Great experience from beginning to end. Melissa worked with me over the phone to find an appointment time that best suited my schedule. She emailed my paperwork to save time when I arrived. Upon entering for my appointment, EVERYONE was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Patel’s exam was thorough - very detailed explanation of my images. He was professional, kind, and efficient. It’s difficult for providers to find that balance where they are efficient, but thorough. However, Dr. Patel did a phenomenal job with that -All of my questions were answered! The support staff is also top notch! I worked with Barbara, who was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!

The service was A1 from both the doctor and the staff…. I had an extra claim available from the previous year due to Covid and Eliza went above and beyond to submit the claim, make follow up calls and making sure I was able to take advantage of my previous claim. She provided the BEST customer service ever.Once I got to my appointment I was greeted and tended to right away. The doctor was super nice and professional, as the same for the entire staff. They completely wasted my time! I scheduled a 4:45p appointment for my niece and a 5:00p appointment for my daughter. I rushed to pick up the kids from school and got there at 4:40p only to be told that I’m late. Apparently they booked us for 4:45p but they wanted us to be there at 4:30p but never told me this. I get there only to be told that they can only see one child because we’re late. Then I’m talking to one lady and a rude rep is constantly interrupting telling me about their silly rules that I was automatically supposed to know. How can you be late when you’ve arrived earlier than your appointment??? This was a complete waste of my time!!!

My visit was AMAZING!! I got there 10 minutes early and they took me right away. Dr. Patel was AWESOME!! The young lady up front that helps you pick your glasses was absolutely fabulous!! They closed at 7 and I was there until 6:50 she didn’t rush me or anything. She took her time with me answered any questions helped me pick out my glasses gave me feedback on my choices!! I will definitely be back for my yearly eye exam. And will definitely recommend as well!!

Adding to my review because it just keeps getting worse with our experience here. After two weeks of them messing up my perception they YET AGAIN messed up my perception and I have to wait another week to get my glasses. I am now at 3 weeks waiting to get my glasses. Definitely not coming back here. Everyone who sits in the front trying to get your glasses order is very distracted when putting in your information and doesn’t give you 100% attention. Focus on one order at a time and there would be less mess ups.1st review.Horrible experience with customer service.The doctor is great really we like him but working with the staff up front trying to order glasses was a horrible experience twice. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt the second time and we regret it.They messed up my prescription the first time when I came to pick up my glasses which they were supposed to call and tell me that they are ready and they never called me. I right away noticed my prescription being off and when they checked it, it in fact was. They said because it was their mistake when entering it into the system they will rush my order and get my glasses in faster. It’s been longer than the first time and they won’t be here for another few days.Definitely not ordering glasses from here again and not coming back either for check ups even though the doctor was great. Get it together pearl vision.We ordered glasses with the black lady that works at one of the desks the one with the big gold glasses and she was beyond distracted when we tried to buy the glasses with her. Any person that walked through the door she was trying to focus more on them then on the client she had in front of her. At first she said my glasses were supposed to be 400$ which was NO WAY correct. Until we told her about all our discounts she was trying to sell the 400$ ones but at the end when arguing with her it was in fact under 200$ so ridiculous how they try to rip you off. EVERYONE MAKE SURE you tell them you had your eye exam because it’s 75$ off your glasses if you do. Also ask about deals of the day and make sure you know the deals your insurance has or you will be getting ripped off.

Came in to shop for glasses with my son and from the beginning we where given a condescending attitude by one of the employees at the front desk. Would not let us have a conversation without her eavesdropping and putting her input and rushing us after only being in there for less than 3 minutes. Very unprofessional and just downright disrespectful. As an established patient here, I am disappointed about how the staff treated us and will be shopping elsewhere.

Dr. Patels staff were welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Patel provided a comprehensive exam, explaining everything he was doing and observing. When he was done, he showed me the pictures of my eyes, discussed details, the normal processes with aging and prevention of problems. This was my second visit with Dr. Patel. I was skeptical because my current prescription for my glasses had me feeling weird(the ones from last year at my yearly visit). When I went in for my exam, I told Dr. Patel about my concerns and he explained to me what the problem was. One of the best exams I have ever had, and I have been going to an eye doctor since I was 8 years old (I am 40 now). Dr. Vixit Patel was extremely nice, friendly, and explained every single step of the exam. I felt very comfortable and knowledgeable of all that was happening and the status of my eyes and sight.

Thank you Barbara, Fayaz and Nikki for my new pair of glasses!  I am very very happy with my thin lenses and lightweight frame.  I don’t even feel it on my face!  I’m from South Carolina and it’s extremely difficult to find a good eye place that offers thin lenses but I was able to find this  Pearle Vision all the way in Georgia that took care of me well and shipped it right to me as soon as it arrived in the store.  Thank you so much!

The ophthalmologist is good but the staff which is working on eye glasses are poor quality. They just tried to upsell without even understanding requirement and I ended up with unusable glasses even after paying decent price. I am still using my 2 year old glasses from vision works which are better quality. Please be careful.

I have been going here for 3 years. The opticians go above and beyond to assist with any questions and concerns I may have. Any time I need an adjustment on my glasses, they do not hesitate to drop what theyre doing and help me out. When Im looking for new frames, theyre all very knowledgeable with helping me pick out the latest stylish ones.The optometrists are also extremely friendly and professional. And the reception staff too are also a joy to work with. I recommend coming to this Pearle location for all your vision needs.

