I purchased a certified used car with promise that the windshield be fixed because the cracks in it obstructed the drivers view. The car went in for service and came out good, so I thought. Within 1 week, the valley was hit by some crazy rain and we realized that the rain sensor for the wipers was not working. I called and scheduled another visit, knowing that we were MOVING to Mississippi within 2 days. Armando in service took my car and promised calibration etc. They had my car for about 5 hours. Upon arriving in Mississippi, we were hit by Hurricane Ida. Found out, wipers still didnt work. Ive tried to contact everyone at Charlie Clark but to no avail. I moved forward and took my car to a Nissan location in my area. Within 10 minutes they found the problem. The previous crack in the windshield broke the rain sensor camera and Armando and staff never checked that, knowing that the rain sensor and windshield are a package deal, period. The cover of the camera seal is even broken. I have paid near 600$ out of pocket for a service to be performed here today. And what do they ask me when I finally get through to a manager at Brownsville location? Do you have a chance to bring it here? Kids in school, husband working, no I dont. That was the plan huh? Armandos plan. Save 540$ for a camera by not replacing it KNOWING that I have to return to get it fixed. Um no, its been evaluated to Customer Complaints. Hopefully a regional rep can help me.

I called dealership and let them know what I could afford a month multiple times. I let them know my credit score and what vehicle I was looking for. They told me it was possible to leave the dealership with the numbers I had given them. I show up and we test drive a brand new truck when I SPECIFICALLY asked for a used one. She then brought out a paper that had the full price of the vehicle and tried to talk me into the monthly payment. I said no each time. That same night she said they had just received a rogue and it was well within my price range I could afford. So the next day I went in and started asking questions and signing things to get started. I then asked her, “before we final everything can I see the closing cost of everything” she said yes and she’d be right back. I then got a notification that they ran my credit 5 times on my phone (a hard inquiry). Then she came back with a man with a piece of paper saying the monthly payment was $300 more than what I could afford. I was completely embarrassed. They told me I need to put more down or have someone co-sign when I know my credit is great. They told me I only have one line of credit, now they ran my credit multiple times, that one line I worked for is going to be nothing. I will NEVER come back or recommend anyone to Charlie Clark. They wasted 5 hours of my time out of work and made me feel like a complete idiot.

I absolutely love the Nissan Service Department in Brownsville! They are so fast and efficient and my service guy Murdoch is the absolute best! I was able to save over a thousand dollars on my vehicle repairs because he looked into my vehicles extended warranty to check if the repairs would be covered. And thankfully they were! I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond to make sure I saved as much as possible. Please make sure you ask for him when you go, he’s the best in town, HANDS DOWN!

When I say these people are the best, they are THE BEST! I only went in for maintenance on my truck, and ended up with a new truck! They even beat my credit unions interest rate and term. Ask for Julio, he treats you like you are his best friend, and has known you for years! I actually hated leaving the dealership because I found a new friend. But everyone was like that. From finance, sales managers, they all have the best attitude. Never felt like I was even buying a truck. The deal was so sweet, theres no way I could have done better, ANYWHERE! I drove from Houston, and will return here to buy all my future vehicles. Oil changes and warranty for life, well, thats just the icing on the cake. THE BEST!

Extra Happy with Today’s Visit.Took extra good care of my 2018 Rogue needs. My service tech was very courteous & keep me informed. I chose to stay & wait with my vehicle which took a couple hours. I was very comfortable with drinks, snacks & a extremely clean lobby.Best part of today’s visit is my tech offered car wash & vacuum 😃My Rogue was serviced to tip top & sparkled cleaned. I felt like she was brand new again🎉Thank you for taking the time to treat this faithful customer exceptionally special!

Very confusing & subpar customer service from Service Advisors upon arrival. Kept waiting in arriving Service Line way too long before walking inside. Went in to more confusion & inattentiveness, before being told to wait in my vehicle. Finally, Murdoch Cox, Advisor, became aware of the problem with 3 additional customers waiting and he took care of my situation, as other customers were finally attended to, as well.

Had an oil change done for my SUV and Mr. Longoria assisted with the process, he walked my son and I to the waiting area where he offered complimentary coffee and snacks. While on the waiting area other service representatives such as Mr. Valle were also very courteous, he accommodated the television to the channel of my sons preference. My little son also participated on a game where he won a prize . sales persons are also super friendly. overall our experience was great.

