My visit to Slumberland was to find a bed for my elderly Father. There was no pressure to purchase which is always nice. We were greeted right away by the nicest man, Siray Jones the Assistant Manager. When my father had picked out the mattress that he wanted, Siray helped in finding the most user friendly adjustable bed frame for my 82 yr old Father. He was so very helpful and patient. I will return to this Slumberland location the next time I have any furniture needs.

I went to slumberland after several unsuccessful, frustrating visits to other stores. I worked with Katie and she was awesome. She listened to what I wanted and walked me right up to options. She didn’t walk with me as we wandered aimlessly, she knew which pieces would fit my requirements and brought me right to them. I especially appreciated that she didn’t try to talk me out of what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me things that were not at all right. She listed and it was obvious!

We were looking for a new rocking recliner. We were wanting one for our new nursery. They had a large selection to choose from. We were trying to find the least expensive and the salesman was very helpful at helping us find something in our budget. He also didnt hover over us, so we were able to talk in privet without pressure on what we were going to get.

The staff was friendly and polite. They didn’t pounce on us and follow us around like they usually do a furniture store. He asked what we were looking for and helped us find it. He let us shop and didn’t pester us or hover. Also very pleased that the ottoman we want will be available next week! Not 10-13 weeks like we heard at 2 other places.

Worst customer service ever! Worst delivery! These guys came to deliver our $2,000 furniture and didn’t ask the place where they should put it. They threw it down the long steep hill to the garages which is far from our place. They broke the couch throwing it on it’s side and left. After we went to find it they came back to bring it to the right door far away, after being on the phone for 2 hours and said they wouldn’t bring it inside and were nasty and rude. They took it and left! The guy acted like a man straight out of jail very scary I’m never coming here again

I knew what I was looking for when I stopped in. The recliners I was looking at werent the color I wanted. Lynnea was very helpful and told me I could order the color and fabric I wanted but it would take up to 16 weeks for a special order. That was not a problem for me, as I was more concerned about finding a recliner that would fit me and be comfortable. Lynnea was very helpful. I would recommend her to any costumer.

No knock against the sales team here - they were helpful. Everything after that has been disastrous. We purchased a sectional couch with motorized reclining mechanisms in April 2019 and have not had a fully functioning couch since June 2019.A few notes:- We have had to perform warranty replacements of all 3 mechanisms in this couch. Thats fine, except for the fact that these parts are made-to-order from the manufacturer in China with a ~90 day lead time. What gives, Slumberland? Cant stock a few of these stateside for your customers when they need it?- On two occasions, we have requested repair of multiple parts of the couch. Just this week, we needed a button assembly and mechanism replaced. The tech showed up and only fixed the buttons. Said Slumberland didnt dispatch him to replace the assembly, too, and would have to reschedule because he has to get to his next appointment. Great, another 2 week wait for replacement of our third reclining mechanism. Only been waiting ~12 weeks since it broke...Sales team was great, but the service has been atrocious. Proceed with caution.

I was so happy to find just the bedroom set that I had been wanting. Its very hard to find bedroom sets in black but I found a great set at Slumberland. Eric really was great, too, answering all of my questions and making the ordering process very easy.

I went in looking for a kitchen nook during COVID, I came across one that I really liked but didn’t purchase it. It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve fallen for the nook, but come to find out they discontinued them. 🙁 I was able to contact Mark, who was able to find me a display of great condition and is having it shipped to their store. I sat in a specific chair that was a swivel rocker. At no time did the sales person say that was not the chair we would be getting. I am never fond of bait and switch tactics. I am very angry that we were deceived in this way.

Sales man was very nice i gave him measurements for the size mattress i needed he told me it is twin i bought it only to find its too short after googling the measurements my self i found its exactly a twin xl not even close to length as a twin for that reason Im going to say the sales people are friendly but dont know what theyre selling.

I just moved into the Burnsville area and needed a bed. Luckily I was able to come across a holiday sale at Slumberland. I was very happy with my choice and price, and the extra effort by the assistant manager to quickly fix a delivery issue made this a very positive experience for me.

We received great sales service with our purchase. Eric gave us the space we needed to make our decision and was very helpful with the sale. He also let us know what to expect after the sale and advised us of the manufacturing delays due to Covid.

Terrible experience. We were told 6-8 weeks delivery and it took 15 weeks. Slumberland sent us periodic text updates saying please be patient with no estimated delivery updates.The free delivery is sometime during the day, no time window. We were told they would call before the truck arrived, they did not call. The delivery people left a box at the front door, they wouldnt unbox the chair or bring it inside.
