Big Orange Box saves the day! So get this: I made some metal brackets the other day and I needed to paint them flat black. I went to use the flat black 2x painters touch ultra cover rustoleum that I had left over. Guess what. I didnt have enough to finish the product! Red Alert! What do I do?! I called my best friend in San Francisco and filled him in on the situation at hand and, as expected the next words out of his mouth were one of the most wise and sage sentences my ears had heard that day. Is there a home depot near you?Boom! Thats what I needed to hear! So I rushed out to the Brunswick Home Depot and- like a bee to a flower- I made a bee-line to the paint section and BOOM AGAIN - not only did they have EXACTLY what I needed, but had them in spades! Well, not like actual spades, but they had A LOT. And cheap too! I was so excited I walked right to the self checkout and checked myself out. Wow. 1,2,3 easy as pie. Such a refreshing and enjoyable experience, I couldnt recommend it enough!

Picked up a new hot water tank. The employee was very knowledgeable about the warranty and life span. Plus military discounts are a wonderful thing. I left feeling good about my purchase.

Dont go to Medina Home Depot come to Brunswicks. Staff is way better and the store is clean and organized. Even during that last impromptu snow storm mother nature decided to give us and they had to bring all the plants inside and the isles were crowded and everyone was out because it was Mothers day weekend the store still worked like they knew what they were doing.

Im a frequent home depoter. i would have given 5 stars had it not been for 1 bad experience there with the paint department. i dropped off a sample to have them match for me. i was told to be back in about 15 - 20 mins. i did some shopping, and came back to pick up my paint. well it wasnt mixed yet and they lost the only sample i had of it. the girl who took the sample and order had somehow forgotten all about it and couldnt remember what she did with the sample from 15 mins prior. needless to say, not a very impressive person to have there. they then thought they found the paint, already mixed. i took a peak, looked like it i guessed, but alas, it was not a match at all. so i had to repaint an entire bedroom because i could not get a match to the paint and then started to do touchup with a different color that was not my paint apparently.

Great customer service.. Two employees were helpful with the vanity sets.. They brought them down from the overheads and searched for the other set in nearby home depots..

We actually were asked twice if we needed help. It was nice because we needed assistance in finding fire extinguishers. Spot on assistance. Our cashier was AWESOME and very friendly.

Mother in law bought a Maytag washing machine from here and it has broke every other month in less than a year. Home Depot and Maytag have been completely unhelpful in any type of refund or credit towards a new one. Were all grown adults and know how to do laundry and not overfill a load.

Not a fan of the company or the store. Their destroy it rather than give it away or discount it is so elitist that i want to scream, and this from a compsny whose products rarely last six months. I have yet to buy something that hasnt broken in under a year. The store has amazing and helpful people working there, but they never seem to have the right product, and if they do, they dont have enough or the price is ridiculous.

Had what I needed at a great price. Associates were easy to find and were able to accurately answer my question.

Went in to buy an extension cord for $12.45. It scanned at $25.00. I told customer rep that 25 was the incorrect price and he fixed it but still overcharged 50 cents more. Whatever.

I love going to this Home Depot when Im working in this area. Plenty of carts staged right at the door. Shelves always stocked as well as more than helpful employees.

Meets all expectations for this well established big box chain. A few items low stock due to covid. Online shopping with accurate inventory & store pickup working out quite well.

It’s Home Depot, it usually has what you need, but not always going to have the best. Also sometimes there are discrepancies between items listed as in stock and not on the shelves. I’d chalk it up to misplaced items but it’ll be the same way for a week or more.Regardless, the staff is helpful and friendly.

Always a pretty decent experience, not as well as the Medina store, for some reason people in Brunswick have a tendency to seem like youre bothering them when you ask questions, customer service is definitely not Medina Ohio store, corporate could use some time spent here on customer appreciation. Even the pro desk here acts like youre bothering them.

They have almost anything you need. May be a bit pricy for some seasonal items but overall good place to shop for basic necessities. The customer service and cashiers are kind folk as well. Love how they interact with my 1 year old son to put a smile on his face, he love people. Exceptional care and overall great experience everytime. Never any rude folks.

Big box building supply store. Had to drive to a far away Home Depot to get what I wanted. Online stock didnt match in store stock.

I generally like this store much better than the one in Brooklyn where I used to shop but the customer service is very hit-or-miss. Trying to find out information over the phone about a product (that turned out not to be in stock) was one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. First I was told they just got the product in on a truck but it didnt show up online yet and I was thrilled. Then, 6 transfers, 1 dropped call and multiple rude associates who picked up my call and didnt even let me finish my sentence before putting me back on hold later, I found out the person who told me the product was in stock was wrong. Very frustrating.

