I had gone to service king to get an estimate because I had worked with them in the past and have had no problems. I recently got into a minor fender bender and needed a repair. I was told by Service King if I bring in my car for an estimate BEFORE bringing it in for the actual work, then they would be able to give me an approximate timeline on how long my car was in the shop. This evidently is not true. The Service King in Burien told me there is NO WAY they can give me ANY type of timeline, that they will NOT pre-order any parts until the car comes in. I got very frustrated, more than I probably should have an I admit that, but I did not shout. I was about to apologize for being so frutrated when the lady over the phone cut me off and started yelling at me. I explained to them that I need some sort of time estimate, just anything! I need to get a rental car because not having transporation isnt an option for me, I need to budget for that. Finally the lady on the phone told me to take me business elsewhere. I said fine and hung up. I would not use this company for two reasons. The first is the lady on the phone was incredibly rude to me and was not willing to talk or work with me at all. The second is the miscommunication in the company, why would they tell me they will give me a time estimate then refuse? I also dont understand how it is in any way pheasible to not give a general time estimate. I have since spoken with other companies who will give me a time estimate.My time is too vauable for me to work with a company like this, but not so valuable that I wont write a review. I am taking my business elsewhere as she suggested.

I had an appointment to repair my car. I parked and someone came out to tell me to move my car less than 50 feet. I said that I wasnt going to move my car as there was no reason. They said they wouldnt honor the appointment. I had this appointment and had to rearrange my schedule for this. Now I have to reschedule because I wouldnt move my car 5 parking spaces. What the heck! I will never go there again. They were very rude unprofessional.

Service King made my car beautiful again! They repaired quarter panel damage, replaced one of my doors, realigned the vehicle after a final check found issues. All of this and outstanding customer service. Ill say that again...OUTSTANDING customer service! This place is straight robbery. A year and a half ago I got an estimate for my car door. The door needed to be REPLACED and work was needed on the front door from damage also would need to be painted (another car drove off and snagged my back passenger door and dragged it forward) the estimate was $2400. Fast forward I go in on Tuesday 02/23/21 because of a paint scratch on the back bumper on my SUV from backing in to the wall of my garage. The estimate? $2900! I dated a guy who worked there for a year and a half, he told me they had shady ways but this is beyond the pale. $2400 for a NEW DOOR, fixing driver door damage AND paint with blending. But $2900 for a literal paint scratch on the bumber of my SUV, the bumper has no dents. Literally needs to be buffered and painted. I guess if youre using insurance they can rip it off all they want, youre not paying. Doesnt make it ethical though.

My experience with Service King Burien was outstanding. They repaired front end damage on my relatively new BMW, making it look absolutely like new. Angelo, my personal rep at SK was personable and professional. He called me regularly to keep me updated, especially when BMW was late providing parts. Do not use this place to have your car adjusted if you use Geico !all I needed was a bumper after my accident and they wanted to total my car wound up getting it back with all the headlamps removed and my inside is trashed and rear view mirror broken off horrible service

I was not kept up to speed on the progress of my vehicle and spent over $10,000 with them after getting body work/painting, etc done. They did not work well with my insurance company-(i.e., Geico), who they are contracted with, and tried charging me the full amount when I went to pick my car up!!! This was versus simply paying my insurance deductible =$1,000. Good thing I did not give them a card with the amount they originally tried charging me, as my insurance company was to pay them directly, which they did in the end. I had to call and email multiple times, and talk with multiple people, between Service King-(in BURIEN), as well as my insurance company-(GEICO). I have a 2020 Toyota and my front passenger window now continuously squeaks since I picked it up from this shop and I brought it to them, and was told-(in so many non lamen) terms, that they were not responsible for fixing this! Youd think after spending over $10K with a shop that they could at least fix my squeaky window, even out of principle alone, not to mention a brand new car that never had this issue and now does after being worked on/fixed?? by them!!Kevin @ GEICO is HORRIBLE with customer service, professionalism, etc! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone EVER!!

