I brought my eyeglasses to Lenscrafter Mall of GA because one of the lens fell out. Ashley was cordial and courteous and explained the different purchase packages for lens and frames. She explained that they would have to see which plan was best for me based on my insurance. I just received excellent service from Mizan she took good care of me very professional.

I first gave 5 stars for how when I ordered me glasses. Never received a phone call when the promised my glasses were going to be ready. I called more than 10 times to inquire about the status since they were 3 days late. I had to drive to the store and after waiting 30 minutes, I was told that my frames were not available. Unbelievable. But they did apologize. Yes, like this fixes my problem. Did nothing to make it right. Incompetent staff that needs to learn not to overpromise if they can’t deliver. And apologies/excuses only satisfy those who gives them.

The staff on both sides of the store were very knowledgeable and professional. Tina the store manager and her staff was very welcoming and the staff worked well as a team. They helped each out and seemed to be more like family than co-workers. The store was extremely clean and covid safety measures were in place. I was very comfortable trying glasses and seeing the glasses continuously cleaned and sanitized by the staff and placed neatly back on the shelves. I would highly recommend this location.
