I took my daughter here to pick out glasses and Cindi was so wonderful. She is so nice and has such a big heart. She helped us in so many ways and made our experience there go smooth and quick. Thank you for all of your help Cindi.

Ive been coming here once a year since 2009 and the service and staff had been good

The WORST service... what a joke. The ladies working here have horrible customer service, it’s honestly laughable. Stood in like at least 15 minutes before one of the five even acknowledged my presence. Even though it’s free to fix my glasses, I still won’t be coming back here.

Every time I e come in this place and wait at their counter no one acknowledges that we are here. They go about their business and maybe when their done they will come and ask you why your here could be 10-30 minutes and if you make a comment about the long unprofessional wait their all rude. I don’t understand how these women in here have a job they all need to be terminated and find a different profession that doesn’t ask for customer service skills. I HATE THIS PLACE

My wife bought prescription glasses and the alignment was off so now she can’t even get a refund or replacement.
