Alba was friendly and made everything easy. I had an appointment through Geico at 10am and arrived after 930am. Was greeted by Alba and she quickly registered me, took photos of my vehicle which was way less than 30mins than the expected wait time. Only thing I didnt like where they have little parking space which way on the other side of office entrance.

Al at Chilton can’t be spoken better of. I had damage to the front of end my car. Al didn’t try to oversell me on what needed to be done. Rather than pay for the deductible we got parts from dealer, buffed, painted, plastic welded all for less than deductible. I did go to another shop right across from my work that wanted to charge well above. Great to meet someone who treats you how they would want to be treated. Need more honest businesses like this in the world.

Great service is why I went back for a second time with a new project. Yessina was great in the front office and the work is really good. Latest project was a tough one and took longer than hoped, but the end result was very good. Will continue to use them

The only thing about this is the painting wen u look at it in the sun i’m almost sure it looks differnt from the body color but other than that i’m pretty satisfiedWe’ll see in a few months

After I got into an accident, my car insurance sent my car to this location. My insurance was billed $8,000 to fix the car. When the car was “fixed,” I then drove it for an hour and my engine started smoking. It turns out the mechanic forgot to put the cap on my car’s radiator when they returned the car to me. All the coolant leaked out while I was driving and caused the engine to overheat and breakdown in smoke. Also, they didn’t even fix my blinkers, and I think they didn’t put in the windshield fluid container(Bc the windshield water does not come out afterwards). I then took my car to a different mechanic with the expense report from this auto body shop. Turns out they charged my insurance for a new engine lid but never replaced the old one in my car. If you value your car, don’t go here. Btw, my car’s engine is probably damaged. The photo below showing the cap is missing and the coolant is leaking...

Worst experience ever. Be aware, this is very small site. Choose a bigger one.
