Erick, from Multi-Craft, was really helpful getting my car repaired. His customer service was extremely comforting, especially since I had no idea what I needed to do with getting my car repaired.He took care of EVERYTHING, from talking to my insurance to talking to the rental car company to organize my transportation. Everything was done on time.And the quality of work was GREAT. The car looked amazing when finished. I highly recommend Erick and his staff!!

Multi-Craft Auto Body Shop work is excellent. His prices are reasonable and he provides a first class service. His honesty and willingness to save the customer money for the customer are a refreshing change. I recommend him without reservations.

I have brought my car here for all kinds of work over the past couple of years. Recently someone knocked off my side mirror and I was in a time crunch to get it fixed so I could continue to safely drive. They were really great about accommodating me and getting me on my way again quickly. Also, as I was dealing with insurance and the overall hassle of a minor accident, it was a relief to know that I was confident in where I would be taking my car. Erick and Louis are both very friendly, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Im happy to know that I have such a great body shop that I can rely on.

Ericks shop does great work and provides an awesome experience all around. He can take care of everything you need done to your vehicle and then some. Although unfortunate, I have had to see Erick on 3 occasions and on each one he has done an amazing job repairing my vehicle. On my last visit I just dropped my car off and Erick handled everything related to the claim with insurance.

Erick and Louis provide you with excellent customer service and wonderful results. Our Honda Accord was involved in an accident and I challenge you to try and find out where the repairs were. Outstanding work. Louis called me every other day to keep me informed of the progress since we were dealing with the insurance company for payments. They worked with the adjuster and took care of all the details for us. We are extremely happy that we came here for our repairs . Great people.

He reassured me that everything would be taken care of and even took care of my rent car as well. They were professional, and they do fast, quality work.I picked up my car 2 days ago. My car looks brand new and runs better than before!Not only was the damage from accident fixed,scratches had been fixed, and the car had been washed and clean inside and out. Its free of charge. I dont think Im a bad driver, but cars tend to hit my car either while Im in it or while my car is just parked. Multi-craft has now helped me fix three different cars! Two that are mine and one from my fiance (he cant stop hitting the walls in his works garage). Multi-craft prices are very fair and they do a spectacular job with matching the paint and making the car look brand new. They are my go-to for all my car accidents even though I live closer to San Jose.When I got into my first car accident I went to them thinking it was going to be a hectic, stressful process - it wasnt at all! I pretty much gave them my insurance information, approved the fix, and a rental car person came to pick me up. They handle calling your insurance for you and all the logistics. Im the person who babies my cars and its hard to trust others with my cars, but I totally trust Multi-craft and they make car accidents feel stress free. Now when someone damages my car, it doesnt stress me out.I HIGHLY recommend Multi-Craft Auto Body Shop.

If you want your car restored back to original condition and if you want it done right and if you want it on time, then yes, go to Multicraft. The shop owner Erick really cares that you like the end results. This is the place I took my cars when my kids were learning to drive and the only place I would take my personal vehicle.

If I did not check out their reviews I may have missed MultiCraft at 917 California in Burlingame. My Toyota Camry was hit on left front door and they fixed it and the colts match perfectly. The car was ready in a week and I had a rental car which was OK from Enterprise.My thanks to Erick and his team.

Eric is the best he has taken care of several of my own cars as well as almost all of my families cars by now not to mention numerous of my customers and everyone says the same thing it was done on time thats something you dont here much with auto body shops.

Brought my bike in for work that had a ton of scratches and by the time i got back to pick up my bike it looked as new. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a great job done to their vehicle!

These guys are still the BEST! Recently, I had to get my side view mirror replaced (a SamTrans bus got me) And once again Multi Craft Auto Body was fairly priced, excellent customer service ( they remembered me from previous year) and made the whole experience painless.I wouldnt leave a 2nd review but these guys Mike & Eric at front desk) are just too awesome.I had left San Francisco for Burlingame and couldnt find anyone reasonable in my area or in the Peninsula where I work. The lowest quote I got was $1950 The guys came in at 1/2 that (labor too) and were able to fit me in on my limited schedule (have an infant).They did an excellent job! They even painted some minor scratches at the door, which they did not have to. Thank you guys! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and colleagues.
