The staff here is helpful without being pushy which is sometimes a delicate balance. I saw associates offering hand sanitizer to those entering which made me happy in a pandemic kind of world we live in. My first trip here I had some difficulty locating the place within the mall, so I wish there were some more maps within the mall, but thats not the store fault. Definitely will be back!

This store definitely went beyond my expectations. Really well stocked, super clean, and very attentive associates. One young gal there noticed I came came in with a tween and she really made her feel comfortable trying new scents. Well definitely be back more often. Especially for that new foam shimmer stuff. She absolutely loves it.

Absolutely absurd amount of harassment from employees at this location. Simone was the only polite and pleasant one to talk to. They are pushy and do not respect 6 ft social distancing guidelines or mask rules. An employee told me to pull down my mask to smell the fragrance that she was shoving in my face. I understand this is the Bath and body Works culture but this should be altered dramatically especially during a pandemic. Some people are high risk and do not need to explain this to every employee every two seconds.

I went to the Broomfield store at the flatirons mall with my brother. He asked Lauren about the candle day, which starts tomorrow. She was working the front. She told him didnt know so he walked away. I was on the phone and she didnt know i heard her on the microphone tell people on the mic DO NOT tell him the prices of the candles. Ive worked in customer service my whole life, and I try to save people money. This isnt the way you should treat anyone, at all. Horrible customer service.

First let me say that I ordered your mens body care stuff for my husband for Christmas and he loves it and I love the way he smells! He also had got me a gift card for Christmas cuz he knows I love love love B&BW! Well I wasnt able to order the Graphite shower gel because it was sold out online. No worries tho! The girls at the Flatirons Crossing Mall were so helpful and inviting! On Jan 2 the mall closed at 9pm and here it was 8pm and all the other stores were closing and not letting people in. Those girls at your store were super friendly and inviting and most of all helpful! My husband got his Graphite shower gel and I found an old favorite! Lip plumper! I bought 3! Plus I discovered your bake shop collection and oh my goodness those are some yummy smells! I got Coconut Cream Pie and Raspberry Jam Donut! Love!! So yeah! Major shoutout to those girls there at Flatirons! Love that store! And it was pretty well stocked too! Would of liked more variety on the hand sanitizer but given our current circumstances in this country that was hardly a surprise! Thanks again ladies for making my shopping experience there a delight!

Friendly and helpful staff!

I went in today and inquired about candle day today and my sister overheard Lauren or Laura tell another employee not to tell me and proceeded to talk to me in an aggressive and rude manner. I think she was a manger of some kind. If they couldn’t tell me that’s all they had to say but Lauren shamed me for even asking. I will take my business elsewhere.

Quite crazy here the day I went. Not sure if thats normal or not for this shop or it was just the Christmas rush. Nice shop, lots to look at. Some things I think are overpriced but you can still get a good deal here. Worth a visit.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. A customer with a full bag stood in line and then let her friend cut into line, who also had a full bag of stuff. When asked for a second cashier the girl I asked just starred at me and said uhhh, I dont know the cashier had no sense of urgency while ringing the two women out so we left. She saw us set our stuff down and said nothing. 3 different associates were just standing at the front of the store doing nothing, one easily could have offered to ring.

Love this place, always has my favorite perfume,creams. Always get compliments on my fave scent.

If you ask me Bath and Body Works is a bit pricey, but this place isnt bad. They have big sales quite often, and the employees are pretty nice. The lines are a bit long though, and the music is sometimes super annoying.

They are by far the best in making you feel good. There are scents for everyone of every culture or walk of life, no matter what your ageI really like their 3 wick candles. However they are extremely expensive and I can only afford them once or twice a year at which time I stock up. But I can never afford to have enough on hand. I believe if they priced the candles lower, more may actually be soldUmmm I dont know.

I love this store, however when I was checking out I told the woman I didnt need a receipt and she insisted I take it so they dont think Im walking out with stuff excuse me, what do I look like? Its in a Bath and Body works bag. Im not sure if I should be insulted but I felt that wasnt the most appropriate thing to say. You will lose customers accusing and insinuating that people are stealing things.
