We first went to the Eagan store, but they did not carry the mattresses we wanted to try, so we were directed to the Burnsville store. Brian from Eagan called ahead to Burnsville, so when we arrived they were waiting for us, prepared to show us what we were looking for. Our salesperson was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helped us find a mattress solution that fit the polar opposite preferences of my husband and myself. We also purchased new pillows, after being given time to try, and debate from a large variety. The items we purchased were in stock and delivery was easy to schedule. We will definitely return when its time to replace out kids beds.

We have had our mattress six months. It has a ten year warrantee... or so Serta and Mattress Firm would have you believe. The defect is not visible. The memory foam returns to level when weight is removed. Imagine putting a sheet of memory foam over a pot hole. It will look level but it will not support weight. Something in the underlying coil system is defective and does not support weight. If you cannot see and measure the defect there is no warrantee support. You can request a third party evaluation on their web site. Serta replies that that service isnt available in your area. Minneapolis? Sleeping around a pot hole isnt easy to do. I am really sorry I bought a mattress from these guys. I guess you are supposed to be happy with throwing away a thousand dollars or so every six months.

While they needed to order our frame (because it’s the specific one we wanted) it’ll only take two weeks. We can deal with that.

I’ve been to the Burnsville Mattress Firm several times in the last few years but never followed through with a purchase simply because I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on 1 item and the final cost often was so over my budget it would need to be financed. However, this week was the greatest experience so far and I finally left with a purchase. The employee who helped me was respectful of my budget, time, and listened to what I actually wanted. I came in with a pretty good idea of what I was looking for, as I usually do, but this time I wasn’t pushed to purchase something that was over budget. Instead I was asked questions about mattresses within my budget, tested them multiple times and ultimately found the perfect bed for me. This employee was extremely upfront about the costs associated with purchasing the mattress (taxes, delivery, base, etc.) to find my true budget range and then worked with me so I was able to purchase the item that felt the most comfortable. I wasn’t swindled to purchase additional items for a commission check. Honestly can’t thank Scooter N enough for making this big purchase a little easier. Now I am just hoping the mattress lives up to the buying experience.

Last year I went in to get 2 queen mattress for our adult kids in and out fast with no issues even had them in stock! NICEThis year we bought our grandchildren bunk beds for when they stay over. Same thing in and out fast and good price, again in stock at the store.This time however a day after the purchase I received a text from them asking for a review, I thought hmmm if I want to review them I will without being asked to do so. I would most definitely recommend the Burnsville Mattress Firm. I worked with Joe and he was very patient and not one bit pushy. Had lots of information and was knowledgeable about their products! I didn’t purchase the same day just because I wanted to think it over but I went back the next day after being quoted my prices for the mattress I was most interested in. The delivery time is pretty fast, should be delivered in 3 days. I am so excited to try out the Hush Plush mattress and also purchased the Tulo pillow. Looking forward to a good night sleep soon! I was there when there were other customers in the store and the salesman were really good about working with all customers off and on and not spending their entire time with just one customer. I didn’t feel ignored like I did when I went to HOM Furniture where it seems like they only want to help you if you are spending a lot of money. There are higher priced mattresses at Mattress Firm but I was clear about my price range and wasn’t treated poorly because I didn’t want to break the bank with my purchase! The store is clean and information for the mattresses is nicely displayed. We got a fair price and hopefully a great mattress. We felt comfortable making the large purchase with Sherry and she explained the 120 day guarantee. If the mattress we ordered doesnt work out, we can switch it out. She explained the fees for that and everything.

I ordered a Cali king Beautyrest mattress. I was told the dimensions will be 72x 84 as expected because thats the standard for Cali king mattresses across the board. Being 64 I was disappointed to find that my mattress was only 82 long and 70 wide. After being told there is +/- 3 inch allowance on length by mattress firm (which I was not told when purchasing the mattress) I started calling around to verify this. I talked to three local mattress stores and was told that a mattress should be within one inch of standard dimensions. Even a rep from Beautyrest told me it should be spot on or within an inch. Ive been told by mattress firm that I just have to live with this. Was excited to finally get a Cali king mattress and found it very dissappointing to only be 2 inches longer than my previous queen mattress.