I told him what i was looking for and he found 4 frames and I was able to pick the one that I was most comfortable with. Also educated me on how to better take care of my lenses. I recently ordered new glasses, however, when they arrived, I didnt like how they looked. The staff that handles the optical wear were so nice and understanding. They helped me pick out a new frame and remade my glasses free of charge, and they turned out beautifully. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and were so polite and kind about it. I have been coming here for years and would recommend them to anyone out there looking for eye care.

My eye exam experience was comfortable and informative. I am glad I had it done.

Been using them since 2011. Then I had health insurance through my employer. Now it’s Medicare. Changed the reimbursement process, but through it all I received quality eye exams and glasses. Walked out with my new glasses on and noticed immediately the improvement, particularly reading. They have all my records and help me take care of my vision. Glasses need adjusting, I’ve just gone in and they take care of it. I’m assured of good vision going forward.

They have very professional staff and a great selection of glasses both high end and standard. Not knowledgable.Good frame selection but overpriced even compared to 3 other local chains and one independent; Kind of unfair comparison, but still...266% of online price for the frame I wanted, 40% more with insurance than online without.

Amazing staff! I was nervous to put in eye contacts for the very first time but the staff was great about helping me feel comfortable and giving me really good instructions. Now I have no issues at all putting them in and I love wearing my new eye contacts.

Was pleasantly surprised by the quick and friendly service both by the doctor and by the Pearl Vision staff. The manager was very helpful and considerate of our budget. He went out of his way to be sure we were happy. I would recommend that you make a point of speaking to him if you have any concerns.

Walked in with my sister this afternoon. Both of us (insured and) looking for new glasses. All three sales associates were with customers. Fine. Fine. Ten to fifteen minutes pass and several trips up and down the womens frames selections. Crickets. No well be right with you. No sense that we see you and we want your business. Crickets. Until we head for the door to depart. Then, a voice calls out:have a good evening! What?! Racial profiling? I doubt it. Just tacky, pathetic customer service. Ill be staying away and you should too if you want respectful customer service for your hard-earned money.

I was very pleased with the customer service. The wait for the glasses were confusing. ........... I ordered 3 pair, the first pair came in a week, 2nd pair came in another week later, and then finally the 3rd pair straggled in later. Overall, great location and great service!

This was my first time going to this place , the Doctor treated me so good I really like her . I’m only giving this place 2 stars because of the eye exam , and the nice staff before the exam .But other than than I won’t recommend anybody going over here to buy glasses, besides they’re over priced, there’s this lady her name Is Munirá is very rude , she does not care about the customer , she only care about selling , she doesn’t show no sympathy for anyone , and if you ask her questions she gets upset , because she’s so focus in selling that she forgets we are consumers not robots . She talks talks , and don’t let you talk or ask questions without getting upset. You can see it on her face . Too bad people like this destroy a business quick with their behavior and attitude.

Munira was very patient and clear with the pricing. That helped me make my purchasing decision. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well. I enjoyed the input everyone on which frames to choose. I’m happy with the frames picked. 🙂

We had a family emergency and my brother and I need to drive to Iowa from Georgia tomorrow. Not only did they have the rare script for the lens that he needed they were suppose to close in 5 minutes. Fayaz stayed the extra time needed to make my brother a new set of lenses so that he can drive safely to Iowa. I would highly recommend Pearle Vision for your contact lenses and glasses. Very happy with their customer service. Munira was very efficient and got me a much better price for my lenses as from the competition quote. I received my lenses in less than a week as promised and she worked around my work schedule to get the lab technician to put the lenses in my existing frame. Fayaz fitted the lenses in a timely matter and they are perfect. Highly recommend this store and their customer service to other customers.

I went to Dr. Mathai for the first time yesterday, after making an appointment online. She is very kind, and overall wonderful. The staff is professional. If you were having doubts of attending this location, dont fear! I would recommend coming.As for the process of obtaining glasses, Ill let you know once I get them.**Update:**I picked up my glasses from this location a week ago, and everything is great! This was by far the best Pearle Vision experience I’ve had by far! This isn’t my local eye doctor but I came in 5 minutes before closing with broken glasses that couldn’t be fixed. I put tape on them to be able to drive to get me here. Fayaz was very kind and patient with me & helped me pick out a new frame and to ensure I got home safely made me a new frame right then. He and Munira stayed with me in the store an hour and a half after closing to get this done. I would definitely come back here every time for any future problems I have with my glasses.

Definitely 5 Stars for the whole experience! I called to get glasses because my eyes where messed up so I could not wear my contacts. After calling and getting to the store I told them I just needed a quick pair of glasses so that I was still able to see while my eyes were irritated. After getting fitting they rushed the whole process so that I had a pair of glasses the same day. Couldn’t thank the employees enough! 10/10

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.Changing my high review, I was back about a month ago to have my eye exam and new glasses. the year before the same woman in the floor was very pushy on her sales and I ended up buying two pair of glasses for over $900. this time I decided to use the same frames since I never use the 2nd pair I bought the year before. As soon as I told this lady the same lady from the previous year that I was using my frames, her attitude changed completely and she started to be rude. I had to pay a fee for using my own glasses even though I bought them there, she gave me the quote for the lenses which was over $200 just for the lenses with any added protection to it. I told her I did not wanted to spend that much and her answer was you have to at least spend $200...... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.so I will never go back to this place,I drove less than a mile down and found the EYE LAB who made my lenses for only $120 and they are a great quality lenses.

The lady who appeared to be of Indian descent wasn’t friendly, was a bit rude, and crossed her arms and said “have a good day” when I asked why she needed my name when I only had a general question.There are plenty of other similar businesses that provide good service. I’ll go to them.Also, I would find frames I like here and buy them online. Has saved me $50-$75 every time and I have good insurance.
