I went to Honda to trade in my SUV for something more economical.Ive owned many cars over the years and have dealt with a range of salespeople… Rarely do you ever find someone like Andrea Larson. She was the opposite of my past experiences. She was professional, composed, friendly and most of all respected my boundaries. She really listened to what I needed financially to get out of my current SUV and into something smaller. There was no back and forth or wasting anyones time, I told her my number and she more than exceeded my expectations.She then got me into a smaller car, that was the price I needed out the door. The women who helped me with the finances, I believe it was Amber was the same way, extremely kind and efficient. I didnt want any additional warranties and she didnt push it. We requested not to do oil change as we had just changed oil. Some one added oil without draining and 80 miles down the road car had twice the amount of oil needed. Oil had to be drained- about 4 quarts - to get the proper oil level. We could have blown the oil seal driving down the freeway at 70 mph

First, Gail Penn is my sister. I am Mary Hendrickson. We brought the car in for servicing at 10:00. It was not ready until 11:15. While it took longer than I expected, I was comfortable in the waiting room with my sister. When I went to pay, TED explained that it had taken way too long and wrote off the entire bill. I was amazed! I would have been very happy with half off. I was stunned. That is the kind of treatment that builds loyalty.

I brought my car to them as a trade in for another used vehicle on their lot. Due to the Covid restrictions, I did my application online, was accepted, and had an offer during the process for my trade in. Somewhere in the process they contacted my co-applicant to discuss trade in price however they were not the owner of the vehicle and were not authorized to negotiate the terms of trade in value. It was only at the time of signing was I made aware by the finance officer that they were giving me $4,000 less than agreed upon in the initial paperwork. Finance contacted the salesman to clarify over the phone. The salesman then got very nasty and stated theres no way your trade is worth that much, you couldnt have actually thought we were going to give you that much for it... I asked if we could split the difference in what they were giving me and what I was approved for online and was told in a very nasty manner no. I understand profit and loss in a business but I also understand integrity and respect. They do not show either in their business dealings and claimed it was the computers fault. The very same computers they are in charge of running.Prior to leaving the brakes on the new car screeched pretty badly. I was told by the salesman that it was due to product from the detail shop at their location getting onto the rotors/brakes and that they would ensure it was taken care of before we left. I have had my brakes inspected elsewhere, they are safe, however still screech to this day. Very sad lack of quality of service.

I had a flat tire and stopped by Honda in Burlington where everyone was about to leave for the day, Service Adviser Chris was still at the desk but accommodated me anyway, scheduled for service the next day and he checked my car if I put in the spare tire right and even advised me not to run more than 40 miles an hour on it. I came the next day and Chris put in all the services due for having ran 40k miles on my car (as I have HONDA CARE) and gave me a $75 discount for my tires. Now that is excellent customer service, Chris has gone above and beyond expectations that I had for this visit. He did not just fix my problem but also treated my car as a whole, made sure I get the most out my HONDA CARE PACKAGE where SAFETY is a PRIORITY. The car mechanic team was very laidback and non-pressuring. However, the buying process was a bit misleading. I was initially told my old car was valued at a higher price than what was actually given to me in paper. The financial agent went over the paperwork extremely fast.

We were big fans of the Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid Limited, but when we drove a Honda CRV Hybrid Touring, we found that we enjoyed that car just as much! What helped us decide to purchase the Honda was, that one was available in the color we wanted, and our sales person, Kelly Daniel, was absolutely excellent! Her ability to answer our questions, her calm, easygoing nature, and her professionalism all contributed to the ease we had in deciding to switch, and purchase a Honda!

He could of been better on following up with us before and after the sale we still havent heard from him, and knowledge about the entertainment system, his words words that is beyond me I had my son help me set it up, but other than that he was the only salesman we worked with and he was willing to take me on a test drive the second time I came back without my husband.He was very quick with the process and explained the process throughly when questioned he wasnt condensing.The store manager Dave was also efficient and generous when it came to our trade in, he asked questions about our trade took it for a drive and gave us a fair price, of course we all would like more but in the end we made a deal and I drove off with a vehicle that is new to me.The van has seating for 8 people and sliding doors which were the two main things I wanted since I have grandchildren and elderly parents.If I am ever in the need of another vehicle I will give Sims Honda my business.Thanks Sims for a great experienceMrs. Loree Slack

We went to Honda of Burlington to look at AWD vehicles, having purchased an Accord there a few years earlier. We ended up trading in the Accord for a CRV. Dax was our salesperson and was very attentive, and I believe he had worked hard to get us the deal we wanted, both on the new car and the trade-in value. Everyone from Dax to Shandara (doing the final paperwork) and even the guy doing the final cleaning before we drove away, all wanted to make sure we had an excellent experience, which we did.

The level of customer service I received at Honda of Burlington is difficult to describe. You almost have to experience it yourself to believe this kind of care exists.From my first call to driving off after service, this team made me feel entirely looked after. I was navigating plans for leaving San Juan Island in the midst of winter weather and needed to have my 2012 Civic serviced before driving to Los Angeles.
