I had a great experience here. Alyssa, the manager was amazing. She got all the details that I needed, told me about deals that I would benefit from that I didn’t know about, and she did so in a timely fashion. She was very easy to work with and got me in and out of the store with 2 new phones and an IPad before my lunch break was over. Definitely the best phone buying experience I have had, thanks to Alyssa!

Two days of patient, professional customer service and care recovering my data from old dying phone. These three, Alyssa, Ashley and Henry are a solid team! Such a nice surprise versus a few months ago when was in here! Happy to see that Danielle is no longer here. After 35 years as a flight attendant, dealing with a multitude of dissatisfied and angry people all over the world, it is refreshing to see this young crew diffuse irate customers and handle their (and my ) issues with aplomb. Bravo crew👍👍

Disappointing service. Intended to add an additional line of service. Local store did not have phone available but was promised they would overnight phone from another store 30 miles away. Nine days later, they still have not responded back to any status update request even after calling them on three separate occasions. Finally decided to add the line via web site with no issue. I would not recommend this particular store.

If I could give this place a negative review I would. Wait is always so long, the people can never really solve your issue and direct you to customer service hotline and they dont seem to value their customer. My husband and I had sprint for over 5 years and had never ending issues with service and reception. Would not recommend!

Went in store to get phone upgrade. Sales Rep Taylor was very good explaining all the phones. My husband had his heart set on a phone and they did not have. Taylor proceeded to call other stores and manager. Manager comes in and says to him-So what did you need that couldnt wait. Taylor explains and manager says, no stores have that phone and assistant manager agreed. We called Montrose and they have them. Manager and assistant say Well go there. So professional. Will never go into that store!!! Hope Taylor gets job at another store! Humiliate your employees in front of customers? Disgusting, rude and obnoxious!

The staff is very nice. They were all young so they got a little carried away behavior wise which slowed down the process of buying new phone. Ive had phone for 2 days awesome phone not sure how I feel about the service but too late now

So first of all I don’t mean negativity against this particular store by any means... personally I did not have issues with any employees or the facility in general, just with sprint as a service provider. I have lived in both Brunswick and Parma during the time of my service with Sprint, I work in both Strongsville and North Olmsted, my family lives in Grafton, and my boyfriend lived in Medina, my best friend lives in Lakewood. I had consistently very poor and often times no reception at all aforementioned places. My call log was just my best friend(who also had sprint) and I constantly calling each other back sometimes 16+ times within a 30 minute car ride because we both constantly dropped the calls. I called once to inquire about how much it would cost me to end the contract early and after 30 minutes on the phone and speaking with multiple representatives they refused to give me that information. The follow up call asking why I left sprint was also rather annoying... I patiently answered their questions explaining I was paying $110+/ month to basically never have service and eventually when they would not let up on trying to tell me ”they just serviced the towers in my area for better coverage” I simply said I really appreciate the call but I am tied up and was going to have to let them go to which he replied “wait just one more thing before I let you go”.... this happened 4 times before I finally just hung up. Also they claim to be so much cheaper than Verizon or AT&T which is not tru because my new plan with AT&T is cheaper than my plan with sprint. Also they love to lock their phones so you can’t take them to other carriers.

Danielle is the rudest manager at this store. I feel horrible for the employees hereI went in to upgrade my phone and spent 3 hours. Im curious to know if she understands customer service? Who ever owns this store needs to have her take a customer service training. Or better yet fire her.All Danielle did was play on her phone. Never helped this girl. Nasty looks from her, eye rollingPlease people go to another store. Where you will be treated like a person.Go to fairlawn, Strongsville they are Sprint company stores.

Our sales girl, Morgan, was nice.However we are NOT happy with the phone. Dropped calls, lousy connections, conversations sound tinny.We want to return these 2 phones and go back to our previous supplier.Can I return them to where we bought them?

Great experience at this Sprint store compared to several others Ive dealt with in the past...the manager took the time to review my account when I got a new phone, and was able to get me a tablet and lower my bill! Ive been a Sprint customer for 7 years and this is the best experience Ive had at a store by far.

Went in to get iPhone looked at, waited 45 minutes without being helped or even talked to then finally got some assistance and was told that I couldn’t been helped with recently new iPhone I had and was told to go to a different store. Not very good at helping or customer service with my first visit.

I called to ask them if the could return a phone for me. They couldnt because theyre not a corporate store, so they told me which stores in my area could take my phone into. Brunswick, Strongsville, and Fairlawn. Went to the Brunswick location, being that that its the closest to me, and they DO NOT take in phones. The gentleman in the Brunswick store informed me that the personnel at the Medina location knows that theyre just a retailer. Just be careful going here so you dont get lied to as I did.

This is the worst store ever. I was told by Taylor the price for the plan was ABSOLUTELY not more than $195.00 a month. First bill was $300.00. Went back to have resolved and the district manager was in and said she couldnt fix it but would give e me a credit that was eaten up by the first incorrect bill. Called back and twice dealing with Brodie and havent had a call back yet. Its been 2 weeks. Now they have shut off my Hulu. This store and company is a joke. If you want good customer service and follow through go some where else.

I came into the store last week to upgrade my iphone. I would normally go to the Medina store because I live close to it but I was running errands so I decided to just come here. The staff was extremely kind and took what I said into consideration. They informed me that upgrading to the iphone 8 would actually drop my bill because of the price changes on all the iphones. The staff was also very kind and polite. The person helping me was somewhat new to the store but Nate, the head manager, stuck around to make sure everything was going well. Overall this is my new home store and I recommend this store over any others I have ever been to. Great staff, informational, and super easy to talk to. The time flew by and I cant wait to do more business with them.

I was told my rate would go up about 2-4 dollars/month when getting a new phone, it increased over $20. I spoke with Taylor Horton July 10th and was told he would get back with me in 1-2 days. Not hearing anything I called the Brunswick Ohio store July 20th and Taylor still didnt have a answer and was going to check on it again. Today is July 29th and still no return call. Taylor Horton doesnt follow through or and follow up with the customers. I have also had many calls failed with Sprint.

So glad there is a sprint store in brunswick now, with employees that know what theyre doing...most stores they just try to sell you a bunch of stuff and dont care...sam and jenna took time to find the phone I wanted at another store, and the manager went and picked it up for me!!!
