I called in for delivery of my meds the young lady stated due to my insurance company changes they can no longer offer me delivery, since I just had meds delivered I asked her when did this take affect, she gave me no answer accept that if they delivered I would have to pay for my meds out of pocket. She had the nerve to suggest I move my prescription to a closer cvs near me , it is the closest 1.4 miles this one is on sproul road. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I gave this CVS a positive review a year ago but it has definitely changed. I understand theres a problem getting qualified staffing, but the manager Mike should always be pleasant to his customers. I was attempting to redeem a CVS coupon that came out of the kiosk in that store and he refused it. It was printed on the coupon exactly what it was for and what it entailed but he still refused it. Poor customer service.

I dropped off a prescription that I needed to be filled that day. I dropped it off at 1:00 PM. They said it would be ready by 4:00. I sent someone to pick it up at 4:00, and it wasnt ready. I called the pharmacy to see what the problem is, and I was on hold for 20 minutes, and nobody answered. I called the store manager, and he said the only thing he could do for me was connect me back to the pharmacy. They have the worst customer service that Ive ever dealt with! Now its 5:00, and I have no medicine, and have no idea how to find out if its ready so I can have it picked up.

Was waiting patiently in line to check out,it was one line but a customer was with the cashier so a team member came up and directed people to self check out. People were in front of me fine, but when my turn came this lady that walked up in line and told him she was next so he comes to me and asks me to go back behind her, now mine you I was standing there about 7 minutes from the time he told me to come over. So I politely put my items back and left thinking to myself racism is still real..

Nice late night staff. I was offered help two times.

This location is okay, not the best. Workers on the floor are very helpful. As for the workers at the register, not so much helpful and very what seems to be gloomy, like seeming like they don’t want to be there. Usually waiting in line at checkout for at least 5 minutes, which is unacceptable. I can usually find things just fine; they usually have what I need in stock, there are times they don’t.

Awful. Simply awful. The pharmacists arent lively or educated enough. The manager is never there. Its simply an awful experience and I will avoid CVS pharmacy from this point forward.Good riddance.

So disgusted with the way the pharmacy associate spoke to me on the phone. I called with a simple question and she kept refusing to give me any information about one of my medications stating it’s against their policy, which is wrong because I was given the answers I needed from the pharmacist at a different cvs I called- the West Chester Pike one in broomall. The person I spoke to at the Lawrence park cvs was definitely not a pharmacist because she kept saying she needed a hard copy of the prescription to give me any information and I told her repeatedly that the prescription is always sent electronically. Cvs, please hire COMPETENT staff!!

My primary electronically sent my perscriptions more than 3 times. I watched from her office. Very frustrating when you cant get medication and you keep getting text messages from the pharmacy for a refill thats not there. .

I love this cvs its more dependable than acme and dollar tree for somethings

It seems to be very disorganized, my prescription could not get through to them even my PA clearly submitted it to them. Bad store!!!!!

The drive through pharmacy is so dysfunctional its perhaps the single most infuriating experience.

This was the single worst experience that I have ever had at a pharmacy. The pharmacist speaks in a derogatory manner to all of her customers and filling my prescription was an ordeal. I will Never again set foot in this establishment.

L would not shop at this particular CVS if you want any type of good customer service even the manager Michael is quite rude.
