Tell me why I need to wear a mask in your store? Please you are in the customer service industry. Why are you creating your own laws to enter your store?We are in Texas there is no state mask mandates.

I wanted to shift to prepaid from postpaid, the store had no answer. By the end of 30 mins they told me to contact customer service, which I already I had. When I contacted customer service again they told me to go back to the store. This was a pathetic experience.

Best cell phone store experience EVER!!!! I am not a technology guru nor anywhere close! Historically cell phone shopping has been such a headache, typically I feel rushed into making a decision. Most of the time I feel the sales reps are in a rush to get done and on to the next guest. NOT HERE! Our sales Rep Elisa was phenomenal! She took her time and went over EVERYTHING, she gave us several options to select from, provided advice and suggestions to help us come to a decision that satisfied the whole family. Word to all you guys needing AT&T assistance....go to the Harvey Mitchell location, get you an Elisa, she rocks!

The girl was quick & knowledgeable. We weren’t sure about adding a new line for me but she made it painless. Very thoughtful and thorough and we never felt it was all about the sale. That’s my go to girl! She’s an angel

We drive clear across town for service at this store. My husband and I have been to each other location constantly disappointed with the lack of care and concern that the employees have. Every customer here gets greeted and helped as soon as possible and they make sure you know exactly what you’re getting into making any decisions on your acct. We have come here for our account as well as setting up our children’s accounts too. Customers for life. We love how this store cares.

Great Experience!So glad my sister told me about this store.I ordered my phone online and first went the Briarcrest AT&T but they wouldn’t help me set up my phone. This is the only store in the whole Bryan College Station area that was willing to help me. So sorry I couldn’t buy my device here because the service representative Marie was so helpful and the process was not a headache . Thank you Marie!

Excellent customer service! Ed Hernandez was awesome!! Just bought a new iPhone SE for $108.24 out the door with all my data transfered. I went to two other AT&T stores in College Station... terrible customer service. One said the phone was $130. I walked out of both stores (Texas Avenue and Wm D Fitch Pkwy). One even advised not to go to this store!!! No wonder.... they cant compete with an authorized AT&T store!! My advice, GO TO THIS STORE!!! Ed will treat you right, be helpful, and you will also save money! Thank you Ed!!

Both me and my husband are new customers to At&T so going in the store we had expectations on what we wanted. Well what we wanted was not ideal for us because we are also trying to build credit, with the amazing help of there customer service at the Harvey Mitchell store we were able to find a great deal that would suit our lives. I had so many questions and I felt like I was bothering them with them but they never once made me feel like they felt bothered with any of my questions, there patients and understanding to our situation put me at ease and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to switch phone provides.

Typically don’t write reviews. But I have to say only come here for my personal business. It’s like cheers, everyone knows your name.... and they’re happy to see you. You won’t get that anywhere else in town. That’s a promise.

I have been to all 3 stores in BCS & other than having the door opened for me, really have gotten no help. Received very poor customer service in store as well as from 611 (who the store reps tell me to call because they don’t want to deal with me. They just want to take my money, then provide zero service.) I may as well have a cell company with no local office because going in to the store is of zero help. Well thanks for opening the door AT&T! That seems to be ALL you are capable of. Guess what? I can open doors all by myself. What I need my cell phone company to do is provide decent cell service in this town so that I can make a phone call. This is what I am paying for. Forgive me for actually wanting to use the service I pay for. It’s been 22 days now withextremely poor to NO cell service in our area!Update: After 1 month of “no service” at my College Station home, I finally got an answer from an AT&T 611 rep. COVERAGE MAP HAS CHANGED!Why did AT&T recommend we buy new phones and then sell us over $1700 worth of new phones without first telling us that the coverage map for our area has changed & THAT is why our old phones didn’t work anymore??!!

Marie helped me and my wife get the best that AT&T has to offer. Definitely my store, coming back here for all my future needs.

Been here a couple times and I am always impressed by the effort that the employees put in.

Drove 40 minutes round trip to go here and they were closed and gone 30 minutes before they were supposed to be. Great...

This store had absolutely nothing to look at and the sales associate did not say a single word to us. No hello, no can I help you with anything? Nothing. Instead she was giving relationship advice to someone that was standing behind the podium with her that didnt look as though he worked at the store. This experience is the worst Ive had at ANY AT&T store. If you want relationship counseling...go here. If you need a new phone, go elsewhere.

The store has been placed under new management and its better because of it. The customer service is improved (friendly and knowledgable). Ask for the new manager Ed, he does a great job.

Demo phone wasnt a working demo and they didnthave the phone in stock. The one employee working didnt seem terribly interested on helping us and said he was not affiliated with other AT&T stores so he couldnt call them to check. Not much else in the store to look at.

The CONSTANT RINGING of their phone. Kill me now. I went to two other locations today and didnt get any help from anyone because if youre not buying you are clearly not worth their time. Not much to look at here they dont carry everything. No watches no tablets which was a let down but way better experience than any other store ive been to. Maria is funny and knows her stuff although seemed as if she was the only person working today. I didnt see anyone else. Im actually only writing this bc maybe att will decide to staff their stores better. Maria helped me set up my kids phone and I wish we would have bought them here instead. I got off work early to get here bc I thought it would take a long time. It took maybe an hour because my daughter has so many selfies thats better than I expected. 4 stars because she did great while having a chaotic store

Im another AT&T spring mobile employee, I have to say this is a horrible location. I called and she didnt answer with how youre suppose to, very dull attitude as if she hates her job. Super unsatisfied and had a customer listing as the employee was on speaker.

The most unprofessional AT&T store I have ever been in. Gangster rap was on the intercom and I wad barely noticed. After two trips and over 6 hours in the store my problem still exists. I would not recommend if you were my worst enemy!

Horrible customer service and rude employee. The employee left while I was in the middle of upgrading my phone to go outside and talk to his friend. When asked why he left he lied and said it was a customer when it clearly was not. Worst experience ever. Actually considering dropping att because of it

At&T does not have any signal coverage outside of city limits. If your a student that is a home body its ok but if you have a social life you wont with there service.

Rude customer service and they have virtually no knowledge of their products and services. Ill never go back to this store even though its only a mile from home.

Store closed 15 minutes before the hours

Waited almost an hour to be taken care of, ran out of time so I had to leave. I just walked out, because all of the employees disappeared. No one there to greet customers that were coming in like they used to do either.

Staff was not helpful and almost walked out thinking the store was left unlocked and not staffed.
