Store had everything we needed. Was clean. Customer service was good. Good prices.

The cashiers are always so cool w me. I always am relaxed when I come in, which is about 3 to 5 times a week.

This Dollar general is our little hometown store. The employees are great and super friendly but the store is always a mess but navigateable lol. The grocery and household side is neat its really just the clothes and toys etc. Ive never had a bad experience with anybody who works there and I go 2xs a week min.

I said this place is OK only because it’s kind of trashy on the inside. The workers were on the phone when I went in but they still helped me with little to no attitude. It’s a good place to start if you need to grab something really quickly like I did.

Fist time here. Will keep coming back to this store. Found everything I was needing.

This is hands dowm one of the best Dollar Generals Ive ever been to. The manager Elizabeth is amazing. She goes above and beyond and really pays attention to what her customers need. She thoroughly explained the app on my phone to me and showed me all of the sales items they had at the time which I bought a crazy amount of sandles for myself and my kids. 😂 You can tell when someone actually likes their job and she is definitely one of them. Very helpful and great personality.

Its pretty dirty and the layout of the store and stock makes it really hard to shop and walk through the store theres always stuff in the isles so you can barely walk down them you definitely cant push a cart through the store and most foid items are usually stale and old so look at expiration dates before you buy

The dollar stores, not just this one, always seem to have something you need, and something you see, that you didnt KNOW you needed until you saw it (looking at you lightbulbs). This particular Dollar General has a friendly staff clean floors. Would recommend.

The cashier that was like me she think the same way and was very friendly thank you so I will go back cause of her! She was standing up for her beliefs and I applaud her!

After returning to the Dollar General store in Buckeye. I noticed the Isles were clutter-free and I noticed the layout of the store is still the same but items were on the Shelf lined up very clear and neatly. I was happy when I came to the store and plan on returning soon. Thank you and I hope the employees at the store keep up the good work and thank you for a great shopping experience.When I visited this Dollar General, the shelves were not stocked, Isles were cluttered with products, and I couldnt find the items I was looking for. In order for me to return to this Dollar General it needs to be stocked, and it needs to be cleaned up and everything in its place.

DG does have slightly greater selection than the other dollar store in town...I was reminded why I still choose FD. The cashier had very little-no customer service skills, on phone or in person. And the manager on duty that night,I felt, did not respond with a sense of immediacy when she was needed at the register in order for the cashier to be able to check out her customer(me)! I would have left, had I not absolutely needed what I was getting, which was something FD did not have. STEP UP YOUR SERVICE GAME DG... RETAIL 101.. NOT ASKING MORE THAN THAT!

Didnt have any paper towels or toilet paper and the cashiers were not friendly or helpful. I get everyone is stressed out and stuff but they still dont need to be rude to customers.

The store is cramped, and its usually busy. That doesnt stop it from being a great store to stop and shop in. The cashiers handle the heavy amount of people very well, and quickly. Also, there are some very cool seasonal decorations in this store. Very good store to visit to find cheap last minute things, or to just browse. Would strongly recommend.

Been coming here for ten years. The service and selection has always been good. They will sometimes only have one register open during busy times and the waits can be long.

Spent $103 and got a lot, plus some fashionable sweats and tshirts on the blue dot sale.

Good prices if you can find what youre looking for.

Ive had two negative customer experiences here so far Im gonna go out of the way to walk across the street to the dollar tree right next to the coin wash from now on, Ive never had a negative experience there so Id rather go a 45 second walk out of my way to go there from now now.

This place has a surprisingly vast assortment of needed household items plus gifts and fun items for sale its a delight to shop here. The staff is quite friendly.

I used to like this place but now NOTHING IS EVER STOCKED. Sale items are gone and not restocked and they dont give rain checks. I used to shop everyday here but I have no choice but to start shopping at family dollar.

I would give more stars, but this store has gone down hill over the few years. Always out of something, boxes and totes of items that should be on the shelves not on the floor scattered across the store, hardly any room to walk around. When there is a spill the staff either leaves it there with cardboard over it which is a big NO, especially when a lot of elderly people go here. The staff is unfriendly and you always have to find someone to ring up the things you want to buy. No wonder everyone has been going to family dollar instead.

This store is a mess shelf are empty and theres merchandise all over nothing is on the right place plus the cashier tought we were stealing cuz she was just following us and security was also watching us like really were there to shop and they make you feel like a thief.. Not a good experience 😡😡😡

Gotta be careful because you can often find better prices elsewhere... its still a decent store with good bargains.

Always seems like the employees dont like their job and they arent very friendly. I know they dont make much but dont take it out on your customers.

Cashiers they were nice, looking for things it was just a little chaotics, didnt find what I was looking for they were out of stock. Over all I think some things are a bit pricey.

The store has been significantly improved through cleaning and organization in the past few weeks. Much better!

Everytime i go in there lately... NOTHING IS STOCKED. They are out of sale items on the firsr day. It is absolutely ridiculous. I have been shopping at this store faithfully for the last TEN years but not anymore. I actually go to Family Dollar as much as possible.

This store is the worst. I went to this store one day and the next day rereturned back and for some reason they didnt accept my card the 2nd day I went there. I had to give everything back including the opened toy my 7 month old daughter had all because he couldnt go get. the manger to figure out why it was not accept my card I even told the cashier I was at that dollar general yesterday ridiculous. I will never return to this store ever again.

Had some good things but not much. The Indian woman kept following me around, not sure why or what they were expecting me to do but I am a decent looking well dressed woman and not a theif. The other problem I have is that the store was really dirty, like sticky, grease, dirt all over isle like floor hadnt been mopped in a year. Felt so dirty when I got oit of there.
