My rear bumper needed a complete replacement after my accident. They were the most communicative, professional and flexible shop I found of 3 other places I tried. They worked everything out with my insurance and were also able to get extra damages found covered by the insurance. They were respectful, punctual and very kind to me through out the whole process. Highly recommend and will go again!

They replaced the window seals on my car and repainted my hood. We paid upfront and waited for the parts to come in. They forgot to put in the driver door seal. We are still waiting for them to have time to put it on. (2 months now...)The shade on the hood is lighter than the rest of the car, my husband insists that it is the age of the paint and the older paint can be buffed to match. I was expecting a closer match because I had it repainted in rural Indiana and it was the exact color. This obviously isnt. After bringing it home (without the door seal, because they didnt have time to fix it after we made the trip out there in the rain and noticed it wasnt done.) we saw it has some kind of residue on the trunk and spoiler. Like someone set a tarp with wet clear coat on it. It doesnt wash off. Also the interior passenger side window trim cover panel immediately fell off. It has a broken clip inside. We are still waiting to talk with them about fixing these issues.They are friendly and nice. They even gave us a small bottle of the remaining paint for touch up purposes and said the best way to use it to get the right gloss and sparkle. I am hoping that they will make these things right so I can give a more positive review. I love my car and this makes me sad.Tried to take pictures at the most fair angles for the colors.

Vision Collision was extremely professional and had prompt communication with me regarding the status if my vehicle repair. They took the initiative to assist with my rental car and agreements with the claim policy. The work the provided to body of my car was flawless and completed sooner than expected. Tracy and Alex were a pleasure to work with. I absolutely would take my car here again. I could not be happier with the result and their service! Also it was such a nice touch that they cleaned the inside of my car/floor mats following repairs.

Took my tundra to them after it got hit in a parking lot. They worked with my insurance to make sure it got restored back to its previous condition. Along the way they would keep me updated on every step in the repair process. Would highly recommend them!

Expert and pression auto body and paint work!

This is now a sloppy shop. I ordered a door handle and paid for it before I got it - mistake.Customer service guy, Brandon, first called me and said it had come in, then hwhen I came by, he couldnt find it.Reordered. Three times he reordered the same incorrect part and called me to say he got it. I went in for nothing three different times. Despite having having had to return an incorrect and unnecessary part about a year ago, I had had in the past good painting/repair done by Vision , so I was patient.I then got an estimate for repair of a bebe gun hole in the same door. My insurance company tried to contact Vision to get the photos, and no one replied.Today I went by to pick up the handle, which was finally ordered correctly in February. Justin brought out the wrong part again, told that it wasnt Brandons fault; Toyota sent the wrong part. No answer to my question of why Brandon kept on ordering the wrong part. Justin said he didnt have room to keep spare parts lying around.he blamed me for the problem, saying it had been weeks and weeks in which they hadnt heard from me. When I raised my voice to try and get Justin to listen to me, he lost his cool, wrote out a refund cheque and told me never to come back.I checked my phone records. I made six calls to the shop, first one this year on Jan 15, and the last one on Feb 28. Today is March 22. Thats hardly weeks and weeks.The problem appears to be that Brandon never opened the boxes he thought were door handles, to check whether or not they were, but just kept reordering without checking, and calling me in to pick up the wrong part. Justin failed to open the box today to check the contents before handing it to me.A company that blames a customer for its own shortcomings will not stay in business long. This is shameful service. Given my experience with the owners defensiveness, and a lack of an apology for wasting my time, I would suggest that this shops prior friendly attitude and efficient work has deteriorated badly over the past year.

Great place. Was recommended by my dealership, Walkers Subaru, to fix my new car that was hit while parked in a parking lot. Vision Collision worked with the other partys insurance company and they took care of everything! They did fantastic work, even the re-doing the detailing that my car came with. My car looks brand new again.

Highly recommend. They don’t nickel and dime you like every other car repair shop. Very nice people too. They fixed one damaged vehicle part for free because it didn’t take them much time, I was very pleasantly surprised.

It took a bit longer than expected, but the customer service and great work more than made up for it. Loved coming back to a clean car as well.

They sucked! Everytime i went there they werent even working, they were slacking off and playing cards or something else even when there were cars to be worked on and when i finally did get my car back yea the fixed my tail light and the bit of body damage they my car had had but it was not evened out to look like the other side that hadnt been damaged also they kept telling me different times that it would be finished then that day would come and i would call them and they would tell me a different date and this happened multiple times. Definitely never going back there again.
