Brunswick Floors did an amazing job on our kitchen! Greg Kellis was the sales rep and coordinated the project. He was very flexible and coordinated around other projects we were doing at the same time (new exterior doors, etc.). Greg helped us pick cabinet colors and styles, granite counter top, and back splash tile that looks beautiful while complementing our exposed brick wall. Our previous kitchen had less cabinets with a table and we wanted more storage while keeping a place for grandkids to eat when visiting. Greg designed the island/peninsula against the brick wall with a two-person bar and lots of cabinet space. Now we store lots of kitchen cooking appliances and still have a great spot to serve the grandkids breakfast! The job has been complete for three months now and we still walk in the kitchen and exclaim “I love this kitchen!” Thank you Greg!

My wife and I bought a 35 year old house in SSI greatly needing a major remodel. After tinkering around with the big box stores and a general contractor I told my wife we needed to find a local family-owned business to work with. I wanted to do some of the work myself to save money. BF was just that. They can partner with you do things any way you want. They have a project manager to coordinate all jobs. They can sub out anything you need done from plumbing to a new roof. They put up with you changing your mind which often happens. They stay in constant contact with you. They may charge a little more for their specialties such as flooring, cabinets, and tile but you get that back in all the other things they can do for you. Their workmanship and product lines are top shelf. And their team couldn’t be more pleasant to work with. We could not be more pleased. Terrible customer service, they treat you like they are doing you a favor by helping you.

For 3 months, weve been calling and emailing to try to get assistance. Today, were told theres no record of them selling 4 rooms of lifetime-warranted flooring to us, even though we have the invoice. We followed the advice of the salesperson to choose flooring of a very different color from the main flooring because a close match would look like a mistake. That was very wrong advice for us and we do not like the color of the floor. In fact, I absolutely hate it. We also dont like the chunky room dividers that highlight the drastic difference in the flooring. We own that we chose to follow his advice and we own that we ordered this horrible compromise. We have just been trying to see what they can do to help us change this situation. Weve even tried to ask about painting over this flooring. No response. Anyone we do reach tells us we have to speak to someone who is not there and who doesnt follow up with us when he is available. We do want to say that the installers were professional and easy to work with and the installation was done very well.

The team of Czar and Marcus did the most fantastic and professional job in our master bathroom. Its the little things that make a job go well - on time, prepared with all supplies, worked full days and cleaned up daily before they left, kept us informed and involved in all aspects of job. Will definitely use them again❤️

We’ve first used the Brunswick Flooring team to place tile in three rooms. Old house with crooked floors made it a challenge. No problem for Brunswick Flooring. We loved best that they have professional people and especially they utilize a project manager to coordinate everything. One point of contact for multiple craftsmen. Makes a huge difference. Nobody else does it this well. So when it was time to change our cabinets we used Brunswick Flooring. Came out great. Refaced the doors and painted the frames to match. Another successful project. No drama. Total professionalism.

The absolute best company I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. Greg is literally the best, most knowledgeable, and helpful person I’ve ever worked with. Brunswick Floors did a full remodel of my kitchen with Cambria quartz, Wellborn Cabinets, paint, flooring, etc. Any and every issue and/or change we had, Greg was quick (sometime within minutes!) to get down there himself to check it out and get it fixed. I cannot believe that my kitchen is mine, it’s so perfect. I honestly cannot say enough about this company. Greg Kellis is the absolute best in customer service. In my time of desperation, he helped me identify the upper cabinets in my home that Hurricane Michael flooded so I could replace the lower with matching cabinets. His knowledge and expertise was a blessing. The product was delivered on time, and at a reasonable price. I don’t know what I would have done if not for Greg.

Digging in my fridge!!!!! My husband didnt tell me but he came home at lunch to find the man in our fridge. He didnt tell because he knew I would not allow them back in my house. It was supposed to be a one day job but it took them 3 days and it is still not right. Im scared to step on the transition because most of them have nails and two of the transitions the carpet is not tight. If it took them 3 days to do a half butt job on a one day job, how long did they spend going though my person things. Did they even sit on my sofa and watch my TV. I can tell you they left my toilet seat up and took a poop in my house. Every contractor I know would have went to McDonalds.

Good experience. Contractor was awesome and went above and beyond to make things work as smoothly as possible for us.

I had an appointment with Brunswick flooring to come out and measure my house and no never showed up. So I will be using another company. This happened last year.

Marx went out of his way to take care of unexpected problems and made it all easy. Live the results and really appreciate the service for my beautiful new countertop.
