Bare minerals consistently provides good products. For the longest time, I was using Mac liquid foundation and I never noticed that it was burning my skin to apply. However, when I switched over to using bare minerals because I was pregnant, the burning sensation went away completely. The bare minerals liquid foundation lasts a full 12hrs at least. I recently started using their mascara as well and it doesnt smear at all throughout the day.This specific bare minerals store is a pretty standard makeup store: they will match your skin tone and if you spend over 55 dollars theyll do your makeup for you. Their ability to do makeup is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes the girls are really skilled and sometimes theyre not. If you have an event coming up, Id recommend either booking a specific girl who works at bare minerals that you trust or going somewhere else. One time I came out looking like a clown - which was fine by me because I had no where to be, but Id be careful if you do.

These girls really made me feel welcome! Alexis and another awesome girl were so confident about the product, but not pushy, they helped me find the right shades and new things. Most makeup shops are full of wannabe MUAs who dont even look at girls like me. I’m never going back to Ulta again :)

Great makeup and skin care. The ladies at the Flatiron Crossing location are welcoming and friendly. And they dont seem upset when you buy only an eyeliner. Plus they will take an order over the phone and ship it to you.

Jessica and Maggie were amazing! I had a lot of questions and they were very patient and gave me advice for how to do my make-up for my wedding. They are very professional and knowledgeable and helped me find the best products for my skin type. Thank you!

I’ve always loved their makeup but I’ve never had such great customer service as I did today. As a mom of toddlers, I don’t often go to stores that aren’t made for children because I’m worried about annoyed salespeople or my kids breaking something. But I needed to pick up my makeup and I knew it needed to be a quick trip. *Special thanks to Alexis (at least that’s the name on my receipt, I hope I got it right). She was amazing from the moment I walked in. She didn’t try and oversell me on things I didn’t have time to try, she just put some extra samples in my bag, and complimented me on how I looked without makeup and as an EXTREMELY tired mom, I wanted to cry at her kindness. Not only that, she was AMAZING with my kids! She talked with them and entertained them and I never felt like a burden, but a welcomed guest. In this day and age with customer service almost being non-existent, it was a breath of fresh air to get someone that went above and beyond. Thank you for making my day.