4 months ago right before the Pandemic, my right side rear mirror spontaneously broke in its casing while I was driving to school pickup. Allstate my insurance Co recommended Service King. I booked my appointment—then broke my ankle + had to have surgery! Months after scheduling my service, I finally got my van into SK. They fixed my mirror promptly—2 days! Customer Service was efficient + followed Covid protection procedures. SK also washed/cleaned my van inside/out, re-filled air in my run flat tires that had been peskily alerting that they were low—all without my asking. Nice, efficient and fast service—I will definitely recommend SK to others! Thanks for getting me back on the road, Service King!

I took my car here for body work and to replace the starter. My inside driver door handle is broken so they took it upon themselves without asking me to rig the door to open using the lock. On initial investigating something in the door clicked when opening and closing the window. Well now the window fell out of its track and is stuck halfway down. Im satisfied with the work I wanted done. But nothing else should have been done to my carEdit:Took my car back and they told me I need a new window regulator. After they reassembled the driver door it no longer unlocks and I am not able to open the driver door at all. Now I feel like a nascar driver getting in and out through the window

BEWARE! Company recently taken over by another one from out of state who has no idea what they are doing!!!! Ive seen their rating drop by the hour! These morons kept our Jeep for over a week, told us it was done. We go to pick it up and it had not been touched. They even lied to our friend whos a high level CEO or something from Dallas who we are Facebook friends with who is the one who recommended them, since hes worked for the company for years. They told HIM, a CEO , Its ready does this photo look like it was fixed? Its from a wreck a long time ago that is just now being settled, so complex-yeah-but they should have never lied and said Its all done They set up the rental car, they set up the whole thing, and come to find out-the work was never approved or some BS, but they lied and told us IN A VOICE MESSAGE Its ready come get it they said not ONE word of any issue with insurance, etc. They lied to our friend who sent us there. I am a 49 year old woman from Albuquerque who has lived in Seattle, Los Angeles, Toronto, and traveled the world in many cars vans etc touring with bands, I have NEVER in my life encountered such rude bold face lying idiots! Follow my reviews on Google, I give good clear advice and praise all our wonderful local businesses, this is NOT one of them!

Read the reviews on this place & save yourself the headache. Only giving 3 stars because the staff was very friendly in the office.I just had this feeling that something wasnt right.Ultimately, I took my car to another place & got a quote for $2000k cheaper. I had to dispute the insurance claim setting up a appointment with an adjuster to come look at the physical damage that Service King Said was $4000k worth of damages (it would have totaled out my car).The adjuster agreed with the new shop that Service King was over charging and that some of the items in the original insurance claim from Service King did not need to be fixed. (One being a claim for a dent in the floor, the dent was supposed to be there as a alcove for a pipe to set up in per factory made.) The items that did need to be fixed were still cheaper by 100s of dollars at the other shop. Phewwww! I really feel like I dodged a financial crisis here folks. Beware.

I recently had my car in here to repair damages done from an unfortunate encounter with a raccoon. Based solely on the finished product I would have given 5 stars. It looks perfect. Customer service was great too and the on site insurance rep that I dealt with was awesome... BUT... when they tell you not to leave any personal items in the car you better not even leave a dime. When I arrived to drop off, I noticed the roughly $10 in quarters I had accumulated in the cup holder. Instead of loading my pockets with the change, I moved it all to a less conspicuous location and covered it with some papers and business cards hoping it wouldnt be seen. Of course when I picked up my car, all that was left were a few pennies and nickels. Yes its partially my fault for not following their advice and leaving it in the car but it was obvious that someone was rummaging in order to find it. When they tell you not to leave anything, maybe they should follow it up with, because one of our workers WILL steal it. I really dont care about the $ and maybe its naive of me to think someone has no business rummaging and taking all my change but I guess I expected the same professionalism from the workers as I do from the front desk. To me its a reflection of the business and honestly it left me a little disenchanted with this place in that regard.

