Arrived at store Ronald explained the process proceeded to start and advised would take 1/2 hr and went shopping and returned to store. Ronald had phones ready explained what he did and what I could do later. Was very helpful pleasant and made sure we understood but if questions call or come back in. All with a smile.

Worthless!!! Wouldn’t even look at my phone when I was having issues. Told me I needed to upgrade. I said I wasn’t interested in upgrading and the guy said “You need a phone don’t you.” This was the only time he actually looked up at me. I said nope and if I do it won’t be from you. He was very rude and never even stood up just sat behind the desk with an iPad/tablet.

Salesman will lie to make a sale. Manager will stick up for them and will lie to get you out the door. Very poor customer service. Bring a tape recorder in the store with you so they cant tell you one thing and then find out later its another. Worst experience I have ever had.
