My experience purchasing a vehicle from Superior Auto Wholesalers in Burlington, New Jersey, was excellent. Most importantly, the car is fantastic. After the purchase, I had it checked by multiple mechanics, and they agreed that the vehicle was in exceptionable condition. They also decided that the price paid made it a tremendous value. The transaction was comfortable and accessible from the initial phone call answered quickly and professionally to driving the car out of the dealership. Our salesperson John waited for us to arrive many hours after being closed for the day. He gave us a very detailed and informative inspection of the vehicle and a test drive. He claimed that the car was in uniquely excellent condition, and he was correct. John was pleasant to work with, and he made the time invested in closing the sale fun. Drove over from Philly after speaking to them three times about the car when I get there they tell me it has transmission problems and needs other work. Bait and switch or just ignorance, either way I would steer clear of the place.

We bought a Volvo sedan from John at Superior Auto a few weeks ago. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The price was very reasonable and the car had no flaws, it was in great condition all around. John was friendly and helpful, but did not pressure us nor did he rush us. I would buy a car from Superior again.

I have bad credit and was shopping around for financing to help build it back up. I came across this place and was guaranteed I’d get approved and I was. Unfortunately the car had a cash price of 5995 which was overpriced for the amount of mileage but what can I say, you have to pay for someone taking a risk on you if your credit isn’t good. BUT the financing deal I was offered was 2000 down and 360 a month for 20 months. So I would have been paying 9200 for the car. There’s up charging for a risk, and flat out usury. That’s beyond excessive. They could have just said no and kept it pushing. Not only that, they charge $25 to run your credit. THEN they have the nerve to have a non refundable deposit that can only be transferred from car to car on their lot. So if you’re unlucky enough to have found out you were being screwed AFTER you put a deposit down, you either have to let them finish or abandoned your cash.I know it’s tough out there for people who have gone through a rough patch and crushed your credit like I’ve done, but you don’t HAVE to let people try to screw you over just because they can. They know these days most people need a car and they rely on that need to take advantage of you. Look out for yourself people! There are places that are still honest out here....it just takes work to find them.

I started looking at an 09 chevy Malibu but after calculating the car payments and figuring out how much it would cost I realized it was out of my price range, so he showed me a couple cars that I could afford. I got an 04 Honda Civic drives great low miles and I get good gas mileage. He really took the time to figure which was the best option, where at the other dealers I looked at they just didnt care. John was a great salesman. I recommend him to everyone :)

He looked at which light came on, then checked under the hood. He added some water and coolant. Then told me I should be fine. Free of charge! We were strangers but if I need a mechanic I will definitely go to him.😊

Made an appointment for a specific date and time to get a specific car from here drove 2 hrs to this dealer ship to come find out the car was sold and the guy i was suppost to meet there didn’t even show up when i got there and then before that asked the worker there about it and he had no idea what car i was talking about and he didnt even have the other guy contact number waste of gas and time 😒

I would have to agree with others who posted here. Bought a car two years ago from Superior. Was told the car was in great condition and was well maintained. Dealer used this car as his personal car and would not budge at all on price. Since owning, I have spent a bunch of money fixing/updating the car.Would not buy from this dealer again.

Just as others have stated _ BUYER BEWARE!! Bought a car from these guys and Immediately found problems wanted to bring it back 24 hours later and was promptly reminded that you cant return a car with over 100000 miles. Didnt sound like the 1st time they said that to a customer. I am a very adept mechanic, and have had nothing but problems with it. If I had to pay for someone to fix this thing it would easily cost me about what I paid for it (over $5000) I knew it was going to need work but this is ridiculous!! Stay far away from these fast talking JOs

My son looked at a car in May. He asked them to hold it and gave them $100 deposit. When my husband and son went back to look at the car, they discovered the condition of the car was misrepresented. My son decided not to buy the car and asked for his deposit back. The agent said it would be no problem, but they had no cash at the office. The agent said a check would be mailed to us. We never received the check. Several phone calls were made, a letter was sent and we still have not gotten our deposit back.

The car is immaculate ands drives like its 9months old not 9 years.The owner and salesman Dan and John were a great help. And they were very honest which is hard to receive in that line of work. Worst dealership Ive ever been too in my whole life. They had me at 24.99% APR for a 2003 Acura Rsx. I They wanted me to pay $7k for it LMAO. The car had many mechanical issues. John is careless and didnt answer the phone when the car was messed up. Wouldnt recommend this junk of a dealership to anyone. All the cars that he sells are f***ed up and customer service means nothing to him. Dont take a shot at this dealerships there are so many better dealerships than this.

Highly recommend going to a real car dealer. Ny credit score was low due to medical with only 4 owed accts and i had no credit file. At the time for an approval, which may i add didnt come easy, i decided to hold off of what they were trying to offer.I was interest in a car that cost 4600 something i had 1000 to put down all of a sudden a fee of 1500 came up, the guy stated was a charge by the bank institution which brought the price of the car up. Basically i was approved with a 24.99 %intrest and mo. Payment of 350.51 total cost pf loan 10, 771.00. On a 2003 with over 100k miles No!I go to lucus dodge on 38. Got instant approval with 1500 down i walk out with a 2013 25 k miles 14.71 intrest and mo. Payment of 296!! Dont go here!! They are a rip of and the Boss john has no respect foe his customers or his employees he speaks as if u have a disability...not a good look. In addition the 100 deposit i put down he told me i could get back once i made MY decision it was non refundable. Super wack job! Go to a real dealership!!!

Worst car place ive ever had the horrible experience of doing business with. Not only did they add about 400$ in the final cost that was summed up to bad math on the salesmens part. I test drove and attempted to buy a car and they switched the paperwork with a different car i had never seen,and the one guy working there admitted it came in the night before and had not even been looked at by there mechanic! They are crooks! NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM! Its funny because on my first visit to look around a man was screaming thats not my car! thats not the car i paid for! the sales rep shrugged it off and made a comment along the lines of hes ghetto and couldnt afford the car he wanted, that should of sent me running, so im sure this is a normal business practice for them.