My Ford Expedition was badly smashed up in a traffic accident.I had it towed to Service King Collision Repair in Burien, WA where they assured me that it could, in fact, be restored to Like New condition.They were not kidding. Geico sends my car to this company and the communication is poor. Homir the general manager is always in a meeting call or out of town and he will never call you back as he promises you. Amanda in the office will tell you to bring your car down then when you get there they are to busy to look at what they call Lifetime guarantee I now have Geico back on my case and after spending short of 1k for poor work I would not do business with this shop again. There Corporate office is in Texas and they also never answer your call. Bad service at the end of my repair.

Great experience, nice people, and my car looked good as new. They even are able to work on my small batch Toyota rav4 EV! My only complaint was that my interior was a little dirty, but I had them come back out and clean it up, and then it was fine. I will be returning to them in the future for any car body shop repairs needed.

I would never bring your vehicle to be repaired here, ever. The staff is nice, but thats about it. My car was brought in mid December to be fixed. I was initially told by my insurance company that the repair time would be six days and the estimated cost was $4,000. Well I then got informed my by Service King that my car would be done by January 3rd. I think 2 days before completion date they move the repair date to the 10th of January so I call them and at this point I understand they had to have some parts shipped so I was understanding. Then right as the 10th approached it changed again- it wouldnt be done until January 17th. So because Ive been trying to move across country to live near my family, I called on the 16th (I was supposed to leave the 18th) to make 100% sure it was done. I talked to Jimmy and he assured me I could pick my car up the next day and hed call me when I could head that way. Well I woke up on the 17th to find that my car had been delayed yet again until the 22nd. So I called to make sure the online tracker wasnt just wrong because I was insured it would be done, and I was informed they forgot to do a few things to my car so they moved the completion date, again. It is okay to make mistakes but this is outrageous, this is more than a mistake, this is constantly delaying my car to near a month later than originally planned. I would save your money, and your time, and go elsewhere instead but never use Service King.Im updating this review, its even worse than before--I called yesterday (The 22nd) and asked if my car would be done today, I was told that yes, it would be done, theyd call me this afternoon to pick it up and its been delayed, again. I am unsure of what type of negligence has to occur for someone to realize a car wont be done by the next day, TWICE but if its going to take longer than say that, there is ZERO transparency with these people. It is absolutely horrible. And I completely forgot to mention that my repairs ended up being a whole $8,000 more than I was originally told so be careful, theyll add huge amounts of money to the bill as well. 12k is a huge difference compared to 4k for repairs.

I had a awesome experience at this repair shop when I recently had to bring my car in for repairs.Service King works with Geico so that the whole process was the easiest that it could be. When I arrived they had a representative from Service King and also one from Geico come and look at the damage with me. The guy from Service King told me an approximation on what needed to be done and how long it would take.When we went back inside the office there was a representative there from Enterprise as well and she immediately took me outside to my rental car that was all ready to go.All in all, the experience was great. The work done was done very well and I have a lifetime guarantee on the work that was done. Everyone was very nice and it was through this experience that I would bring my car back here in the future.

Didn’t even listen to my concerns. Turned my car in after an accident and gave specific instructions to check the engine as different warning lights had been coming on, check engine light was on & car shuddered & stalled when idling. Got the car back with a list of cosmetic fixes & no mention of engine checks. Car still shudders & stalls, check engine light still on, other warnings still on.Edit: took my car back, but they said that insurance wouldn’t have paid, so they didn’t check. The GM complained about how he “wasn’t getting paid” to check my check engine light after the fact.

This official Toyota shop helped me remedy a poor repair from a Denver-based shop, mostly out of empathy Im sure (they could have said were not touching that). They were professional, courteous, and my rear-ended Prius looks great again. This IS the low-risk repair shop. I hope I dont have to, but if in need of another repair, Ill be taking it here.

