I got my first car ( a used car) from them in 1993. It was affordable, ran for 13 years without problems and was the most loved car I have owned. I still have the courtesy cup they gave me. Honest and affordable. I will be going back, even though I live an hour away.

We bought our 2nd car in the family from Bob. There was a couple minor things that needed fixed that he was going to do plus get a new inspection for me. Well then the COVID hit. So 4 months later I thought he would forget but he didn’t. I got everything fixed and 1 thing we didn’t know was bad fixed also. New inspection and didn’t charge me anything. I would never hesitate to buy from him again!!

I will not buy another car there. I tried to get help with the almost $675.00 I spent on complete new rear brakes after having mentioned to them that I could hear the brakes rubbing when I test drove the car. They supposedly looked at them and said they were fine, just rust on the rotors that would wear off over time. I heard them rubbing off and on but it never went completely away. My rear brakes ended up with frozen calipers and metal on metal that was constant. I drove to my regular mechanic who was closer and had them do the repair because when I called Trostle about this they never returned my call and I needed my car. Called them several times after the repair was complete but they wouldnt do anything, even after promising to look into it and try to reimburse me something (was not looking for the entire cost, but something toward the bill would have been nice). And I had to keep calling them, they would never return my call. The last time I called they wouldnt even answer the phone. I just kept redialing, leaving a message at one point saying I was going to just keep calling. Very next time I called, Bob Potter picked up the phone. Im pretty sure this guy would try selling water to a drowning man and not think twice.

I am very pleased with my purchase of a 2014 Suburu Impreza from Bob at Trostle! He was very helpful and didn’t pressure me into anything! He also showed me a few similar cars as well whenever I was first looking! He worked with me over several days since it was hard because of my work schedule! The car runs perfect and couldn’t be happier with it! I would highly recommend doing business with them!

Just bought a car from them a couple weeks ago and I love it! Bob was very polite and friendly and didnt pressure me into buying anything. My trade in was a rusted out 96 explorer that wouldnt pass inspection and he gave the average trade in price instead of poor trade in. The car I bought ended up blowing a head gasket a couple days later but the warranty I bought with the car took care of most of it. The best part was my deductible for the warranty was supposed to be $100 but some repairs werent covered in the warranty so my total for everything was $413.89 but Bob said I only had to pay my deductible and he would take care of the difference. He also gave me a really nice loaner car while my car was getting fixed and I dont even have a loaner car in my warranty so that was very nice of him. This is how every car dealer should do business. I recommend him to everyone. Im definitely buying my next car from him

I bought a truck from Trostle about 15 months ago. When I drove off the lot he said may it last you many years! I was so excited! But within two weeks of owning it, it started to fall apart. windows broke and fell down, doors will not lock, rear fender fell off, and much more. I spent a fortune in mechanics bills trying to keep it safe for the road as it needed a ton of work. The warranty was joke as it didnt help cover one bit of the work that had to be done. Then POOF the whole truck started rusting all over. I bought it in January and when i had to inspect it that April (three months later), it wouldnt even pass due to the extreme rusting. Last many years!? Ill be lucky to be able to drive it until its paid off in January 2016! This 02 Dakota was beautiful when it left the lot! I was sold a lemon and this is my story.

Just recently bought a car and love it!! Very courteous to me and my family. Was kind enough to stay after hours and worked with us for the vehicle we wanted. Had a little section inside for the kids to sit while we filled out paperwork!!! Bob was extremely friendly and didnt pressure us into anything. I would definately recommend buying a car here and I will return in the future!!

I have visited this dealership and called a few times to see what could be done for me. I have very secure financing with my own Credit Union (of course I did not mention this because I wanted to see how I would be treated). On two separate occasions they never called me back, even after stating they would do so. On the occasion that I visited, they were completely useless in my search for a vehicle and did not seem to care about the potential business. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from these people.

Very courteous, offered keys to different vehicles we were looking at, paperwork was a breeze. He didnt pressure us into anything.

Drive an hour and a half to go see a car that they told me over the phone they would work with me on only to get there and was out the door in 5 mins because he said theres nothing he could do for me because I dont work full time. Biggest waste of my time.

Quality cars at fair prices. Bob and Bob go out of their way to make sure you get the vehicle that you want.
