Ridiculously poor customer service. Ordered a lawnmower that was listed as in-stock. Waited for the notice that I could come pick it up for two days. Finally called the store, only to be told that the order was cancelled 15 minutes after it was placed because they never actually had any in stock.. The Customer Service rep thought the whole affair was amusing and suggested that I look online for a lawnmower. Worst experience with a retailer in a very long time.

The staff is really helpful. Ive called in before to see if they had something in stock and people will walk to the aisle to double check. They will also give me an accurate date when they could have it in stock again.Today, the Tractor Supply website lost my online order. Jim at the local store was awesome when I called in, very helpful, and called me back as soon as he found what I had been looking for even though he didnt have to.

I’m not sure what their store service is like, but I live just under two miles away and their security alarm which is ridiculously! loud has been going off about twice a month since 2015. It usually goes off for at least 8 hours a night and nobody does anything about it until they open in the morning. I can hear it with my windows closed and it has woke me up multiple times, why haven’t they fixed it?

They have lots of odds & ends that you can’t find most places. Great store!

My husband and I stopped by here because we were in the area and needed a regularly carried item at the Augusta store where we generally stop. The variety of items available here were somewhat different and I enjoyed browsing through all the different selections. Many of these things were on sale at very reasonable prices. I picked up a few gardening items that I needed and we were on our way.

Great help looking for something. They did not have what I needed. But the people went out of their way to help and called around to find a utility trailer. Great customer care and service.

I searched for hours looking for the best deal on a trailer between quality and cost. I spent hours on the phone and driving around talking and researching. I finally landed at this tractor supply store and decided on a cheap trailer. The folks here knew everything about the trailer they were selling, they even knew the people who fabricated them personally.For the money I got a pretty decent trailer. I would not recommend these trailers to those doing serious construction or heavy long hails, but for the average person it is a great option.They even held it for 2 weeks after I paid for free so I could get a hitch installed.They have a great selection of farm items from clothes, to feed, to chickens and beyond.Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and very reasonable prices. Big open store, large free parking.

Clean, neat and stocked with farm style boots and clothing for the whole family. There is a pet food section and wild bird feed. Horses and chickens have food options as well as pen and barn gear. It is a hardware store geared to farm living. Spring seeds and growing supplies are there as well as tools and farm equipment including tractors, wheelbarrows, generators and chainsaws. Some farm themed toys and household decorations are available. Public bathrooms.

Lots of neat and interesting stuff. Well stocked shelves. Good service.

Re: Tractor Supply in Brunswick, Maine:When I went to the cashier and asked for her to ring me up for three chicken feed bags and have them carried out to the car, she said they dont do shopping for customers and I have to take the large loading cart (which doesnt roll well) down to the end of the store to be loaded and point to the bags of chicken feed. All the other feed stores ring up at the register and put it in peoples cars. I called and spoke to a manager and he kept telling me carry out is a disability service for disabled and elderly folks. So, the employees judge people on if they feel the customers are disabled or elderly. This company needs to realize not all disabilities are evident such as heart conditions, asthma, and COPD which may impair customers from lifting these heavy bags and fighting with their large loading carts which dont roll well. They need to stop playing doctor and judging their customers.

This place is consistently consistent

While its not a big store, it still has a decent selection in house and you can alway order online and pick up at the store if they do not have something readily available. Staff is always friendly as well.

They meet all of my livestock needs. Friendly staff that truly want to help. I have never had a bad experience here.

I like the store very much; however, I couldnt find prices on several items and had to hunt down a clerk to scan the items.

Wow Amanda and Elijah were awsome..i purchased a cargo carrier from the Lewiston store...well no directions and missing pieces...took it back to the Brunswick store..were sold out..these 2 employees went above and behond to make my bad day better....they were very patient and professional to help me out.. many thanks to them and they should b noticed at a job well done....

They thought my 15 year old daughter was a boy because of her short hair, sent a man into the ladys bathroom to check on her, absolutley unbelievable. She cried all the way home.

Any place that would rather let you bring your well behaved leashed dog in than leave it in your car is great in my eyes as I take my dog a lot of places just to get him out of the house, weve also gotten vax there for my dog thru their pet clinic. I can usually find what Im looking for and can get some great deals scouring their clearance section

The baby chicks are adorable. Can not wait to come back and get some.

I love Tractor supply...but this location surprisingly looked very disorganized and the manager was grumpy. Maybe he was having a bad day but man this visit was a very unpleasant experience. Hopefully an isolated incident.
