The experience of customer service is great. They have great inventory of mowers, lawn equipment, trailers, and other stuff you need from a hardware store.

Home town store been going here for a long long time, everyone is very helpful and nice, I enjoyed going there they also have a variety of home town goodies to mowers I have always enjoyed going there.

Great service. Brought a trailer got a great deal on it. They have more there than you would think. You can get all your crab boil supplies and fryers for outdoor cooking.

When we moved to Brunswick almost 15 years ago, I was so happy to find Southern Hardware, just a few miles away. I usually shop here a few times a month. They usually have everything I need at competitive prices. Yes, they are usually more expensive than Lowes or HD, but not having to drive 20 minutes to get to those stores, makes it worth it. Plus they sell things here you wont find at a big box store.Everyone that works at Southern Hardware are good people. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. And they wont make you feel stupid if you dont know what you are talking about!

I was in there looking for a tap and dye and some WD-40, some one greated me right away, they had me to the items quick.

I have a self propelled Troy Bilt walk behind lawnmower I needed repaired , was told it had bad gas and the lawn mower needed new parts , funny they told me to never to come back because they dont service Troy Bilt outdoor equipment. Wouldnt you know $64.06 and they still did not repair my lawnmower. But they even had nice brand new Troy Bilt Tiller on the Floor.

These folks know how to do customer service right! There hasnt been a time I have ever been in there that at least two people hasnt asked if they could help me. They Always are willing to answer any questions I asked or at least try too. The prices are great considering they are in only hardware store out in this area. I just cant say enough good about this business. We need more businesses with employees willingness to help like Southern Hardware.

Great group of people!! Haley is awesome!! We ended up traveling 2 hrs to get our two Gravely mowers because of the savings we got from them. I couldnt make the drive so my brother went to pick up the mowers. Since I couldnt be there Haley was able to work with me through email and phone to get me financing. We will definitely be using them in the future!!!

Local hardware store with a nice variety of painting and lawn supplies. Our family has been here several times and always been treated well and answered any questions that we had. Great to have in a pinch, I would recommend this place.

I drove all the way from Blackshear to get my new Gravely ZTX 52 zero turn mower! The staff was so nice, I was literally in and out in seconds after picking it out online and talking with them over the phone. Their financing options were so easy! They’re excellent! 20/10 would recommend!

First visited this last year on our quest to purchase a zero turn. The staff and their friendly,down home environment impressed us. So we eventually returned and made our purchase there. We have been regular customers since. And since its a 45 minute drive from our home, that says alot! Definitely recommend this store!!

Helpful and friendly staff. I feel like I can trust the employees here when I need help with hardware questions! My only gripe is that sometimes the employees are hard to recognize(through the shirts they wear). Also some of the employees are more difficult to get help from. But overall a great hardware store.

My husband and I visited this store today looking to purchase tools and other equipment for our business. As we were looking around, I inquired about a restroom, then called to my husband. The instant they realized that my husband and I were together (I am black, my husband is white) another sales agent was called over (we didnt request help) and we were rushed and promptly shown outside while the sales agent stood at the door. Needless to say, no money was spent, and we will never return. I plan to ensure that everyone I know, knows of my experience and the type of people operating this location.
