It’s rather frustrating that the last three times we’ve come to buy wood…of any kind… from this location the cashier doesn’t know how to ring it up and refuses to get someone else to help her ring it up. Please train your staff. We were super excited when y’all built this location. But it has been one unfortunate disappointment after another. Seriously frustrating. Home Depot from here on out.

They are so ready to really help you. They actually know their products. They service what they sell, for example, lawn mowers. They service the mower before you leave the store. Big box stores leave all that up to you. Harris Ace Hardware takes care of you.

Great prices. Stopped here on our way down to the beach with a flat tire. They let us drive around back and provided us with their air compressor and dish soap after my husband plugged the tire. Gave us cold water, too! Kind folks.

Excellent service! The young lady went out of her way to make sure we got an excellent deal on a Traeger pellet grill.

New store. Seemed to be well maintained. Its always clean. They seem to have a decent variety of products and the customer service seemed good.Reading reviews of other Ace Hardwares, they do offer and ask about Military discounts. There are reviews, after reviews, of other stores around the country being called out for not offering discounts, while they promote it on their website.They do seem to be slightly costlier than the big box stores, in town, but its convenient and quick.Overall, its nice having them in town. I may not do all my shopping there, by favoring them, but Im glad theyre here.

It is not often you come across a group of people in the building material supply business who are doing it right from the ground up. However after spending some time with the folks of Harris Supply I am convinced that this is a group of people who have been assembled to do just that. It’s apparent to me that this is a new facility with a old school approach to business.

Great new store,, everyone is super polite and always helpful.. They have the best looking lumber and prices are great,, deliver too.. Walked out with drink and a hotdog other day on them,, they do that often..

Unbelievable selection of products. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of all departments of the store. Honestly this type of customer service is almost non existent anymore. Definitely a must visit for all of Glynn county.

This store recently opened and is located in the north section of Brunswick. It was fully stocked and contained a fair variety of hardware items. The sales staff was helpful and friendly and an associate escorted me directly to the items I needed. Some items are priced a little higher than those at other chain stores but if you have small repair or only require a few items for the job and dont want to deal with Home Depot, I recommend you visit the store.
