix the leak. He said bring it in on Saturday at 11:00 because his crew wants to be done at 12:00. When I arrived they proceeded to tell me that it likely will take longer then an hour to diagnose (without having seen the car) and I would also likely need to leave my car and by the way it would cost $115 / hr to have the problem diagnosed. On the phone it was implied that it would not take long, that I would not have to leave my car and that there would be no charge.

Great price right away and a more than fair offer on the trade in value. Great deal and I am happy.

We stopped by today to look at a few tricks and were met by a very professional staff. We were introduced to Josh Phillips who handles our process from looking into a brand new truck, Josh met all of our needs. He worked with us to maximize our incentives and Reade in value to provide us a great deal with savings on the deal that we couldnt pass it up. Thanks Josh for s great job!!!