She said we dont have that. I said fine, im not going to take the microwave. She asked why? I said if I wanted a job as a cashier here, I would apply to work here. She gave a huff and said FINE, Ill assist you. Yes, that was the right answer. My goodness, if you dont want to do your job. Then quit.

Stop at the Home Depot for some trim pieces for a job that Im doing, bathroom remodel. The staff was exceptionally friendly kind and courteous. I dont know if its just me but it feels like theres always somebody following me at Home Depot for some strange reason. They have all the construction stuff youll ever need.

The store is typical, it has everything you need for home improvement and renos. That being said, the staff here are all rude and never take you to where a product is but point and walk away. Not to mention that they usually dont know what Im talking about or referring to. This used to be a great location, I have no idea what happened.

I delivered here, had an 8 am appointment, arrived at 630am. Not much parking but at 730 they actually came out and knocked on the truck said they open at 6 and I could have checked in at that time and got unloaded. After backing in it took roughly an hour to get empty because alot of the pallets were oddly stacked... had small stuff under big stuff lol... very nice people, fast unload and the heater blows right on the exit door so stand there if your chilly lol.

They are not enforcing the proper wearing of face masks They are afraid of their own customers Will be shopping somewhere else. Customer was told to put his face mask up he put it up, store employee walked away and he pulled it down and started laughing. Stire employee just kept walking away. Guess covid is just a big joke for Home Depot

Poorly managed store very dirty poor customer service old man at Rental area didn’t know how to do his job took money for Tool rental off 600$ then voided transaction because of mistake then couldn’t fix it afterwords and money won’t be returned same day as their policy states instant return to card and he never asked to put card in for refund so i can’t rent the tools now for five days until money goes back on card.

Anything you can imagine will be here. And every staff member seems to know where everything is as well. I however dont like all the automatic checkouts but hey thats the way of the future.

When you press the button for help at checkout because you want to get your Veterans discount and the associates just stand around and ignore you, it makes me want to travel to another town for my hardware needs

I am shocked that the ladies at checkout have not been fired for talking and not helping customers when called.

The majority of the sales staff is rude. When at the checkout, the woman was busy reading a schedule instead of waiting on my 81 year old mother. We had terrible service in March & thought wed give it another chance 5/22. It looks like well be taking our business to Menards. The distance is greater, but the prices are better, more selection & the staff is friendly and willing to help.

Home Depot has something for everyone. Their large appliances like washers, dryers and large kitchen appliances are name brand & large appliances are cheaper here than most other places. We got our Samsung washer and dryer at Home Depot and I love them. It is a front load washer that I recommend highly. They also have good prices on lumber & plywood.

When I go in Jen is often at the door .. This young lady is a great compendium of knowledge. Without fail she has always pointed me to the right aisle. The people working in that area have always been willing and knowledgeable of the products there. Its a really good place to get what is best for a home project.

The return line is extremely long there are no markings 6 foot apart they are letting people stand within 5 inches of each other. The employees are not wearing masks properly they all have below the nose. They do not appear to following OSHA guide lines for employment. They are making people use self check out.THERE ARE NO cleaning supplies anywhere for the self check out! The are not cleaning the equipment!THEY are not CLEANING the carts, THERE IS NO CLEANING wipes available for carts.

I was greeted by a salesman as I approached the paint isle, with a list, which I knew little about! He helped me find everything on my list, quickly and very efficiently. I wish I got his name because he should be commended. He gave me options without pressuring me to buy the most expensive items. Clean, organized location. Upon checkout, I was greeted with the same kindness.

Penny at the service desk is really snippy and Ruth a cashier as well. You both need to find another job if you arent happy working there. Working in retail you are expected to be courteous with the customers. Also, perhaps treat your fellow co-workers with some respect as well. I witnessed both of them, on separate occasions, talking down to other cashiers. All other associates are happy to help. Home Depot do yourself a favor and hire employees who actually like people, clearly Penny and Ruth do not.

I love the fact that this location has the latest technology. However, it doesnt allow you to do self checkout if youre tax exempt. Therefore, Im better off going to a location without the latest technology, at least then I can quickly check myself out using my corporate tax ID number.

Stopped by to pick up a 15in driveway pressure washing attachment. My neighbor let me use his and boy did it do a nice job. Needed to have one of my own. Good buy plus my military discount for 10% off always nice. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Always enjoy shopping there.

I love shopping the home depot. There is always a good deal to be found. However at my most recent visit I was saddened to see that they have removed all but one person maned checkout. What happened to personal interaction people? Interaction other people is not a disease! That is part of societies problems. Everyone is always in a big hurry, we rely to heavily on technology, & if we dont watch ourselves it will be the human races demise....!

It may be corporates fault, it was the absolute worse cashier system I have ever encountered. Even the cashiers were confused and yelling out. A 20 minute wait with only 3 people ahead of me with no more than 4 items each.
