This Royal Farms was filthy. They really need to work in the upkeep of the store and the bathroom. One benefit of any Royal Farms is that their handicap parking is right in front of the door. They also have self checkout. Their coffee is fresh because they use single serve brews. I have not yet tried their prepared food.

Stopped by Royal Farms today to check it out & try some of the famous gas station chicken. The two pieces of dark chicken & biscuit (i subbed for dinner roll) were great. The fries were a little soggy, but I think as a result of being in closed box with fresh hot chicken (worth it). Would recommend the ranch dipping sauce if youre into that. They have a seating area inside and out.The convenience store offers the usual goodies, though no fountain diet Dr. Pepper, wish they had those soda fountain pick your flavor machine. Dont forget to sign up for the rewards app if youre going to get coffee or gas regularly. Looking forward go trying the fresh iced coffee, which Ive never seen offered anywhere. Looks like beer for sale coming soon, too. Would recommend stopping buy and hope it means more fair gas prices for Marple residents.

This Royal Farms is NEVER open on time. Worker complains how 5am is to early. Im sorry you chose to work here, but those are your hours. A lot of blue collar guys will be outside waiting for this place to open (only 10 minutes past when theyre supposed to open is a good day).You just really get the feeling that the employees here have a great disdain towards their customers. They need to just demolish this place and build a Wawa.

This place has the slowest diesel pumps Ive ever used. Consistently.

I tried to get gas and the pump declined my card. After calling my credit company and finding out that it shouldn’t have declined I tried to go inside to get help. I was completely ignored by the employees. I just ended up going elsewhere for gas.

The place is brand new and clean. We ordered from the kiosk. We ordered sausage, egg and cheese burritos. The burritos came with peppers and hash brown fries we did not order. Also did not receive a chicken tender we ordered to sample Rofo chicken. Sausage biscuit was not great. We were not that impressed with the food. However the staff at check out was very friendly and energetic. This location also has a Krispy Kreme donut station and they have a variety of beer as well.

Im not sure about this place,...7:30 pm, 2 employees working, one is wearing his Royal Farms visor upside down and sideways.Seriously not a good look for an employee or the business but apparently allowed. No wonder that they announced last month that now they close at 10pm. Fountain drink station is always sticky and disgusting. Wawa nearby in Broomall is a better choice.

Great tasting fried chicken and sides.

I use this place at least once a week for diesel.. I would have given it 5 stars if there were more than 2 diesel pumps on the same island... pretty much every time I go there is a car blocking the pump and the person or people are inside.. not sure why they decided to build a new station with only one diesel island their competitor puts at least 6-10.. bad design.. it also would be better if they atleast put a sign saying don’t block the diesel pump please or don’t park your car at the pump it gets very annoying.. the food is good the rewards program is good as well but the fact that there is only one diesel island at a brand new station where the surrounding area businesses have mostly diesel trucks.. bad research but please put signs up so people don’t block the pumps.

Disrespectful and poor customer service experience. Never again.

After waiting for 18 mins for an 8 piece chicken order, I canceled. I was refunded and luckily I only wasted time. Sadly, the chicken was already fried and just sitting there waiting for the guy to pick it up and put it in a container.

This boy Devon wouldn’t let my brother get gas because he didn’t have his mask on. Mind you he was covering his face with his hoodie. Ounce he found his mask the guy still wouldn’t let him get gas. Very disappointed please improve your service.

They are always slow to make food at any time of the day.

Went to try the chicken. Got a 3 piece dark and after taking a bite I find the thigh is raw in the middle. Took it back in and they replaced my chicken....With more raw chicken.Got a refund while watching them sell raw chicken to people.People at the counter were nice about it. Said they have been having issues with temps. Pink chicken is a no no

Im giving 4 stars for now, its a new store and everything looks fine. I been in other royal farms where it stinks as soon as you walk in. When you enter, it smells like rancid oil. Ill keep coming to this one until it stinks like the other stores (hopefully no) because this one its near my house.

I had an issue last week with the gas pump charging me the wrong price by about $0.50 per gallon. It spiraled into a larger headache when I went inside and the manager I spoke with gave me an internal phone number that I couldnt speak with a real person since I didnt know the code. I then filled out the contact us page on the website.Today, I got a call from the real manager who was amazing. She told me to ask for her when I stopped in and shed get me a refund. When I went in and asked for her, she was super sweet. She apologized for the issue, said they were using the timestamp from my receipt to review what happened at the pump to charge me wrong, and that she was making sure the employees had the correct information for customers next time instead of giving the internal phone number. She then gave me a free chicken and wedge box for dinner as an apology.Im not sure if Id use the gas pumps there again, but I will definitely go back to the store.

Glad to hear there is a location closer to me. It is a great location right on West Chester Pike. The way I went the directions said turn right on Langford but the street was actually Veterans Blvd. Good food, nice clean location. You can even gas up. Get the RF rewards card.

Really nicely organized and clean. The employees were super friendly and welcoming . Excited for this location !The made to order food was a little underwhelming but will definitely be giving them a try again.

The tall guy and the full figured lady overnight are the ABSOLUTE best they have staffed in the store ; I’ve came throughout the day plenty times. But the two on the night shift keep me up with their energy. Quick convo is always great with these guys. They’re fast , funny and friendly. Lol royal farms should add that to their slogan. Bet they didn’t think I was really going to leave them a review haha😅Dogo OUT✌🏻

I don’t get why people think this place is so good. Their “famous” fried chicken tastes like any other fried chicken I’ve had. Their chicken sandwiches are pretty bad. I’ve only had the Chesapeake and the bbq sandwich but they both tasted pretty bad. The Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes are very bland. I will say that the potato wedges are very good. The inside is nice and neat. The employees are very nice and are very helpful. This place is overhyped.

Gas prices are a nice rate, but the service is absolutely horrible. Rude, lazy, and untrained, and its numerous employees. The older gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude and purposely fake coughed toward my girlfriend on her way out (during this virus scare) just straight up ignorant. They need to re-train a lot of their employees or they will fail here.

They’re a fairly new store so they’re in a shaky position right now but the staff I’ve met there are extremely friendly and it’s really clean and tidy with good food

THIS IS NO WAWAThe only good thing about the new Royal Farms is the better gasoline prices. I stopped by to fill up my car up and looked for the window washer stick, The window washer stick was there, but there was no washing fluids in the bins anywhere. Very frustrating.I also tried the chicken sandwich. It was terrible. The meat was warm and dry. Chick o Filet or Popeyes is ten times better.The coffee is good and the management is unfriendly to law enforcement officers.Last, it is very difficult to enter the Royal Farms parking lot. It involves a long turn into the premise.

Little pricey for a gas station/chicken store

Gas pumps are extremely slow. 10 minutes for a half of tank. No bottles Coke products. Horrible check out flow. One cahsier and a bunch of self serve checkouts no one wants to use. Didnt get dipping sauce with chicken.

Worst hot dog Ive ever had. I ordered a jalapeno cheese dog with baconAll the condiments were on the bottom topped with a burnt hot dog. I couldnt even eat it. Disgusting I watched her put that burnt dog on the top and shook my head. Never will I ever eat here again!!!!

Never enough people making sandwiches and the shelves are always empty.

The rewards program is a mess. They make you sign up with direct link to a checking account but the mobile app doesn’t work at the pump. The help I got in the store was “call the 800 number “. Oh well. Guess I will stick with Wawa!

Gas is cheap. Haven’t been inside yet. Tempted to try out this chicken
