I went in there to ask a question about the Original nintendo Ds.. Weve had it for a very long time and the battery is not good. So the young man that works in there and his manager was very nice.. I have to order the battery From the Internet and when I get it the young man will put it in for me And clean my DS..Thank you so much..

I love these stores. The people are always super helpful, always willing to make suggestions and just always easy to talk to. They dont ask a million questions if you have to return something and if you buy the insurance they just hand you a new one of whatever it was.

Horrible customer service, when my girlfriend and I walked in there was no welcome to gamestop or anything. Was there for 10 minutes walking around looking at games and not one person came up to us and asked if we needed any help. They rather just talk about different things with each other and not help a customer. Overall rating one star. Never going there again.Edit: forgot to mention that it was a manager that wouldnt even come over and ask if we needed any help or welcomed us to the store. Really pathetic if you ask me. Once again never going to that GameStop ever again. Ill stick with going to Medina GameStop or The Exchange.

This place is lit I always go here for games it has the best prices that I have seen I will never stop coming to GameStop for games.
