I was going to transfer all my prescriptions to a 24 hour location and any other new prescriptions as well , because they are not open on holidays. But Ashley made my holiday much better for our family , now we can go away for a couple days an be able to enjoy the long holiday weekend away! Thank you so much Ashley. We recently moved to the area from a bit further east. We transferred prescriptions to this location and have had nothing but issues since doing so. The standard reply: Its our system. If thats the case then the two other Walgreens weve been frequenting would have had the same issues. I was told to be sure to call to make sure everything was right before going to pick up. Translated: Be sure to call and make sure we did our job even though we told you we did our job.

Horrible experience, we got hung up in traffic and got there 4 minutes late. The pharmacy was helping the last of the people there and would not just give me my prescription before we left town. He was a smart assistant about it and said oh well. He then argued with me for 10 minutes about it and I told him he spent 5 times longer telling me he won’t give it to me as it would have taken just to hand it to me. If I wasn’t leaving town it would not have been a bid deal. Bit his attitude was just horrible.

Love the pharmacy techs here, a young man named jacob was quick and courteous while filling my prescription, this was my first time here and im absolutely blown away with the experience i had here

Pharmacy staff is patient, knowledgeable & works efficiently. They have a good selection of makeup & Miss Spa products, or other natural items. Other employees including mgmt are kind and polite.

My wife scheduled her Covid-19 vaccine but canceled the night before because she was unsure if she was eligible. Someone from the pharmacy did reach out to her to let her know she had a vaccine scheduled and she was eligible. Unfortunately, my wife is unable to make the appointment and had to schedule somewhere else. Thank you for being attentive and understanding despite of the confusion.

I’m not sure why people gave a bad review but on my part the experience there was fast an friendly . I drive 100 miles to go to this Walgreens because in this small town the pharmacy is slow an not friendly. Of course I’m having to do shopping in the bigger city too. Friendly people are worth the drive.

Beware..do not buy gift cards here because they sell ones that the codes do not work and then they say it’s your problem and to call the number on the back... then no one answers and your out of your money spent. This happened to us on a PSN card. Finally got to do an online chat with a PSN representative and they opened a case and investigated only to send us a message that Walgreens never activated the card!!! So they were so rude to us, sent us in a wild goose chase with PSN and they didn’t even activate the card themselves!!!!!!!! Do not buy anything here.

Drive Thru pharmacy is very unorganized. If you can only do certain things in certain lanes. You should have signage noting that. Instead theyll have you wait in one line then once youre at the window to tell you now you have to move to the other lane.

Went there in search of Hand Sanitizer, I really didnt think I was going to get any but thats what really made me mad. The fact that the limit for that particular item was 4 per person??? Like seriously, some people cant even get one. You need to do better Walgreens. For reals.

Fantastic pharmacy! The staff is great and Pharmacistis fast and efficient! The staff are friendly, courteous, and always have a smile. I have NEVER seen the store dirty or even messy! Even in the kids section. One thing I CAN leave as anything but stellar throughout the store, is the Western Union part of the store. The computer is NOT user friendly (it WASNT working properly anyhow, when trying to send and receive money. A couple of the buttons werent working properly, and staff could do nothing about it. I had to go to another store (Frys I think), to use theirs.) This was almost a year ago, so Im sure theyve updated it by now, but this was the only issue I have EVER encountered at this location! I also love the fact that they dont have a high turnover rate! I see the same faces, and theyre always friendly. This tells me they care about their employees as well. If Im investing in their store, its important to me they are investing in their employees!! Great job Walgreens! Kudos to you and your employees

Huge massive Shout out to this Walgreens I came in to get some pepto for my son who is 6 he wasnt feel good after a bunch of popcorn at the movies little did I know how bad he was really feeling when he suddenly puked in the middle of the store the store manager/staff was so wonderful and understanding refused to let me clean it up myself refused my attempts to give them compensation (I work customer service this is not part of the job description) and were all around so fantastic thank you guys again so much you got a customer for life Walgreens! And as a side note ive never had a bad experience here staff has always been warm and helpful.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is horrible. My doctor sent over a prescription at 10am and by 5:30pm it’s still not filled. All of the pharmacy employees I’ve interacted with have been rude and short, I feel embarrassed when I ask a question because I get talked down to. I’ve read other reviews on Yelp/Google and have to agree with the 1 star rating..horrible costumer service.

