Martin has went ABOVE & BEYOND. Anytime I go to the store HE REALLY REALLY REALLY HELPS me out.. Great WORKER..

If I could rate this store a ZERO I would! They stole my money! I went to pay my bill and the sales person asked if I they could see my card to do my payment online. I receive a text my payment was good to go. A few days later I realized Metro took almost $70 from my account again! I check my phone account and see they add my card on autopay without even letting me know 😡 I am furious. I called customer service for a refund and they said I can’t get my money back so I switched carriers. I loved Metro I was with them for almost 9 years however I don’t recommend to anyone after they stole from me!!!!!

I have never been more disappointed in a metro I have been with this service for 15 years I walked in I was greeted but the roof was falling off and the light were flicking on and off like they haven’t paided there light bill customer service was well people were nice and quick to get me out the door i bought a phone but spin a wheel was not very accurate I probably will be back because it was quick efficient service but pay light bill and very hot maybe a/c was not working or bill hasn’t been paided? If you have a company better your store quality good sales people

Ive been with metro PCS for about 8 years now and have gone to this store (villa Maria and Texas) for everything I needed if I couldnt do what I needed online for about 5 years now but this visit, will be the absolute last time I do any business with that specific store. Customer service was HORRIBLE, there were 2 employees there both were outside but the one who was standing outside with a friend by his car was extremely rude, so unprofessional and needs to take a few classes on how to speak to people. In my opinion, quite frankly he needs to be fired. I will never return to that store.

I went a Tuesday because my phone had broken. I did not know my pin, and was struggling to reach my family for them to help me. They were extremely helpful and cooperative, best service Ive ever had! I have been coming to this location for quite sometime, but time passes and the customer service gets worse with every visit I make. I made a quick visit to the East 29th location. Polar opposite of an experience there. I would gladly drive an extra mile out of my way for the better service.

Dont be fooled. This store goes into customers phones to write the google review for them. Not only that. They charge so much. Ive gone to other metro stores and paid way less. This one just happens to be closer to my house. Girls are nice but prices are crazy high and I never get my receipt.

They go above & beyond for there customers they helped me with transferring to my new iPhone & bringing all of my stuff over.

So it was time to upgrade. Came to 804 Villia Maria, Nimi was my associate in the store and wonderful. She was very helpful with me picking me a new phone for my budget. I always come to this store location, the employees here are so friendly.

Horrible customer service walked in with a slow running phone wanted them to do their job to fix it do something anything and they didnt know what to do do yall even train these people that are getting hired or what?

Every time we go, they seem to be out of stock on new phones. We have service through them and have upgrades on the account. We prefer the location on 29th street. They are always more helpful and have a larger variety of phones to choose from.

This location doesnt help i went to get 2 new phones and i had to go back 7 times before they did a warranty on the phone and they told me to wait a week and they would call they never called me i ended up calling them and the had told me the phones had been there for some time i went to pick them up and only one ended up working the second phone was already defective when i asked them if the phone still was failing what would be done and they said they wouldnt help me anymore. They were very rude only doing resets over and over again they never helped and just made me waste my time going.
