Ron and Joe were great in helping me fix my Audi. Unfortunately I had done quite a bit of damage, but by the time I got my car back they had it looking (and driving) good as new. They even detailed it for me before I picked it up!They also took care of dealing with the insurance adjuster for me so my involvement was minimal. I would highly recommend Master Auto Craft to any friends or family of mine.

Excellent Service! I needed a small part for my mirror painted, so I called and was given an estimate. I went in the next day and the job was done in a few hours, turned out great!

I had an amazing experience with ronil.I had a few scratches on my bumper and a broken side view mirror. He asked me to come in a couple of days later so he could check and give me an estimate, which was better than all other estimates I got. He ordered a new mirror and once the part was delivered he promptly called me to give me an appt, and subsequently fixed the mirror.He also fixed up the paint on the scratches for free.

Ronil fixed my car at a reasonable price! Good job and I will definitely come back here again next time.P.S My car looks brand new after repair.

I would vouch for honesty of these people. They will not only repair your car, but take care of it. They not only worked on my car, but also taught me what is diminished value claim is. Thanks Ronil.

Do not come to these guys for detailing services. TLDR; after $175 for interior detailing, $40 for Ubering in and out of this place and 4 hours of waiting (after they said everything was ready), I am still seeing dust and easily removable stains in a 2-year old vehicle that I just purchased.Its not worth going though all the details of yesterdays nightmare. Ronil and Joe might be good at other jobs, but they are terrible at detailing (despite their website explicitly advertising this service). General advice: basic human decency, honesty and respect for other peoples time would be great.

Look no further for your car projects. I am confident Master Auto Craft among the best shops for not only bodyworks, but all your car projects as well. They did an impeccable job in both paint and installation for my GTI TCR wing. Ronny and Joe are car enthusiasts and experts in their trades. Most importantly, they are professional, friendly and helpful, making doing projects on cars much more enjoyable!I bought an aftermarket wing from Germany and researched almost all the shop in the bay area for painting and installation. Although the wing is from a reputable tuner (oldest VW tuner and supplies for VW motorsport), most shop turned me down the moment they heard its aftermarket. The ones that didnt refuse either dont do paint and install together or didnt have experience in more complex bodywork. They ended up doing a great job on both painting and installation for my wing.

I have gone to Master Auto Craft twice now and both times I have been blown away by their service and sincerity. Ronil brings a lot of heart to what he does and does his utmost to meet his customers needs and more, and make sure that his customers are satisfied. I brought my car in for a detailing, and Ronil did a fantastic job, and was friendly and honest. I recently scratched my car on a pillar, backing out of a parking lot, and Ronil graciously touched up the scratches for me as a favor. I am definitely coming back here for more auto needs, and would recommend others to do the same!

I have an Audi A4 and have been bringing my car here for the past 2 years now and won’t bring it anywhere else. Ronil is extremely honest and helpful. Easy to get ahold of and keeps communication and updates throughout the whole process. They do amazing work and go above and beyond without the overpriced work of other shops. I know that when I bring my car here it will be taken care of and come out shining and humming like new. Last time he even found a crack behind my headlight that could have caused water leakage and got my insurance to cover that as well. Have you met a guardian angel? Yesterday I have had the chance to meet one. His name is Ronil Singh working at auto repair in Burlingame.I live in Dublin,CA near my sister and her family. They asked me to pick them up at SFO at 9pm when they arrive. I wanted to get there early to grab something to eat before I picked them up. On my way to find parking near a restaurant I hit a curb or pothole which led to a flat tire warning. I tried to pump it at a gas station nearby but it was punctured on the side and was losing air quickly. The van I drove did not have a spare and only had a fix-a-flat device that did not work when i tried to apply it.Across the way from the parking lot i was stranded in was Master Auto Craft. I went in and asked the guy, Ronil, if he knew a tire shop closeby. Without hesitation he apologized to the customer he was chatting with to help me out. It was past 6:00 pm so most shops were closed. He went to full mission mode and drove me to different gas stations to see if they has spares or even more fix-a-flat product at no avail. He told me to find any tire shop to see if they can replace a tire on the spot. Luckily I found one 5 miles away. Then we drove the van with a flat to his shop. He had the tools to remove the whole tire with the rim and throw it into the back of his truck. We then got to the tire shop before they closed and they fit a new tire to the rim. It took them a while but Ronil stuck by my side the whole time. When they were done we rushed back to the van and he popped the tire on. He did not ask for any compensation. I thanked him for everything and drove off to SFO. In 3 hours when all hope was lost he saved my night and I was able to get my sister and her family back to Dublin from the airport in one piece.There are few people like Ronil in this crazy world. Where people walk past you when you’re in distress or refuse to show sympathy for your situation, a person like Ronil comes into the picture and gives you faith in humanity. From the bottom of my heart and with all my respect to this guy, I would like to thank Ronil for the unselfish act that he bestowed upon me.
