Great experience, I was skeptical about heading to this store due to the other reviews but I am happy I did. The man running the store was very helpful as I had a long list of things I was looking for. He gathered everything for me super quick & the price came out a lot cheaper than anticipated. Will definitely be back & highly recommend to anyone looking for some awesome/affordable nail products!

Found what I wanted and the prices weren’t to bad if you could find a price on the products. The only thing that made me not want to shop there was my daughter and I were followed by the guy who was working making us feel like we were rushed and like he thought we were stealing. He kept asking is this all you need. I wouldn’t be so pushy with paying customers. Customer service could improve a lot

After reading some of the reviews I was shaking in my boots I was scared to go to the location. But after calling the store and speaking to Tom I was like hey why dont I give him a try he doesnt seem like a bad guy . So I drove the 15 minutes from where I live to their store only to find out some of the reviews were true and some were not when I entered the store my first impression was the reviews were right the store is junkie and things are everywhere how ever Tom help me find what I needed to find and show me around the store I got cuticle oil nail tips nail foils an buffer that came to $15 which I think is awesome so its very inexpensive and I wish shop here again I recommended this nail supply for beginners if youre an advanced Nail Tech this is not the store for you. 💯

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I called ahead to confirm the hours for the day I was going and I show up way ahead of time of closing and it was CLOSED. Great.

I absolutely love this place! There are so many selections and mostly all items are decently priced. The owner has always been good with me every time I shop there. If youre looking for a certain color of polish, gel, acrylic powder, this is your place!

Very upset with this place I loved it because I do my own gel nails. The second time I went I went with a shade of pink I wanted. Very specific. He helped me pick it out. It was too clear. I went back later in the week to see if I could get the right shade and he refused to exchange it. He’s the one who gave me the shade! Not forgetting to mention I paid for 2 Gelish bottles the same $$ I paid for 4 Gelish products the prior time. No prices and a lot of times they’re not even open during posted business hours.

Honestly walking in I was nervous, as a 17 year old, and after ready the reviews I was worried that it would be terrible. but i didn’t have any bad expierances the man working was super kind and helping me find what I needed, honestly will be coming again. the only reason why i didn’t put 5 stars is because it was a little crowded and not every organized but other then that it was very nice store. prices weren’t bad ethier!

No price tags, you have to ask every time. No service. Ive been asked what do I need, and i needed a lots of staff, he guessed Gel? Yeah I was looking for a gel and also l wanted to look around, he didnt let me. It was a second attempt to the store and ill never go back.

You need to change your hours on goggle I came twice today thinking you maybe opening late for some reason and it was just close all day 😔

I went in Tuesday morning at opening time. The gentleman that was there working was extremely helpful and friendly.I had recently purchased a starter set off of Amazon and the product was so hard to work with. So I decided I needed low odor monomer, a new good nail brush and some clear acrylic. I spent less on 8 oz of good monomer, what looks like 4 oz of good powder, a great brush and a cuticle pusher, than I did on 4 oz of terrible smelly monomer, 1 oz of clumpy powder and a terrible brush from Amazon. It took me 2 days to review because it took me 2 days to do both hands of nails (im a beginner here with other obligations). But I liked my experience and the prices were great. I will be returning for some pretty acrylic powder when I get better at doing my nails!

I’ll never return! I asked for my brush to be crimped he put it in some solution but never crimped my brush. The store was extremely unorganized and dirty. I felt uncomfortable and felt as if I was being watched although the guy was friendly but I just grabbed things & paid for that I really didn’t need just to hurry up and leave didn’t browse as I’d like too.

I went there for the first time 3 days ago. I was hoping it would be just as it was, stocked and with variety. However, my experience was TERRIBLE!!! The gentleman working there was extremely rude and constantly rushing me to pay. I asked for help on 3 occasions as he said Ill be with you shortly and never helped. As I checked out, he charged me an exceeding amount for 6 small items. I asked to get a breakdown and had to replace one item for lesser value. When I was ready to pay he said it would be 5$ less off the top of his head. I has him remove 2 more items and again he gave me a ballpark charge. I was aggravated this point so I asked him firmly to ring every item through the POS and charge accordingly. I felt ripped off and unwanted. Never going back or recommending.

I wasnt sure if I wanted to go by reading the reviews. However I went and was greeted by the owner before I even entered. He was very nice and helpful. He was knowledgeable as well. I only wish I had asked him his name. I am definitely going to be going back. And as for him being cluttered, he sells massive amounts of nail supplies. A++++ 10 Star for sure!!!

