Christine was 10/10 amazing in helping me switch to AT&T and set up a new line. I was ready for the whole process to take forever and be painful, and it was totally, completely opposite of that. Christine found me a great plan at the right price, along with a new phone. Just so helpful and thoughtful throughout. It made me feel like I made the right choice in switching, too!

Very poor customer service!! I recently had to do a insurance claim on my phone and needed assistance getting my replacement phone going because the sim card was not provisioned. I went to the Brookings ATT store at about 6:45pm and at first they seemed to be helpful but once 8pm came around the green haired guy that was helping me was getting really impatient. Granite that was closing time. The guy that was on the phone helping us was doing the best he could but the green haired guy grew very impatient and called his boss Travis I believe was his name 8:30ish and his boss said they had to quit which I understood. I asked if I could leave my phone there for them to figure it out and get it working and the bosses response was IF I LEAVE MY PHONE THERE THEY WILL THROW IT AWAY!!!!! What kind of customer service is that???

We had a great experience working with Christine as she walked us through an insurance claim on one phone, setting up the replacement phone and upgrading and setting up a second phone. Her thoroughness, explanation of processes and other helpful hints all combined into a outstanding customer experience for us.

A phenomenal experience was had today. I had Christine help me throughout my entire transaction and made it extremely simple. Go see her! But you can see whoever you want. They’re all awesome, but, yeah, go see Christine. She’s an angel.

Katie @ AT&T in brookings did an amazing job getting my upgrade and phone switched over. Completely made effortless on my end as the customer. This store has such great people that work together and communicate with the customer to make every interaction pleasant and hassle free.

I visited AT&T yesterday to switch my phone plan around, I was greeted and provided with great service by the AT&T staff. I love my firstnet account and the staff here was so easy and friendly to work with, Piper CJ and the managers are a fun team to work with. I recently went into Brookings AT&T store to upgrade my phone. I was met with great customer service. I had the pleasure of working with CJ, however all staff was engaged and very helpful. I left with what I went in for to be accomplished!

My visit was amazing with Kadre!!! He was so helpful and patient!!! The store was short staffed due to Covid so as a manager he stepped up to the plate. Will definitely recommend this location to anyone and mention without a doubt mention Kadre to assist!

I came into AT&T to upgrade from an iPhone7 with a audio card defect; the upgrade now is a Samsung Note20 ultra 5g. I was anticipating the wait and service to be longer than it actually was. I havent upgraded phones in awhile and the idea of changing brands was overwhelming at first, but soon my worries were washed away. I really enjoyed my experience with piper and christin at this location, I started off coming in with my son over the weekend and the manager and another young kid tanner I believe made us feel uncomfortable with their shortness and I don’t care better then you attitude, I was disappointed entirely but needed up back into the store and had a impeccable experience with the women there!

Had a bad experience with service. They did not want to help and were grouchy. They had to put all the display phones in the bad because of the virus but couldnt figure out they could still show a phone themselves and disinfect it afterwards. The prices of phones were inflated compared to online. They dont want to offer an old fashioned flip phone even though it is available at Walmart and online. Avoid this store!

My daughter and I were in Friday April 5th about 4p.m looking to buy 2 new iphones. Not a peep from employees. We looked around for about 10 min while my daughter answered most my questions. Still not a work from the 3.employes. We left and are buying 2 new phones from a store that offers a hello, and some helpful customer service. Wont go there again.
