Walker has been extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable the couple of times I have gone in for assistance. He makes informed recommendations so I know about the different options but lets me decide what is best for me. He gets me set up quickly and offers help without making me feel like a dinosaur 😁. I would recommend his friendly help & Cricket service to anyone.

I was helped by Nathan. He was very knowledgeable about phone capabilities and the few questions he did not know off hand, he was able to look up the answers. He explained that if for some reason my phone did not work out how I expected I had a 7 day return period. He even went above and beyond when my contacts would not transfer through Bluetooth, he gave me a SD card and he spent time talking me through steps in order to make sure I knew how to transfer my information from my old phone to my new one. He also said he would be willing to step me through any other questions I came across over the phone and to just call back in.

I had a great time at cricket today I got the phone I have always wanted and got the best customer service I have had in a long time. Walker was very professional and he was very nice to work with. I hope that everyone at cricket is as kind as him and works with everyone as diligenly. So thank you Walker.

If I could give walker 10/5 I would he was the best, he helped me with all my problems and he answered every question I had. By far the best customer service Ive ever had. Hope he never leaves i will be telling all of my friends about Cricket!!!!

Ive been with cricket since 2016, I love my plan although I see Sprint is finally getting competitive. I climb towers and install cell phone equipment all over the country. At this point, the map is covered by all of them. Real questions are customer service, price/plan and how much data do you get for your buck. Dont believe the 5g hype, nobody has a true 5g system anywhere in the world. If they did, then there would be true 5g phones, and they arent here yet. The IEEE is still in the process of determining what the 5g standard will be, and then the consortium paneled by the marketing departments of the major carriers will come together and find a way to exploit every tiny little upgrade in order to maximize profits. Its big business and just like big pharma, they refuse to give an inch without charging for a mile.

Horrible Customer ServiceI have calle 2 times and went to the store twice and was told by Walker that there is NOTHING he can do to help me with 2 different issues. I said Today 12/27 I called and asked for a supervisor, he said why. I said because Id like to know what can be done to help me. I was just put down on the desk and sat there literally for 8 minutes while he tried to contact his manager Joey to tell her that I was upset and wanted to contact her. He told me that there is no way for me as a customer of Cricket Wireless to contact a supervisor/manager because their emails and phone numbers are personal. HmmmmmTHEN I dial #611 and who do I get, someone that is not even from this country who gives me nothing but the run around with my issues as well! I am ABSOLUTELY alarmed and disturbed with the lack of customer service this company has provided. I DO NOT recommend them for their services. AT&T towers go down - so does your service. I guess the golden rule still stands....You get what you pay for......#nolongercricketcustomer......

I cant get enough of Cricket. We switched from our 2 phone service plans that were ~ $150 plus tax to a 5 phone plan @ $100 plus tax. And the 5 phones have 2.5 Gb data each.