They leave there store and put a sine that’s says they will be back in 10 minutes waited there an hour no one came back and the lights where on open sine open

Not a place that we will ever shop again. The first drill was broke and he was refusing to exchange or give us our money back. He finally exchanged the drill but gave us a lesser one than what we first purchased. I do not recommend this shop at all.

This shop has all kinds of supplies. I would definitely recommend shopping here. All the items are in good condition and work really well.

The other day me and my mom and dad went in and we were treated well the man at the cash register said my dad was a rich man we were a little unconfetable so but it was fine it was time to check out my freaking total was $21 that was super expensive for the things i bought but it was fine after all that ill go back but it was a struggle finding everything i needed because everything was so weird

My friend and I shop here pretty often and have never been accused of stealing! I get that people have stolen from you before but don’t just assume that everyone will! I have never been more insulted in my life. It’s a shame we won’t be back to shop here because they have really good variety.

The supply house had what I was looking for. However, the place is a bit of a mess and the gentleman whom was there this day wasnt overly friendly. If you can handle stacks and piles just about everywhere and one word answers to your questions, this place will serve your needs.

I went their my first time and at first I was amazed and so excited litteraly jumping up and down . The person working was sitting outside and greeted me I walk in about 5 min later the same person is rushing and literally raising his voice with me due to him trying to work on two people at once it was my first time I wanted to look around ask questions comfortably and the worker was rushing me and telling me what I need instead of me aklaing he kept saying anything else any thing else okay you all done ! Very disappointed! Willing to try again but hopefully you. Will talk to your people and ell them to be more friendly .

The guy kept following me while shopping kept asking my mom if she was going to pay for my things then said I was buying to much product it was going to cost a lot and ended up telling us to to hurry up because he had to pick up his food from a restaurant saying we need to leave

This is the absolute best place to get supplies for Manicurists. They have GREAT prices and are very helpful. Their prices are better than Sallys especially on gel polishes.

Ive found the customer service to be very helpful every visit Ive been there, (somewhere around a dozen times. ) Yes, the place is stuffed with product in a fairly small place but things are laid out so that you can find them in two minutes or less of looking. The prices are really great and I was surprised at the amount of product there is to choose from. Plus, theyve usually got boxes of additionally discounted product sitting around. (For example, a couple of visits there were two fairly large boxes filled with various gel polishes that were a third the price of a place like Ulta. Other visits there were a couple of boxes, by the register, full of nail art liner gels, of about every color, for $5 each-- as opposed to the usual $12 in other stores.) Ive never gotten a pot or bottle of product that was half full, clumpy or otherwise unusable. Ive ordered from most of the popular online stores and am unable to say the same about them. Ive ordered tools from online stores for what I thought was a good price only to walk into AAA and find it for even less. So I guess in summary, Id say that if sparkling, shiny, well laid out shelves of product are important to you, youre better off somewhere else but youre definately going to pay more for that sparkle. If you dont mind finding several sizes of cuticle oil bottles sitting below the Sea Gems acrylic powders or finding the display rack for one brand of gel polish twelve feet away from the other brands of gel polish - - but all at a significantly reduced price--then I think you will be as delighted as I was to discover this store.

Would give no stars. Not open when it says they are. Drove 15 minutes at 2:30 pm on a Saturday and the lights were off and door was locked. No sign on door, tried calling with no answer. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. You need to change your hours of operation on google so people aren’t wasting their time driving only to find the store closed

Ill raise it a half star if Google have it. Terrible customer service. The owner of the place is very rude and he not truthful enough about the product price. Also the place is very unorganized and messy. And the last but not least I dont like the owner attitude but I had no problem with other gentleman at all, cause he very nice and willing to help you stuff at your needs . Definitely NOT GONNA come back or wont recommended to no one.

Not sure what your hours are?? I came from out of town on a Monday and the store was closed. Went back the next day at 10am because thats what the door says mon- sun 10am- 2pm it is now 11:11am an the lights are still off. Please change your hours on the door and on Google. Its a great store with all its selections I just dont like waiting time. Thank you.

The store is cramped and the staff are terribly rude. I walked into their store and looked around. In vietnamese, the owner complained that I was a stupid costumer who was messing up her store. I didnt tell her I could understand her, but simply walked out.

Everytime I come its close no matter what time it is. Google says your open everyday at 10 am and close at 8pm. This is poor management. If your the owner you should do your role and not open and close whenever you want. This is not how you run a business at all.

I have been here a few times and like the selection of the gel polish I buy. I went yesterday during their open hours and found the store closed. Is the store still open for business or have they permanently closed?

I didnt even get so far as trying to buy something here because the employee refused to help me.

Would have given them no stars but wasn’t an option. I drove 60 miles waited 1 1/2 hours and they never opened. If you advertise open at 10 you should be...not very happy!!!