I just graduated from high school and I wanted a reliable car for work, college and not a big car bill either. I was very nervous because it’s my first car but J.J. Sosa answered all my questions and offered me to test drive a new vehicle. I loved it, but I was still having doubts because the car seemed expensive. All my questions were answered when I went to the office of the finance dude, Jaziel. He did all the math and erased my doubts, he explained to me the monthly payments and I was sold. Bad experience. Took over 4 hours for tire rotation, wheel alignment, and oil change. All the employees were having a ceremony while we were still waiting for a our cars that were not being worked on. I asked for a part I needed for my car and the lady who was assisting me said she will let me know about the part I waited thos 4 hours and more and she didnt have the information. Then she said she will call or better she will text me the information on the part and I am still waiting on the call back.

Although service is good, when it comes to fixing an issue with the vehicle, they have let me down. Bought a 2017 Nissan Titan from them with 5000 miles last year. Was like new and for a good deal. Awesome. Fast forward several months later and my passenger window starts sounding like I have my window rolled down, with wind noise coming in from the outside. It has not gotten louder throughout these past few months and now ruins my once quiet trips in the truck. Taken it several times to Charlie Clark Brownsville with no real solution. Weather straps have been replaced and nothing. They adjusted my door for whatever reason, and nothing, in fact it got worse after that. Now they say they cant fix it and am stuck with a noisy truck, even noisier on windy days and they will not touch it until they hear for themselves that it isnt a normal noise by comparing it to another King cab Titan. Heres the kicker....I was told they stopped producing them and the dealership wont be finding another one.

Honestly I never trusted mechanics or service shops until this week and I have to thank Murdoc Cox for that. With previous vehicles and places I always had people who would take advantage of the fact I didn’t know about cars. But this week my entire perspective changed I have officially had the most amazing service. Not only did Murdoc take the time to explain to me what was wrong with my cars AC but went above and beyond to ensure that I understood what every step taken was used for and what assistance I had at my disposal. He took the time to reach me at hours that I was awake and was completely respectful and went above and beyond. This time I had to keep an eye on my vehicle to make sure who ever was working on my car actually tighten the lug nuts on the tires. Seeing the process gave me peace of mind and seeing the two guys working together to get it in and out of the shop in less than 25 minutes was satisfying. Also it was good to see that they even top off you wiper fluid because i was going to stop by a store to buy some but i didnt have to anymore. Once i drove out the vehicle felt smooth revving up going up the high way so 10/10

Was a good purchase experience BUT almost a year later we have been trying to get ahold of the finance dept and have had ZERO luck! They keep hanging up on us or transferring us back to the receptionist. We live out of state & this is making it such an inconvenience & more of a hassle than it has to be.Update: have still made it Extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone in their finance or warranty department. They have had our warranty check for almost 3 weeks and still have not been able to get it to us. They keep coming up with excuses as to why they can’t give it to us even though everything is paid off! Now they said they don’t even where the money is?! Really! Would not recommend to anyone if they have to go through this after a purchase.

We were very happy with how everything worked out. They were extremely patient and kind, as we badgered them with what must have seemed to be unending questions. They spent a lot of time with us, gave us a better deal then one we had previously found, (which wasn’t very easy to beat) and had great, out of the box ideas that no one has ever come up with for us (and we have bought a lot of cars). My wife took her truck in for the oil change and tire rotation Today. I was told by her that the tire rotation wasn’t done so she had to go back and let them know. I guess they thought she wouldn’t noticed it wasn’t done , she said the Mecanic didn’t seem to happy about it . She also told them that they hadn’t put back the tire lock back inside the truck after the tire rotation was done , we had to buy another lock the first time because we’re more then sure it wasn’t placed back in the truck after they were done . So that was money spent out of our pocket for something that was supposed be put back after they were done with it .

I had purchased a prepaid package for oil changes and tire rotation with my previous nissan truck. I recently purchased a new model and went in to get the oil change. When i first arrived a asked the service associate if i would still continue using the prepaid package with my new truck, he answered, yes. After finishing my oil change and tire rotation this service associate was charging me. Some how he didnt not understand that i wanted to use the prepaid package that i had already purchasedpreviously and kept trying to charge me. I said i didnt have my wallet and since i new i didnt need money when i went there to get vehicle service i didnt carry any with me. So he said he would call me in the afternoon and get the payment over the phone..Since then he has not stopped calling me to try and get a payment...Even though i have already paid over $100 in prepaid oil changes and tire rotations.
