I’ve been going to Hamilton Mill Eye Care for some years now. I must say the doctors and staff are very knowledgable. Especially the newest Dr there , Dr.Grainger! She’s awesome and so thorough!

Ive been a patient at Hamilton Mill Eye Care for 10+ years. The care has always been absolutely top notch. The staff are all wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. Over the years I have seen all of the doctors. My husband I have been so happy with each of the doctors weve seen, there has been no need to request a specific person. Which is great because I can book an appointment quickly and easily.

The staff is very nice and friendly. They have Spanish speaking staff! The doctor is very competent, she explains very well everything she is doing and everything she understands is better for my visual health. The staff helped me find the best lens for me!!! I really recomend them 100%

We absolutely love the staff and doctors here! We switched from a know group to a local office and it has been amazing. I have three boys and me that need glasses and contacts and they have ALWAYS been accommodating and super nice! The gentleman in the eye glass section always interacts with our kiddos and makes them laugh and will go in the back to see if he has other options if something on the stands doesnt fit our tastes. Love this office and staff. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I have been taking my children here for 4 years, with Medicaid (never a bad experience); very thorough in their exams and friendly when they are picking out their glasses. The gentleman in the optometry section is always happy and my kids love going to him to get their glasses adjusted.I just went for my first eye exam in 15 years, I was very nervous, but all questions were answered, the issue I’m having related to a few other things that I had no idea would’ve correlated. I will continue using them!

This was my first time at Hamilton Mill Eye and it was beyond my expectations. Not only the doctor was super thorough and went the extra mile with any questions I had, but the optometrist and reception were just as kind and helpful! Ill be back to do my new lenses!

The doctor was nice and very informative. My issue is with the older guy handling the glasses. He was very rude and disrespectful and spoke to me as if I was a dummy and he was some sort of superior person, when I questioned his questionable calculations. Of course, Im going to question $293 dollars for two sets of lenses ONLY, after insurance! I was furious after speaking with him and his condescending way of dealing with people!

Can someone just explain how I call to make an appointment asking if you take my insurance, explaining the whole situation to you because its been so hard finding someone only to wait for the appointment take my kids out of school for me to walk in there and you to say you dont take that insurance. How does that happen when you took my insurance information and the FIRST question I asked if do you take this insurance

New patient visit and it was an easy visit. Didnt wait much at all (less than 5 minutes). Cozy environment. I hate having my eyes dilated and love that they have the option for retinal imaging. The doctor took the time and went over my results thoroughly. Purchased a pair of glasses so just waiting for those. Everyone was nice and attentive from reception to optical department.

Yesterday I found out that Im almost completely blind in my left eye. The news hit me very hard. Dr. Bahkta chose his first words very carefully when he explained to me what my options are. I appreciate his professional demeanor, which made my difficult time much easier.

The constant strive of the lens lab to try and make things right is there is an issue is highly impressive. What started off as a weird issue on one lens launched a full on investigation as to why it kept happening and the team did not quit until a resolution was met. I have been coming here for years and every single time the entire office does not skip a beat. I’m highly impressed as to how well everything is run at this office. The only suggestion I have for this office is to fix their front door! No one wants to be scared by a slamming door when coming in!

Everyone was nice when I went, but they did not get the job done. My contact portion of the exam was not conducted until after they dilated my eyes and as a result, I was sent home with a pair of mismatched contacts that gave me a headache. I called back a few hours later after the dilation wore of, since I wanted to make sure it wasnt just that. I was promised they would call me back and they never did. I am very unsatisfied. It makes me nervous to even order glasses elsewhere like I would like to because I wonder if their glasses prescription is even correct. Once the contact mess is sorted out, I will not be returning here.

My wife and I are very pleased with the attention to detail we saw with Dr. Treu. We have had glasses for over 30 years and Dr. Treu was one of the best and nicest eye doctors we have ever had. He was friendly, gladly accepted questions, gave complete answers that we could easily understand, and, although it was our first appointment with him, we felt that we knew him for years. This is the feeling that you should always get from a health care provider. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful.

The doctor is very nice. Front office were nice until you call to check if glasses have arrived very rude. All staff are nice until they see you have Medicaid then they look down on you. Sorry I work daily very hard and still have to use Medicaid for my children. Hope none of you ever need to use it and get treated like that.

Dr. B takes his time to see us so that we never feel rushed out like some of the other places I have been to. The office staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Check in process was fine. the first lady I met was not friendly, and had no clue what I had to explain to her 5 times about an old contact prescription. I explained it once to the optometrist and she got it. the Opt. was knowledgeable and friendly. overall impression, there are better places to go for sure. They take my insurance.

We had an emergency with our 8yr old son. They fit us in as new patients and saw us right away. The entire visit was so pleasant. From the front office staff to the doctors. I highly recommend them!!

Was a patient tried to get in July and had to change due to travel. Was supposedly on first to call wait list - didnt happen. Called today n was told August 10th my vision has declined rapidly over past 2 weeks. Was told more important clients booked ahead due to back to school. Rude rude person told me oh well find another place. Wow

Dr. Treu is terrific. I have a complex Rx and I wouldnt trust it to anyone else. You can tell that he loves what he does and is very smart.

Some of the staff are just not very friendly and that is important to me when choosing where I am going to go to be treated for a problem...which is already unpleasant. Its a convenient location and other than my last visit in which I had to wait 45 minutes they are usually timely.

Friendly staff! Didn’t have to wait long and everyone was very efficient!

We asked them to adjust my eye glasses, as they became a bit loose. They fit MUCH better and I left feeling saticfied. After returning home, I inspected them further and saw that the paint was scuffed and the plastic was dented and cracked where I presume she applyed pressure to the frame.

Doctor is great, front office SUCKS. My family went elsewhere.

My lenses were damaged, when I received my glasses. I was told they would reorder the lenses and put a rush on them. It took one week to get the damaged lenses, so I assumed the wait would be shorter the second time around. NOT, its actually longer. I have called two days straight and no one will return my call. I ordered a backup pair from China and got them in 4 days. I only paid $20 versus the $300 Hamilton Mill Eyecare charged me. Hamilton Mill just lost a customer over poor service.

The front office staff is extremely rude every time weve gone. I dont think I have ever seen the main woman smile once. She always acts as if you are an incredible inconvenience to you. I had trouble with my insurance last time, and she was condescending and acted as if the whole thing were my fault.

I never had a problem here all the staff are nice.

1. Not set up very well for wheelchairs.2. Not knowledge on how to serve clients in wheelchairs or with mobility issues.3. It took an ongoing of (so far) FIVE times to get medical documents sent to a PCP. Heres praying that this fifth time actually gets them sent.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!!!!!!!!!!
