I’ve been going for years and Roy and his team USED to always take great care of me. I won’t be going back after my last experience. Items that were damaged on the car were not included in estimates and I’ve had to pay out of pocket to fix because the insurance claim closed. You’d think they would correct their mistake - instead, no response to email after email and phone call. Finally had Dan on the line two weeks ago and he said “I was all set up and on the calendar” for repairs. I called the day before to make sure it was scheduled and 3 different people had no idea what I was talking about AND, when I kindly asked for a call by the end of the day with the plan - no call. They just don’t repair cars very well anymore, lack attention to detail, miss things that should be fixed, don’t back their work and don’t respond to phone or email. I’ve had 7 cars fixed by Roy and he didn’t even return my call when I said I was upset with his team’s performance. Easily there are better shops out there. This one has had its day.

I unfortunately had to deal with collision repairs though in the process, I met the great folks at American Collision. After initially visiting four other shops, Diana took care of me from the start and developed trust by thoroughly walked me through the process. I immediately left the keys to my custom vehicle with them and received back in a very timely manner a vehicle that looked exactly how I had hoped. I brought my Subaru in here to get a new bumper cover and fender painted. I told them I was paying out of pocket because I didnt want to make an insurance claim. They gave me a great deal! They also recommended a paintless dent repair guy that also did a great job. If I ever have body work that needs to be done Ill be back here. Thanks guys!

When you call, you’ll talk to Diana who is very knowledgeable & friendly. I’ve taken 2 Infiniti’s there now and they’ve both turned out awesome! Dan in the shop did a repair on my back qtr panel instead of having to replace the entire qtr panel and it turned out amazing AND saved me $$$!! Looks like it was never even damaged. Highly recommend them.

This is the place! Finally a honest straight forward body shop, I have already sent two friends there, it feels like family when you can call and not get a bunch of BS you dont need or understand, just straight forward, and simple. I have a friend in the auto Body business!

This place was FANTASTIC!!! My SUV was referred to them after being at another shop for 8 months and no repairs were done. The shop manager was so sweet and made sure to ease my worries. There was a minor hiccup and she was more upset than I was. The staff were friendly and the workmanship was impeccable. I literally feel like I got a brand new car. Hopefully I’ll never need another repair shop but if So I will definitely call American Collision.