I only gave one star because Im not given an option of none or a negative rating.I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this location.Last May I took my Truck here for an interior door handle repair. It was the 4th visit to this location for warranty work. I was given a very hard time because of an ownership change. This shop was previously owned by Burien Chevrolet. After many hours of phone calls between Burien Chevrolet & Service King the repair was completed with one stipulation. They would not honor any warranty repairs going forward.Well the handle failed again. This time we decided to go to a different shop because of how we were treated in 2017.The shop we took the truck to removed the interior panel and handle to discover several items have been silconed into place as the interior clips have been broken including the door arm rest. The pictures taken indicate a very unprofessional repair hidden behind the interior panel.I can not explain to you how angry this has made me. No one explained to me the panel and speaker required silicone to remain in place. No one admitted fault for breaking the clips and to top it off we were charged in the original insurance repair for a new handle & interior panel.I will never do business with this shop ever again and will tell everyone who will listen about theyre unprofessional repair and poor customer service skills.

Several things went wrong with my experience at this shop. First the repair was not done right the first time. They were more than happy to fix their mistakes but then they straight lied to the insurance company about date of completed repairs which cost me over $500 of lost use of vehicle that insurance wont reimburse due to service king telling them the repair was finished the week before I got my vehicle back. I have no recourse for this because service king refused to give me a receipt with date of completion on it. I highly recommend you save yourself the headaches I went through in dealing with them.

I regret going here to repair my wifes 2014 Prius. The bid was very high considering the job, but i didnt care because insurance was gonna cover it. All they did was replaced the front left fender, adjust alignment, no body work and charged $2,280. I could have done this job myself for $500. But this is not the main reason for thus review. When the job was done they owed me a wheel cover because it was on special order. Well its been almost 2 months and not a single phone call on the status of the wheel cover. I called in 3 times, stopped by twice and each time no one knew what was going on and was told someone will call me. Still to this day I have not received a phone call. Dont go here, these people are more interested in working with insurance companies not their customers. Liberty Mutual will be notified about this claim, so will the Office of the Attorney General.

Do not bring your car here. Brought a car in with a little indent from where I was backed into and my front bumper came out looking worse since bringing it here. The drivers side is far lower than when it was brought in to be fixed. They will not fix it despite photos proving that it looks worse than when brought in.Take your care elsewhere if you want it to be fixed right the first time.

This place is not a very professional place , 1st they rip apart damaged areas making the damage more severe.The worst part was that we already got three other bids coming in at $1800 to about $2100 and when we get there there it was for $4400 totally exaggerating the damage and what needs to be replaced ! Customer service - 0Parts of cars sitting on the patio where visitors park their car. Two guys and a girl in the office and they just don’t know or have an idea of what they’re doing! Bad service. Sadly it’s not option Minus start.

I learned to NEVER use Geico Express service here (or anywhere else)! It cost me money because the Geico employees - NOT the body shop repair professionals - decide what needs fixing. This cost me several hundred dollars in additional repair.My advice: go to an independent body shop where they will fix what needs to be fixed to get your car back to the way it was before the accident, and not what the insurance company acquiesces to repair.

Worst customer service imaginable. Rep lied about notification times, no consistent story. As a result of their lies, im on hook for a bunch of money for rental. Guy i worked with ,John, lied, cant even get a hold of him anymore, front desk says that he is constantly out and about

They damaged my car while they had in the shop, bad and rude people working here, they lie and keep lying every time. Their customer service is zero and they charge thousands for small job.Make sure to record your conversation when ever you go there and talk to them case later on they will say they never said that.

Make sure you dont leave a penny they will take it!!! And to think they go rummaging all over your car 🚗 just to see what they find, called them to make a claim regarding the issue and then only to blame a possible outsider jumping over their gates because our 🚘 are parked outside of the property parking lot Really!!!!
