Ive 90% of the time found or was able to grab what I needed for my jobs st hancock. They are very pleasant and helpful people.

The people at Hancock lumber could not be more helpful. They helped get several prices for what we needed to help us make a choice for building a pergola. They spent a great amount of time searching for different pricings with many different organizations. They worked with us to get the wood here in record time despite train problems and transportation problems.

We built a brand new home.The cupboards we choose I was excited about. Beautiful.Then they showed up, streaks, off colored and nothing like the template.Basicly, had no choice to settle for them.They finally after months sent us a few replacement faces. Hence, the word a few months.Then our face plates are coming off the drawers. We are still waiting for that to be resolved.Our beautiful double doors are spliting and I woke up to find the curtain frozen to the door.Hence, still waiting for someone to replace both basement and dinning room doors .Needless to say we or I am so upset about the lack of quality and importance.We have had issues from the start and 1 yr. Later still having issues and still taking forever to get results.If I wouldve known that our dream home would be falling apart after 1 year and the lack of importance we are to them now they have our money, I wouldve went somewhere else.I settled for the cupboards because we were living with a relative, my husband was living at the land and with 4 kids we really wanted to get into our home. I will regret settling as the kitchen was my dream kitchen and now is a disappointment.The doors are unbelievably cheap, leak air and now are frosting up. My heart breaks.