Express pass for pharmacy was awesome...got in and out line was super long and i didnt have to wait at all...I recommend everyone do Express pay on your phone then their would never be a line... thank you for the fast service I appreciate it!!!!!!😍😉😎😎

So slow at filling prescriptions. They say it takes an hour to get the prescription from the doctor in argent care. Then another hour to fill the prescription. I bet if it was them needing the medicine to feel better, it wouldnt take that long.

Being a self pay customer with past insurance. All prescriptions keep getting held up while they “try and verify insurance “ they have been told multiple times to delete insurance and put me as self pay. The girls that work there give you attitude like you don’t know what you’re talking about and say prescription is being filled But yet again gets held up because they don’t know what they are talking about and the system is searching for insurance auth! Time for a new Pharmacy. Ugh. Rant / review over.

This is the best Pharmacy in the West Valley. The staff are very courteous and helpful, even when they are extremely busy, which is most of the time. The Pharmacy manager is especially courteous and always goes out of the way to take care of any issue I have. Thanks for the hard work

The last 2 months my sons prescription has been out stock when it needs to be refilled, same meds, same amount, same time, EVERY MONTH. I always call a few days before he needs his prescription and they always tell me it will be ready in an hour, then when I go to get it they inform me its out of stock. The pharmacists are rude and lack all customer service skills. While waiting in line tonight to pick up my sons partial prescription they told 4 other people they were out of stock of their prescription also. Apparently they never reorder medication when theyre running low. Frys pharmacy will be getting our business now.

Although my interactions with the pharmacy have been somewhat limited (probably 3-4 visits) the times that I have been there, they just don’t seem to have it together. Prescriptions have been delayed or they can’t find them when you are there to pick them up and they are just not customer service oriented (both techs and pharmacists). The latest was they filled a prescription for my two year old and somehow overlooked the dosage amount. After multiple calls to the doctor and pharmacy, the dosage was was way off and should have been 3-5ml instead of 30ml. Whether the error occurred at the doctors office or pharmacy, one would have thought that the pharmacist would have caught it while giving the consultation. They showed zero concern when I called to inform them of this and the female pharmacist was quick to say that they just filled the amount that was sent over by the doctors office and to follow up with them directly. I question how something like this gets overlooked and this is why I will never go back to them. I have had a much better experience with the pharmacy on Pebble Creek and will continue to make the drive there.

Pharmacy is a joke they have my daughters prescription go to pick it up and for unexplained error tell me I have to come back to get it they need to have doctor resubmit it. They have ready when I got there. Worst part was pharmacist was rude could not even take a minute to try to fix the issues. Poor customer service

Hardest medication transfer I ever had last time I will give this Walgreens my business.

I gave this pharmacy another chance and Ill never ever go back!! Ive had the same issue twice in a row and when I tried to explain to Rick I had this issue last month and that Karen should remember..he very rudely let me know she was no longer employed there. I asked him why he could not call my insurance and he rudely told me Fine!! Ill call them and acted like I was bothering him. What a JERK!! I let him know my feelings and he hung up on me. WOW!! Ill never ever do business with this place again.

Well like most pharmacys when you change you will always find something you like and something you dont like, with me at first I did not like anything about this one (sorry) but some of it might have been me just having a bad day. I have been going there for about 4 - 5 months now and I find that I like it just like the one that I was with for about 8 years! There is always at least one everywhere that you dont want to deal with, for the most part they are all very helpful and always get my issues taken care of.I know why things seemed bad in the beginning, this store does not have the staff hat most Walgreens pharmacys do, they always seem to be short handed. When they seem on edge or maybe you dont think they are helpful, think about how it is at your job when you have to do the work of 2, 3 or 4 people!

Had a valid complaint months back. I contacted corporate, the problem was handled professionally and havent had any issues since. I say if you have an issue let management know.

Just off the phone with two different techs and I can find little words to describe the amount of rudeness and poor customer service I received. Very short tempered and snappy like I was making their job sooo hard by asking a simple question. Even when I tried to tell the second that she was being impolite she got even more of an attitude. Also very eager to pass my call along, never would I expect that from any pharmacy.

Called a d tod me my prescription was ready. I called nack and confirmed. Drove a half hour and they had no refill. Had to wait a half hour. Third time this has happened. Really upset with this Walgreens. Not professional at all. No explanation, nothing.

The girl with the ginger hair profiled my black girlfriend and FALSELY accused her of trying to buy cigars for another black girl that was underage just because they walked in at the same time. They didn’t know each other at all. RIDICULOUS. Makes me want to call corporate and teach them how to train their employees.

During rush hour its the Worst. 45 minutes in the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me. Lady at the window was obviously paid by the hour, wouldnt listen to anything I had to say- she would turn the phone sideways on her shoulder.During off peak times, open till 3pm and 7pm till close, its usually pretty quick with friendly staff. Anytime during peak hrs is horrible!!

This pharmacy is awful. Every time I come here its an awful experience. Perscriptions arent ever ready at the promised time. I wait on line for up to 10 minutes while only the drive thru customers get helped. Have to wait longer after that for the prescription to be finished, as they never finish it by the promised time. Then have to wait on line again when they finally do finish it. Multiple times I dont get the full prescription. They forget to give me all the parts. The staff dont ever seem to know what theyre doing. I hate this place.Literally while sitting here waiting for my prescription (which wasnt finished yet) the next 4 people in line were also told theirs isnt done yet.

Worst service Ive ever had, they constantly have problems with my prescriptions. I call they say everything is ready, then when I get there they dont have all my prescriptions. I had a girl dive me attitude once when she called me to come get my prescriptions and when I asked her if everything was ready, it wasnt they were calling me for only one of my prescriptions. I asked her why is only one ready, they are all on auto refill, she then preceded to tell me that because of the insurance I have my prescriptionson cant be on auto refill, which is not true because Ive been using walgreens for at least 15 years with the same insurance and have never had a problem, its this location that is the problem. Not to mention they are rude in general!!!

After waiting in a line with only 3 people in front of me for 45 minutes, I was greeted with indifference by one of the 4 representatives from the pharmacy, all of whom appeared to be in anything but a hurry. I tried them because of the poor service and speed of Walmart, but dispite their chains well earned reputation for poor customer service, Walmarts service was still dramatically better.

I had to put a star because it would not let me post it but if it was upto me they wouldnt even get 1/2 a star, they are racist!!!Today I had the worst experience in my life at this Walgreens! They have the worst customer service ever,They are rude and prejudice. We have a trucking business and had used the western union kiosk there 2 times before to pay the fleet cards bill. The first time I went Jesus Perez the supervisor was there to help me since I had never used the kiosk before because I had gone to frys before he took my money and everything was find I went a 2nd time and was fine. Today I tried to make a payment and this nice gentleman David was ready to cash me out and give me my receipt Jesus came to me and said that he couldnt take my money because he didnt feel comfortable taking my money and I asked why he said that because I had made a couple payments before I told him that I never saw a sign stating you can only pay a bill once a month and kept telling the Same lame excuse he said my husband could not make the payment under his name because he was with me and kept going on with the same thing but that if I had somebody else go and do the payment later for the same amount he would take it. Bottom line is that he made me feel very upset because he was judging me and discriminating me for no good reason just that he didnt feel comfortable taking my money I definitely called customer service and the western union customer service as well. Nobody in my entire life has never made me feel like a criminal and discriminated.

This pharmacy is ridiculous. They called me yesterday and today for a pick up. I was out of town for a funeral and so This evening when I got back into town I came right over. Four and 1/2 hours after they called me, my sons prescription was still not done. He told me that it was going to be another 20 minutes I about the point where I will drive further for my house because I am not OK with this pharmacy treating me like just another number. Im done and am going to start taking this up the chain of command. I will start blasting all over Facebook and yelp. Shame on walgreens

Ive been going here for more than 5 years and usually had no troubles, but then this one cashier who had usually been decent to me acted as if I had made some sexual advance towards her (NO WAY) and she became EXTREMELY RUDE then each time Ive been forced to go to her to check out she has acted like Im something she stepped in and is stuck to her shoe, her bad attitude is like a fungus and is spreading to the other employees Ive noticed how customers are treated and talked to I tell EVERYONE I can not to go to this store.

I just sat here & gave my info on the phone to who I THOUGHT was the pharmacy on yuma & watson since I called the phone number listed here & turns out its a call center who then hung up on me then when I finally got ahold of the store the girl kept interrupting me when I tried to tell her what the problem is. LISTENING skills help every suggestion or thing she said we had already done & she would have known that IF she bothered to listen instead of talk. We have 2 ears & 1 mouth maybe that can ne a guide as to the percentage of listening they should do.
